Pros (+) The hotel was great. Check in was quick and easy. The hair dryer in our room did not work. I went to the front desk and was told they would bring me a new one. Within minutes someone was up there and had it fixed. Rooms were comfy.
Cons (-) The view from our balcony was overlooking a messy area. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant. We got there at 8 and there were only a few people in the bar area. We ordered food and it took about 40 minutes (we just ordered a pizza). We were in no hurry but it would have been nice to be told sorry for the wait but your food is coming. Not sure what happened. We ordered two drinks to take up...
