Pros (+) Great location, decent sized mini-fridge in the room.
Cons (-) Mattress was too firm for my liking, the linens were two flat sheets, housekeeping didn't even make the bed in between nights - let alone change the sheets, housekeeping also didn't provide fresh towels in between nights. No iron or ironing board in the rooms.
Cons (-) No hot water! Needed to call staff to get TV working. Not even a plastic cup in the room for water. Deadbolt only locks from inside which made me concerned for my valuables when I was not in the room. The worst hotel I've stayed in for at least 25 years!

Pros (+) The location was the only part about this hotel that I liked. In addition, during the day the pool was a nice get away from the beach.
Cons (-) The room was disgusting: dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty toliet, hair all over the floor and in the shower. There was such a bad smell coming from the air conditioner that my boyfriend and myself both got sick. The fact that there was no ventilación in the bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. Would never return nor recommend! :/
