Found this stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The room very nice and clean. Loved the swimming pool, sanua and the spa which was perfect for the rainy day.

Staff were professional but the dining room appeared understaffed. We were there with a big group so they should have been ready. Mattress in our room was broken. It was overly soft and slumped down 30cm so that it was impossible to sleep. Texting IVY, their customer service line did not yield any responses.
