Dirty car inside, like totally dirty and mark no damages, but there was damages and it was hard to c them at night what was the pick up. I was lucky to find the damages on a rental parking lot and make the photos, otherwise they would ask me to pay for them. The request of 2 credit cards as guaranteed was shock, they said we need two of your credit cards as it a luxury car. Lucky me I have 2

Supplier choice

The supplier choice is apparently an EV even though I didn’t select the EV option. They require you to bring the car back charged. For a one day rental to the airport, that is not realistic. I was also charged for gas, which I had stopped near the airport and filled up. I eventually got a credit but the whole thing was a hassle and didn’t leave me feeling good about renting from Budget in the future.

Pick up process was ridiculous. I'm not exaggerating--standing outside (not in any type of building or cover) for 56 minutes while they tried to figure out rentals for myself and 7 other customers. Ended up just giving me a size up, was not cleaned well, didn't have record of what fuel level was at, and staff spoke all of 3 words to me. I saw the poor reviews at this location and figured, how bad can it be? Yes I got my vehicle and it worked fine, but the entire pick up and drop off experience was horrible and I do not plan to rent from this brand at this airport again.

Pros:

Good price.

Cons:

Enterprise never contacted me to let me know the site where I was to pick up the car was closed due to Covid. They said they didn't have any contact info for me but when I got to the other location, they had my phone number. A little frustrating.

Lady was gonna charge me for an extra day because I showed up 45 minutes before my reservation time. She also told me the car had a full tank when it only had 3/4. If I hadn’t noticed the gas before leaving it wouldn’t have been rectified. The car also had very high mileage and felt like it needed an alignment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they didn’t have any cars when I got there. I was forced to take a car that was a lot more expensive than the original car I had reserved. I ended up paying more than $20 a day extra than the car I originally reserved. I tried to exchange it during the week for a cheaper car, but there were none available.

The car had Wi-Fi, a touchscreen and great backup camera. However the remote to the car never worked. It slipped gears when shifting and pulled to the right to hard.

A few minutes before I was supposed to arrive, Hertz called and cancelled my rental. I continued to drive the additional minute-and-a-half to the office and walk inside to see if they had some vehicle they could rent me. The agent said they could not. The agent said that they did not have any Vehicles available. When I inquired about when I could make a reservation to get the specific class of vehicle I had booked the agent said that they were not taking reservations because all of them were booked up for the foreseeable future. Which doesn't make much sense. However, I would like to clarify that the agent was not the problem. The agent was respectful and courteous despite delivering undesirable news with not available placations. I believe that the source of the problem lies in the local market logistics. More specifically, I believe the problem lies with whomever is responsible for making sure that vehicles are available for the reservations. I would like that part investigated and solved.
