The front desk young man ( sorry forgot his name) was exemplementery ...an absolute ambassador to not only your hotel but also to your country ( we are visitors from NZ ). He really made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with patience and grace. As a tall man I found the shower very small....
It is quiet and with big clean rooms. The stuff was really professionals. The breakfast have variety but without light and healthy meals, only fress fruits but generaly is a very nice hotel especialy according the price
An absolute must for anyone intersted in motor sport and especially (obviously) Ferrari. A touch expensive though.
Everything about the stay was excellent, cleanliness, reception staff polite and pleasantand willing to help, cafe and restaurant excellent value for money and delicious food None
Very nice hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Liked large screen tv. Easy to find. Self service resturant confusing and poor selection at eight pm.
Mi ho sentito Ferrrari :). The walls were a bit thin, but luckily I only noticed in the morning of departure, so it did not bother me too much.
Spacious set-up. Nice Ferrari-styling throughout.
Our stay in this hotel was great. Everything is made in a harmony with Ferrari style, newest technologies are used everywhere and at the same time you can feel almost family atmosphere of people who like cars.
We stayed for 1 night only. Everything was ok + they gave us a free breakfast as bonus. Very good value for money. Strongly recommended for fans of Ferrari and F1.
Very helpful receptionist who introduced us a very good restaurant for seafood. We cannot find the hotel from the gps.
great receptionst, handy location, very clean and fgood size rooms very hard to find in a little town. need more signposts on main road. very disappointed that gym was closed
The service was great. Location was perfectly placed for local attractions. Parking was perfect. Quality was perfect. The drinks were very, very expensive. £20 for two drinks is too much!
Spacious room & bathroom Restaurant was not in operation and it was quite a walk to restaurants
Location was great. Amenities were good. Difficult to assess as most of the hotel staff was on vacation.
Easy to find across from Ferrari factory. Great value for money. Very modern facilities, decor, and fixtures. internet not free, not wireless, but not unreasonable either. not much besides Ferrari in Maranello
The wonderful atmosphere related to the Ferrari myth; the very spacious instalations of this hotel; the quiet surroundings. Nothing at all
Staff talked very good English. Kitchen good. Room very spacious. Bar facilities good. none
The taxis comms only from Modena! So they are very expensive
Wonderful hotel Located directly opposite Ferrari factory. Beautifully appointed. Excellent knowledgeable staff. Breakfast included and better quality than most hotels free wifi would have been nice
Great place to stay if you want to visit Ferrari land. Very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant and friendly helpful staff.
Location near Highway Breakfast room is rather small and without charm
Our room wasn't in the main hotel, it was in a motel section next to it. The room was excellent - the whole place is brand new and the room was huge. The decor is lovely, there was plenty of places to sit in the room and the bathroom was excellent. It is right near the auto strada but traffic noise wasn't a problem at all. Excellent hotel. Nothing - it was all excellent.
Excellent room standard, for the price paid. Restaurant closed on a Saturday night, which meant a taxi to and from another which was inconvenient and cost money we had not planned to spend
Everything was great...I recommend this Hotel to people who go this region to visit Ferrari Museum.
Lovely big comfortable room and bathroom, able to park right outside. Also just off motorway but no traffic noise and good steak restaurant across the road. No complaints regarding room etc but would prefer free internet.
the cleanliness and the silence of the room despite the nearby street nothing
Breakfast Room very small and breakfast service slow.
very good location - close to highway, but quiet. Excellent rooms, nice breakfast choice
The one AMAZING thing about this hotel is the restaurant and bar. The coffee is fantastic, and the restaurant is easily one of the better places we've eaten in Italy and at a reasonable price. The bar was also lovely during the day, and the staff there were very kind. It's about 20 minutes from the city center of Modena. The main issue here is the wireless internet. One front desk staff was particularly rude, and she continually seemed annoyed with us. The check in process was awful, they put us in a room in one of the auxiliary buildings which literally had zero connectivity to the network. The network wouldn't even appear. The Front Desk staff then told us to bring our devices to the front desk so they could show us how to login - which was particularly unhelpful unless you're sleeping in lobby. Furthermore, we'd accidentally left a small handbag in the previous room, and which the front desk lady called us to return. She then rolled her eyes and scoffed as she handed it to us when we came down, which was startlingly rude. Then, with annoyance, the front desk lady changed us to the main building - where we discovered we'd been moved to a smaller room which could still barely connect to the internet on an iPhone or laptop. We also had to move our bags ourselves, and we received no offer of assistance in the process. Having a background in the IT hospitality world, I can absolutely confirm they have a horrendous network connectivity problem. Despite our numerous complaints, they insisted they weren't received other complaints from guests, which I cannot see being possible. I consistently received download speeds of 0.4mbps, when the network would connect at all. Overall it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, having travelled through Italy for four months total.
The excellent staff and their ability to communicate Just that it was far from the center of town and we thought it was the one the owned in the center
The television setup was peculiar - you picked channels by menu ... pick a channel, go back to menu, pick another channel - very clumsy and no channel surfing possible. Also very limited channel range
the rooms were the same as shown in website and no cheating. it is located on outskirts of city so the taxi fare kills you if you want to go shopping.
Everything was OK, just no Bar when restaurant is close Small problem with order our dinner, just little misunderstanding...
clean room & comfortable beds
was not able to join to Wifi
room size was ok for three people no transport, only taxi; no amenities close by. I selected for being close to airport, but would like to have something close by.
It is located in a remote area, so pretty quiet unless you get a room facing the road. Also ample free parking space which seems very secure
close to the airport (15 minutes), but transfer is 10 euros or taxi 15 euros, breakfast was good and a lot of choices. Room has a big balcony. They offer a lot of free staff: shaving things, sewing, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, shoe cleaners, chocolate and sweets. It's a very big hotel in the middle of nowhere. Room was not so clean, I had some insects in my room. Bed is small and rather old. Old fashion bathroom. Restaurant is very poor, didnt like the food (not warm).
It was close to the airport and even though the restaurant was closed as we arrived at midnight, they prepared toasted sandwiches for us. Staff were very pleasant and the room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent.
The nearess to the Bordeaux airport The room was not so great as i thought, since the price i've paid. The bathroom wasn't good, not in coerence with the paid price and with something broken (the shower box for example).
Excellent staff treatment. None
Proximity to old town center and train station
friendly staff no tea/coffee facilities in room
The towels were very bad
The lady at the reception was very friendly and nice. The Hotel is very simple but clean and very close to city center.
The location near the town centre. Staff directed to a tour of a Balsamic Vinegar Factory which was a delightful experience. The tour is a must do. Restricted Parking
Good food. Very good that they had free wi-fi, I think that is basic for any hotel today. Good hotel for cost-conscious business people and families. Good location - close to old town and train station - and hence to airport bus. Many people in restaurant = locals find that the kitchen is competitive. English menu in restaurant would help. Though waiter spoke English and helped.
staff friendly and very helpful. spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast very good. internet fast and free. reasonable price. excellent location. main road but not noisy. congrats.keep it up! No it was up to my expectations
Una Hotel Modena was a delightful surprise...only 10 days since opening and the hotel was beautiful! Staff were excellent and could speak English fluently which helped us enormously. The rooms were very modern; there was efficient & effective, free Wi Fi connection, easy parking and great breakfasts. Everything we needed. NA
The best value for the money I have yet to spend in Italy. The location is no more than 6km from the center of Modena - on one of the four main streets (no turns, no confusion, no getting lost). The room is beautiful, large, immaculate. And the dinners, lunches, and even breakfasts at the restaurant ... are better, and cheaper, than the restaurants in town. EUR40 for two appetizers, and entres for two.
Beautiful Hotel that is brand new. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was helpful and spoke English. Overall a great hotel!!
The hotel is quite new and modern designed. The rooms are comfortable. The receptionist was very polite. And the breakfast is excellent! There was only a shampoo in our bathroom, the body lotion and hair balsam was missing. But I asked the cleaning lady for a cream, she went the store and gave me not only a cream but a full manicure set! So it was OK at the end.
The Una Hotel Madena is a very nice hotel, the decoration is of a high level of design and beautiful to look at. Only something wrong with the shower, the rose did not fix in the holder.
the room is clean and quite large with a fitted carpet that makes a warm floor. The bathroom is large as well and there are just enough power outlets to plug in a mobile charger and a laptop. no free Internet facilities, the matress was too soft, the pillows are too thin and no extra pillows in room,
Location to and from the Exhibition Centre in Modena. Breakfast price not included in the price and €10.00 is to much if you want a coffee and croissant or toast.
Big room, good choice of TV channels, free parking Thin walls, poor breakfast (as all over Italy), wireless internet not working in rooms, only one free elec socket
This hotel was very convenient to the Autostada. The room we stayed in was very large and clean. We stayed on a Saturday night and although the restaurant was closed the desk clerk gave directions to a very good restaurant close by. Although they advertised an American breakfast buffet it was disappointing at best. With a very poor selection and not much choice for 10 euro a person.
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Because it was in a business park, it was very quiet at night. It mainly caters to business clients, so our weekend stay was discounted to less than half the posted rate. The desk staff were very helpful in guiding us around the local area. The bar area was a nice place to relax after walking around Modena and Verona. We booked two rooms, but we could have all stayed together in the quad room that they gave our daughters, saving us ~100 Euro for the two nights.
extremly expensive internet - only one computer in the loby, you need a credit card to use it
Big room and nice bathroom. The menu of the day was very poor.
Large bedrooms, Sky TV, comfortable. Breakfast price at €10.00 is to expensive, they should include the price of breakfast in the room price which is affordable.
Very large rooms. Close to highway. Rooms heating not at the best, a bit slow to warm up.
easy to find - all amenities as expected - enjoyed meal in restaurant.
This hotel is very close to Marconi Airport. The staff was very kind. It was very noisy and old-style looking.
The purpose for this hotel is the closeness to the airport. Therefore its o.k.
No problems, staff was very heplful with driving into the Old City.
Close to the airport. clean. no fuss. The deco.
The staff was very nice and did speak some English; they were very accommodating. The breakfast was always very nice and included fresh coffee and cappachino as well as fresh bakery crossiants, ham, salami, yogurts, fruits, cereals and cheeses. The room was a very nice size and they cleaned the room every morning when I went down for breakfast. It would be nice if the double bed was actually a double bed instead of two twin beds put together. The beds would separate at night and cause a very uncomfortable split between the two sections. The only way to fix it was to get up and slide the two beds back together. But the majority of double beds in hotels in Europe are made this way.
Very nice double room, good beds and fine bathroom. The nice price! The hotel is located outside the city center and it is not possible to walk to city center pending lack of suitable footpasses/pavements.
Easiness in checking in and out,as long as the privacy each client has. It has too cold mood
Very quite, calm and clean. Fantastic price A gym or a sauna would make a perfect place. It would also be fantastic to keep this price for instance during the weekend or when the place is less busy. Good price is always during Christmas
Value of the stay and both cleanliness and hassle free wifi Not easy to find
Convenient for visiting Carpi and Modena. Very good restaurant almost next door. When we arrived in the restaurant for breakfast there was little food left and many of the tables had not been cleared. Over the next ten minutes or so the staff sorted out the situation.
design and confort breakfast very basic
An excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Superb room.
When we where checking out the staff told us the wrong price ( of course a higer price, then they corrected it when we pointed it out)
close to the highway, very convenient price during the weekend people are too cold. you really miss the warmth of people
very nice and friendly staff, good bed, great room
Spacious room in a hotel with a good location and friendly and helpful staff.
The classic type of a typical Italian down town hotel, easily accessable by car. Friendly atmosphere, helpful people.
Based on other reviews of hotels in the Modena area, this was chosen. The other hotels got lousy reviews.. This is a fairly cheap hotel with simple standards. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. One other thing worth mentioning, was the sound proofing of the room, which turned out to be very good. Nice and quiet at night despite the location (close to a main road).
Pretty good location. Parking right in front of the hotel door (it's a city spot, but hotel gives you a permit). Staff is friendly. Old hotel. Bare minimum facility. Bathroom has spots of mildew.
The place is good, only need to walk for 5-10 minutes from the station and city center . Intolerably dirty , outmoded, the air conditioner is bad,
very friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Very convenient for town centre being a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk for daytime shopping or evening restraunts. a bit scruffy around the edges.
Friendly staff. Superb breakfast. Free internet.
Staff were friendly and helpful and were able to converse in english The hotel staff were not familiar with the motor sport museums and attractions in the area which is a big draw for the area. There is more info at the Ti on the main Piazza
Location (near train and bus station and within 10 min walk from Duomo) and value for money. Also, books were available in each floor for free Design, decoration, room space, breakfast were just acceptable and they were reflecting the low rate of the room (value for money)
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It was very convenient to where we were headed, and the staff was very professional and helpful, such as with directions to the sights there. We would highly recommend this hotel. No.
Very comfortable and convenient. Good value for money. No particular charm, rather impersonal atmosphere (a lot of businessmen), but quite pleasant nevertheless.
the breakfast I had one major problem with my stay at the Hotel Le Ville: It is a 4-star hotel so I expected to get a 4-star room. Once arrived at the hotel I found out that this hotel actually also offers 3-star rooms (in the "Depandance") and that I was in a 3-star room.
Nothing was to much trouble. Very friendly staff. Good location and would definately stay there again.
Very charming hotel with a great restaurant. We had difficulty finding the hotel. The driving instructions from Book it were confusing and incorrect
Very comfortable and very good services
Very hot weekend, had air condition and swimming pool. Used as a overnight stop and would use again. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Nicley situated just off motorway Remote and had to use facilities on site ie Restraunt.
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms; Good restaurant but a little expensive. Nice location at the country side. Easy to find. Close to modena. large free parking.
The hotel was very welcoming with staff that greeted us well. The room was well appointed and clean. The hotel also had a swimming pool which was very much appreciated. I would recomend this hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Very spacious and clean room with a view over the pool-area (they upgraded us without extra cost), ekstremly friendly and helpful staff, specially the manager Claudio. We forgot 3 pair of shoes in a shop close to the hotel and we didnt find out about it until we arrived Florence. I called the hotel and they picked up the shoes for us.
Great personnel. Treated nicely by all. Okay breakfast. Terrible dinner service and just so-so food! No free internet. That is a no-no for business people. Okay TV. Great parking. Room far too small. Only one iron and ironing board to share with all hotel rooms. A disgrace by American standards! Bed way too small & low!
The staff was very gracious. We felt very well taken care of. They went out of their way to help us with bike rentals, parking, overall help in seeing the city. The carpet in the rooms was not very clean.
We were very impressed with the hotel, it represents very good value for money. The rooms were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. A good breakfast was provided. We were travelling around Italy by train and this hotel is a short walk from the station. The town of Carpi is very beautiful.
Great fitness center
On arrival at the hotel the staff were very pleasant. The hotel location is perfect for a visit to Carpi. I will use the hotel again. The only complaint was that we could not get sandwiches during the day, we were directed to a cafe across the road.
Staff was helpful and flexible, good restaurant Small shover cabin, and at 6am some idiot was swaping loudly the street, but this can happen every.where
the room was really nice no
Hotel is absolutely comfortable, friendly and nice inside, as well outside, cause its only 3 min from railway station... i was really satisfied about it:)
Proximity of the cities (Modena, Bologna, Parma, Verona...) and a quick acces to the motorways. The parking of the hotel is too small regarding to the room capacity.
