Pros. Perfect location
Cons. Bed was uncomfortable, room was microscopic and outdated
Cons. The maid replaced the towels, left the bed unmade and left a large bag of trash in our room, in the middle of the floor. The blinds were broken off and anyone could look in. The wifi did not work.
Pros. Location was great. The room cooled down quickly.
Cons. The place is a little old. My girlfriend said the ac window unit made her cough.
Pros. This is an older property that is well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. View and sunsets were amazing, we had a room that was right on the inlet. Short walk to beach and boardwalk.

Pros. It was fairly clean. The only gross part was finding a few stray long curly hairs in the spare blanket and the fact that for some odd reason it was overloaded with flies when we first got in the room.
Cons. Very, very tiny shower and bathroom in general. Also the bed was kind of uncomfortable. In hindsight we shoyod have rotated the mattress.
