Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s convenient location, with many finding it close to shops, restaurants, and major roads while still being quiet. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: several guests found rooms and common areas clean, while others noted issues with bathrooms, the pool, and some maintenance details. Service was generally described as friendly and accommodating, though a few guests reported unhelpful or unclear staff interactions. Breakfast and pool facilities were common sources of disappointment, with complaints about quality, value, and availability. Overall, the hotel is seen as comfortable and well-located, but with room for improvement in amenities and some aspects of service.
