Guests will need to provide their own login credentials to access the apps and streaming channels for the smart TVs in the unit. As of April 2024, this condo has had some updates which include beautiful new decor and artwork placed throughout, and the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors! This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates this condo from many other resorts and rentals. Very few rentals offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at Buena Vista. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware, and glassware; everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. The living area is possibly the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa or accent chairs and watch TV. The dining table and chairs sit in between the living room and the kitchen. Each bedroom features 1 full size bed, dresser, closet for storage, and windows for natural light. Each bedroom will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The outdoor pool and sundeck are also located on the 4th floor, and guests can easily walk out to the pool from condo #402. Please keep in mind that Buena Vista is a 100% smoke-free complex, and smoking is not permitted on the balconies or at the pool area. Guests will be fined $300 if this rule is broken. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Buena Vista is a very well-maintained complex located in the highly sought-after area of Cherry Grove Beach. This resort is only a short ride to dining and attractions in North Myrtle Beach.
