Lady was gonna charge me for an extra day because I showed up 45 minutes before my reservation time. She also told me the car had a full tank when it only had 3/4. If I hadn’t noticed the gas before leaving it wouldn’t have been rectified. The car also had very high mileage and felt like it needed an alignment.Reviewed Apr 8 2025

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they didn’t have any cars when I got there. I was forced to take a car that was a lot more expensive than the original car I had reserved. I ended up paying more than $20 a day extra than the car I originally reserved. I tried to exchange it during the week for a cheaper car, but there were none available.Reviewed Dec 3 2024

The car had Wi-Fi, a touchscreen and great backup camera. However the remote to the car never worked. It slipped gears when shifting and pulled to the right to hard.Reviewed Nov 2 2021

Pros:NothingCons:A few minutes before I was supposed to arrive, Hertz called and cancelled my rental. I continued to drive the additional minute-and-a-half to the office and walk inside to see if they had some vehicle they could rent me. The agent said they could not. The agent said that they did not have any Vehicles available. When I inquired about when I could make a reservation to get the specific class of vehicle I had booked the agent said that they were not taking reservations because all of them were booked up for the foreseeable future. Which doesn't make much sense. However, I would like to clarify that the agent was not the problem. The agent was respectful and courteous despite delivering undesirable news with not available placations. I believe that the source of the problem lies in the local market logistics. More specifically, I believe the problem lies with whomever is responsible for making sure that vehicles are available for the reservations. I would like that part investigated and solved.Reviewed Apr 5 2021

Cons:SUV reservation was cancelled because I didn't meet the 2 hour pickup appointment window Car smelled like a skunk got in! Windows were smeared with grease. 2020 Nissan Altima shook violently at highway speed. Overall very displeased with the Hertz experience.Reviewed Jan 26 2021
