10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Lovely, comfortable large room. Good breakfast. Great location.
Cons: Nothing to complain about, we had a lovely stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm greeting, good curry house and beer nearby. What more do you need?
Cons: Been on warmer houses but that's a personal thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very friendly welcome, excellent cooked breakfast, large comfortable room, a most enjoyable stay
Cons: Nothing to dislike
7.9 Good
Pros: The daily breakfast provided each morning Was fantastic- Ian is a great cook producing the best scrambled eggs. Also great hot English breakfast. Ian an Jan are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome. They are quick to help and assist with local information and tips of what to do and see.Lovely genuine people.
Cons: Our room was nice but certainly not as big or as comfortable as what was displayed on the booking .com site.We stayed 10 days and would had preferred the other Room No 1 rather than Room No 2.With my husband's impaired vision and some mobility issues Room No 1 certainly is more accommodating for someone with a disability. It had better more comfortable facilities such as ensuite bathroom and bigger area of sleeping and living for a 10 day stay. Room No 2 was very very small with a separate private bathroom to use down hall.Often at night thr bedroom was quiet hot. On inquiring after two days of our stay to change to Room No1 I was told that the room may not have been available at the time I made a booking.. Room No 1 was a couple of pounds more each night which I would of been happy to pay just for extra comfort for my husband for the remaining eight days.Ian our host said it was too late as they had various one night stays apart from only one night for the next eight days. At the time of booking there seemed to be no size difference of the rooms and I did assume considering our length of stay and my husband's disability that we would have been accommodated in the bigger better room.I guess it would certainty be easier to let out Room No1 on a short casual one night stay as opposed to Room No2. Certainly would stay at Number 21 again but would ensure 100% that my booking would be for the front bedroom with the ensuite and larger living space. Our bags were taken straight to Room No2 so I did not question to see the other room on arrival. As mentioned early the difference between the two rooms is not well established on the site so I assumed we were booked in to the better room. I would not stay again in the Room No 2 based on the size, facilities and overall standard of this room particularly for such a long period. As accommodation was prepaid there was no option to go elsewhere at this time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well equipped room which was spacious

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, lovely view, immaculately clean and comfortable, good shower and everything we needed. The four poster bed was a treat and so was the excellent cooked breakfast. Kath was an excellent hostess who went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and even steam ironed my sister's wedding dress when it got creased so that her day was not spoiled. I would recommend this little gem without hesitation and will be back to visit again, and would rate it higher than 10 out of 10 if I could.
Cons: Nothing to say here ! We loved everything.

7.9 Good
Pros: Don't know, but looked ok
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and decent breakfast
Cons: No option to open window on ground floor, ‘fresh air’ system clearly not working
6.7 Good
Pros: Our accommodation at the Premier Inn was fine and up to normal Premier Inn standards. All staff at the Premier Inn and the linked Brewers Fayre were friendly, efficient and helpful. Food provided at breakfast at the Brewers Fayre was also fine.
Cons: The Brewers Fayre part of the Hotel is well overdue a radical refurbishment. We ate 2 breakfasts there and saw the carpets were very wrinkled (particularly outside the toilet area) and rough looking. Of more concern, the carpets had not been cleaned on each day we used the Brewers Fayre at breakfast and they were liberally covered throughout with food which had presumably been split on the previous day(s). This was unpleasant and added to a generally unkempt ambience. On arrival we noticed one car parking space could not be used because it was covered in broken glass and there was further broken glass running across one of the main exit routes from the car park. All of this broken glass was there throughout our stay. We have happily used many Premier Inns over the years and this is the first time we have felt it necessary to post a negative review. This Premier Inn is greatly let down by the linked and unkempt Brewers Fayre and by an unwelcoming car park. Our advice is to avoid this Premier Inn until the Brewers Fayre is radically refurbished then regularly and properly cleaned

4.2 Okay
Pros: Location was spot on for the coastal trip, Pub its ok and foood was 6/10 But all in need of a good deep clean.
Cons: Room 4. felt Grubby and worn out, Showerhead stuck on with tape, Black moud everywhere. The light cord has broken off, No Glasses for water, No where to hang bath towels. And the list could go on. Room 4 fit for builders stay over only £40 PN Top it all, The room dint get refreshed for the 2nd-night stay, And thay didn't even offer to sort it out there and then or a free drink or discount.!!! That says a lot about the manager.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean/comfortable/friendly staff
6.7 Good
Pros: The rooms are in a separate building across the car park which was novel and a relief that I was far enough away from the pub not to hear any noise. I ate in the pub and the food was amazing, I would highly recommend eating here. Free parking on site right outside the rooms. Proper hand soap in the bathroom is provided which was a nice touch. Room was spacious but lacked a few basic conveniences. Good value for the area.
Cons: There was no bin in the room at all. There was no towel rail in the bathroom so nowhere to put your towel when in the shower. The toilet was virtually under the sink so it was awkward to use. Space was available but hadn't been used very well when they were built. The chairs in the room were outdoor rattan, but they matched the room well, however both sides of both cushions were badly stained and needed washing. I had to go over to the Londis shop across the road to get an air freshner as the room had a strong musty smell that was annoying me. There was no suitcase stand and no-where convenient to have your bag without putting it on the floor and my suspicion was that the musty smell was the carpet so I didn't want to put my bag down. The dressing table was shabby chic which I guess was nice when it first went into the room but was stained with cup marks. There was a combi boiler in my room which I think fed next doors room too as it started up each time they used water. At midnight I was woken by a diesel engine which sounded like it was at my door, then loud music came from it before it drove off. There was also an issue with Breakfast, the chef didn't turn in and the pub was all locked up. I complained about this later that day to the lady opening up at 11am and she arranged a call from the manager. There was no explanation just that the chef didn't turn up. There was no reason given for the mobile number I was calling from the booking page wasn't answered either. My breakfast was refunded. The rooms could be really nice if a bit more effort was put into how they are used and the facilities provided.
10.0 Excellent
