Pros: All was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was minimal.
Pros: The staff was super friendly and the location to the airport can’t get any more convenient
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t good. Too many carbs and not any fruit options. The cleaning service wasn’t good. They rinsed our cups out and left them to dry and they didn’t wipe the counters down
Pros: Two queen beds and a great nights sleep. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast to start you off for the day. Very easy check in, polite and professional. Info in restaurants etc in the area. Plenty of space to park.
Cons: Nothing to report.
Pros: Very clean and up to date
Cons: The room was not ready when I arrived. When I was given the key to the room, it smelled strongly of marijuana and I refused to stay there.
Pros: Clean room, easy check in and out, bathroom in the room, TV, small frig, microwave, coffee maker, ceiling fan, quiet, continental breakfast.
Cons: Everything okay.
Pros: The location is good only if you are flying from the airport, otherwise its too far for walking to restaurants/stores.
Cons: An earlier breakfast would've been nice since we needed to be on the road before 7am.
Pros: Clean room and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing, would definitely stay again
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: We had three guests and only two towels. Let the staff know the first day and next day still only provides two towels.
Pros: There wasn't much, housekeeping was very nice,
Cons: The room was very small, for 2 queen size beds, we weren't informed that there was an additional charge for the extra bed. I did not like having the sink and vanity in the bedroom.
Pros: Very nice place to stay
Pros: we liked the fact that breakfast was offered, but it was very minimal even for a continental style breakfast. Poor fruit offerings, whole milk only milk option, pastries/bread poor choices, etc.

Pros: it was very clean smelled clean even after someone put fish in the refuse room and wasn't suppose to. The stuff cleaned up rapidly and the hotel smelled clean and fresh again.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: Good space and lay out, good value
Cons: Washing machines could be in better condition
Pros: They allowed dogs which was great !
Pros: A very clean, nicely maintained hotel with off the street location, close to stores and a few restaurants. Decent price for the area.
Cons: This is an extended stay hotel to no breakfast offered. Set on the edge of a shopping center area so no views.
Pros: The hostess at check in was extremely accommodating and helpful. My mom just had surgery and the hostess made sure we had a ground floor room with an easy access handicap shower. The full kitchenette was also perfect! Made it so we didn't have to eat out.
Cons: No, it was excellent. If I am ever in Kenai again I know exactly where I'm staying.
Pros: Nice size room,good location.
Cons: All was good
Pros: Location, room set up with kitchen, clean bathroom, clean floors, plenty of hot water,
Cons: The front door locks at 11:00or 12:00 midnight and there is not away to let yourself into the hotel ( no outside key input debt) therefore you have to call a roving security guard to let you in - takes his time, has an attitude when he lets you in - very poor system - detracts from all the pluses, front desk attendant has an attitude issue as well( lady at night/evenings) day staff was good, Big minus is no hotel storage / locker for frozen fish you have caught-Kenai hotel needs to have I was informed the Soldotna Aspen Suites has such frozen fish locker on site- being Alaska heavy fishing area - Hotel Management should not think twice about investing in fish storage
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the kitchen area well stocked. Coffee was hot and available 24 hours. Will stay here again.
Cons: Swimming pool would be a great addition.
Cons: Door lock quit working on us on day 2. Couldn't open door with key., therefore couldn't leave room. They should routinely check that for preventative maintanence. Would not offer to change to another room. Luckily it happened when Ione of us was still in room, otherwise they would have had to drill the lock and my trip there would be ruined.
Pros: It’s clean
Cons: Nothing to speak of
Pros: Nice room with kitchinette, sofa and table with 2chairs.
Cons: The fridge made a lot of noise.
Cons: I was not made aware this was an extended stay. Therefore no cleaning of the room during the 6 day stay. Killed three spiders! Hotel in Soldotna was booked when I made the reservation. However other family members had no issue getting a room for several nights after I booked. I feel I was pushed to the extended stay.
Pros: The size was great, very comfortable and clean. It fit pur needs perfectly
Cons: The walls were a bit thin so we could hear neighbors but it wasn’t horrible, could use extra blankets as well
Pros: Even though the place was fully booked my room was quiet.
Pros: Excellent location and the easiest checkin/checkout I’ve had
Pros: Lovely rooms, tranquil setting.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: No AC
Pros: Very friendly staff. Easy late night check-in. Large bathroom with great shower! Full size fridge, microwave and coffee pot. ( Liquid creamer- yay!) Comfy bed! Access to washer/dryer. Clean and updated! ( we think we heard a moose.. Saw a moose about a half mike from hotel. My partner loved the remote fir the ceiling fan!
Cons: Light in ceiling fan was too dim.
Pros: No breakfast
Cons: Could have served breakfast.
Pros: It was a clean, quiet room
Cons: The security code to enter room didn't work on arrival.Mgr came out and programmed code incorrectly again, seemed grumpy/hostile. The house behind my room was plastered with altered flags & a large Trump sign. Room very small, with clothes hangers on the wall.
Pros: The full sized coffee pot was the best!! And super comfy bed!
Cons: Thin walls, could here neighbors talking clearly
Pros: Clean and comfortable

Pros: They accept dogs
Cons: I’m not sure how this motel tricked its way into high ratings. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Cannot get any rest due to the whole building shaking when someone flushes the toilet in other rooms. Constant banging and slamming of doors and other loud noises. Very small inside. No cancellation policy. I left a day early due to being so uncomfortable Even though it cost me 140 to do so. They need cut cut their prices in half.

Cons: As of this time nothing.
Pros: The room was quaint (in a good way). A good value for the cost.
Cons: The patrons in the parking lot of the bar next door were loud late into the morning. The restaurant food was good, but pricey. The prime rib bites appetizer was delicious!
Pros: Old time Alaska with fabulous staff! Louie’s is really fabulous restaurant/bar with many huge animal/fish trophies on the walls. It’s Attached to the motel. Great food and service! Short walk to stairs leading to the beach. Cute park across the street.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Our stay was comfortable. I like the older style colors of the room. The staff friendly and accommodating.
Cons: I can't think of anything I did not like.

Cons: Backdoor Bar out back kept us awake until 2 am!! Loud and obnoxious people staying up all night. Paid too much.

Pros: The customer service was over the top.The hotel is Absolutly great.Appreciate the whole experience
Cons: noise in hallway was quite loud and breakfast, while lots of options, was pretty icky.
Cons: Our window was facing a parking lot and people were in it talking very late and could hear them.
Pros: We stayed here for a couple nights while we were dipnetting and fishing on the peninsula. It best the heck out of camping on the beach. No issues with the room. Overall the place was clean and the staff were great. It was the best price in town. There was no elevator but it's only a 2 story building. Stairs ain't a big deal. Will stay here again next year for the annual dipnetting trip.
Pros: Hot tub and pool.
Pros: Pool and hot tub were a bonus.

Pros: Very accommodating , nice facilities, wonderful atmosphere Your own private cooking kitchens. You simply have it all.

Cons: That I was sick and could not really enjoy. I will stay here in the future when my husband and I return in the future.
Pros: Cabin was large and spacious. Property was quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was an added treat!!
Pros: Terry, the owner, was so helpful. We booked the day before because our hotel had lost hot water. Was amazed that Salmon Catcher had a suite. Found out when we got there suite was just opened up for booking the day we found it. Even though we were in the basement suite, McKinley 1, it was still great. So much space for the money. We just mentioned we would like to fish from the bank and Terry had us fitted out with rods, tackle, waders, net and cooler in minutes. Plus a map to a great place to fish for a simple parking fee of $5. All this was included in the price of the suite! He and his staff seemed really concerned that we had a great time and made sure we knew all the best places to eat if we wanted to go out. We were catch and release fishing and he even offered some halibut he had just frozen for us to cook for dinner! Incredible!!
Pros: Great place! The room was spacious enough, comfortable beds, great big shower, mini kitchen was nice addition too. Would stay there again. Highly recommend.
Pros: Newer place so things in good shape Does look like good facilities to clean and process fish.
Cons: A bunch. Adds/website was very different than reality. Felt like bait and switch. Lots of promises. View. Ours was of the parking lot office and fence hiding dumpster. Hot tub was across site. Brwakfast included at best was one package of instant oatmeal. Near things. Not so. Half hour to town on twisted roads. Nothing near by. No trails. Was in an extensive development -- give acre lots. No place for gear. Literally one place for a suit case. We piled another bag, our backpacks, and wildlife viewing gear in the middle of the living area and spent the evening tripping over them.

Cons: The coffee and the breakfast in this bed An breakfast was availleble but we had to make it our selves. There was enough, but in the other b&b’ s There was always coffee, you didn’t have to make it yourself. When we left, There was nobody to say thanks and to say goodbye. The door from the main House was open, but a big black dog was standing in the door and barking. So after leaving a quicknote we left around 10 am. It felt strange to leave without saying anything.

Cons: The bar seemed abit dark and dingy but people were friendly. Location quite away from town, definitely need own transport
Pros: That the room was cleaned daily and bed made. We were pleased with that part. We didn't think that would be done considering the other things.
Cons: Staff. Unfriendly, dingy didn't have paper she said we needed. Very unorganized. Late night fighting out side, people running back and forth during the night on walkway. Bartender on duty Monday night. Very slow at giving service. Did not even make eye contact or acknowledge we were there. Poor poor customer service. No restaurant, it is a bar. No other businesses around.
Cons: More a large loud bar with rooms than a hotel. Loud booming music until 2AM.
Cons: No coffee in room
Pros: It was very clean and the owners were very hospitable.
Cons: It was right next to the highway and you can hear all the traffic.
Pros: This is a small, cozy property run by a super friendly helpful family. It did not feel like a commercial hotel. It almost felt like home away from home. Internet connectivity is a little challenging but the staff helped me make that work, too. The small bar menu was tasty; they had live music on Friday night. Even the local patrons were friendly. I definitely intend to return next year.
Cons: Difficult to impossible to get cell phone calls.
Pros: Desk, fridge, coffee maker. Two beds, so some space for packing.
Cons: Rather scruffy, not well cleaned. Bedside lighting poor. Located well out of town.
