Pros (+) Staff where helpful and friendly Rooms and facility's where very clean Nice pool for the kids Hotel was pretty busy, and was impressed with the lack of noise filtering into the room
Cons (-) Breakfast bar isn't refreshed fast enough for the size of guest in the hotel. First Day we went down at 7:05 (open at 7:00) and all the hot food was gone. We ended up leaving hotel and grabbing breakfast somewhere else. Went down the next day at 7:00 and just after we went threw all the hot food was gone again. I heard a few other guest complaining. Pros (+) Nice rooms, good breakfast, pretty facilities
Cons (-) The boiler broke and we had to wait 2 hrs for hot water to shower. The people in the room above us let their children jump on the furniture and yell until 2 AM. We called the front desk and they talked to the family. The family did not quiet down and the front desk staff said we would have to call the police because there was nothing more they could do. We just wanted to sleep.
