For the location, comfort and the time of year (weekend in December) this was surprisingly affordable. We also had a pretty view of the downtown skyline, and the Hudson River. I would stay here again 10/10

Cons (-) The rooms had mold on the ceiling, the bathtub didn’t drain, old and dirty rooms, mattress was awful. Outrageous for a Hilton property in NYC no less.

David, Sep 2020
Pros (+) Well, the fact that the company contracted by this third party site went bankrupt, canceled our reservations & didn't return our money was a buzz kill.
Cons (-) There is no guarantee in going through third party booking sites so buyer beware. You take a risk & the booking site is absolved should anything go wrong with those with whom they are contracted with your reservations. You as the consumer are left in the lurch. Consider going to the reputable hotel chain directly instead.

Anonymous, Jun 2020
Cons (-) We had a reservation during phase one of reopening from pandemic. The hotel was filthy. No one was wearing masks. The staff did not care. Asked me for a tip for a better room. We left my wife was crying nonstop. They would not refund our money.

Pros (+) The concierge was great and the views from the room were amazing. Extremely convenient location.
Cons (-) The front desk was understaffed, distracted, and unwelcoming (the lobby was not overly busy, I would have understood if so). The room was dated, not terribly clean, and had an odd smell to it. Overall, not the experience I was expecting for the price.
