The room we booked on line was supposed to be a 5 Stat Queen with a garden view. What we actually got was a small dark interior room with a window that looked into the lobby of the convention center. The washroom was so small you had to stand between the toilet and wall to close the door. The shower was smaller than that of an old cruise ship. I'm 6'2" and the shower head was pointed at my navel. Yhe noise from the elevators was so loud it was like trying to sleep on the runway of the local airport. The decibel level was into the mid 90's at times. However the day manager (Taylor) made it right by moving us to a higher floor away from the elevator and noise of out of control children that ran the hallway till 3am.
We loved how quiet, peaceful and relaxing it was. The room was beautiful, clean and serene. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We didn't like that we were not aware of the $25 per night parking fee. It made no mention of that when we booked our stay. Infact, under ammenities it says "parking" as one of the availabilities. We assumed that to be included in the price. That was a little disappointing as that added a good chunk to our cost.
The floor to ceiling window is lovely, and the fact that the window actually opens.
Our room was described as having an uninterrupted view of the falls, and while it was beautiful, the falls were only visible if sitting on the couch and looking at a sharp angle. The room was way too expensive for the general quality, while it was clean, the decor is lifeless, drab, and outdated.
Can't beat the views from the top floors facing the falls. Loved that the window actually opens so that you can even hear them. All the attractions are literally steps away. Didn't need to use our car! Staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant!
The rooms are very simple and rundown. We stayed on the lower floor for one night without a view of the falls and the window faced an internal hallway. It felt like a dungeon! Even the deluxe rooms furnishings were rundown.
I loved the Location! I had a view of the strip and of the falls. Beautiful! Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Clean room.
The only thing I did not like were the pillows. I might bring my own next time but I still loved the hotel and their staff.
The location and view were excellent.
The elevators were a bit slow.
We had a room with view to the Falls and it was amazing. Travelled with a toddler, and we found it pretty family-friendly. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby, and for some of them you don't even have to leave the hotel.
The buffet at the Fallsview Restaurant was very expensive, but of course, the view is amazing, and the service was pretty good. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't get use all the resort's amenities.
The view from the 21st floor fallsview room was a jaw dropper! Located right on the corner of Falls Ave & Clifton Hill, its right in the center of the Vegas-like hub of activity on Clifton Hill, and within easy walking distance of everything.
Fallsview room is pricy, but you get what you pay for. Despite being insanely expensive ($50 ea) the buffet dinner in the 14th floor Fallsview Resturant was good, but nothing to get write home about. I guess you're paying for the glasswall view of the falls.
We upgraded to a better view, it was worth it if that's what you want. The room was clean and within walking distance to everything
The tub was small and concaved which was weird standing in the shower. Also the indoor pool was very cloudy, we didn't go in because we thought it was filthy water.
The view of the Falls
The fallsview room was great, it was really clean and the view was amazing.
The main attractions are very close. The falls, Clifton hill, casino Niagara and an indoor water park all within walking distance especially on those chilly days and nights during the winter. There is a little something for everyone at this hotel I recommend it.
Parking was all screwed up. There was heavy traffic due to Valentine's Day but I got kicked out of the line twice because they were over capacity. That's really my only complaint and this was a minor issue.
We wanted a place to spend the night and that's what we got. the room was clean and very nice. There were amenities available but we didn't use them.
your front desk staff are very friendly but the gentleman who are suppose to help with your questions about parking or bus passes was so rude and didn't have no clue in what he was talking about . We asked about the charges for parking and he told us $20 - $30 a day. When we make a comment about being told when we used our players card in the casino we had free parking, he raised his voice loud enough for other guest to hear him he said it was not free and it would be on our bill. When we left the hotel and swiped the players card it was free.
