Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: Lovely B&B in a natural reserve area, very welcoming host. Would stay again.
Pros: I like everything, the house has a lot of character and the personal touch of Simone makes it a home. The breakfast was great, with excellent coffee and home-made bread. Simone and his gf are amazing hosts. Simone gave us 2 very good quality mountain bikes which we used all day and very useful tips of where to go and what to visit.
Cons: I loved the stay at B&B da Nonna Li! There was nothing that I didn't like. We told Simone that the door to the bathroom made noise and he fixed it immediately although it took him quite some time.
Pros: Very peaceful location. Secure off street parking. The guest lounge with open fire was a lovely place to relax on the sofa with a book. Our host provided useful information on restaurants for evening meals and a map of local walking trails which are definitely worth doing.
Pros: Simone is a fabulous host, personal barrista and knows everything about trails and wildlife in Abruzzo National park. For us, it was the perfect place to enjoy beautiful hikes through pristine Italian nature. Happy to come back one day!
Pros: Our stay was great. Simone, the host and owner, is one of those people that every town deserves, capable of promoting and highlighting every aspect of a place, always helpful and doing the best to make us guest feel comfortable with everything. Breakfast was amazing, with homemade local food and ingredients. Our room interiors was really cozy, comfy bed, wood all over and even a fireplace! Bathroom clean and modern The host also gave us tips on excursions, restaurants, walks and also shared interesting stories about the area that made us curious to come back and be his guests again. Thank you!
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Simone was really nice and had recommendations about everything we needed - restaurants and tracks around the park. He also provided us a map, and explained to us everything we needed.
Cons: The shower water weren’t enough hot for me to take a shower (for my partner it was enough)
Pros: Very friendly host, amazing rooms with a nice view of the mountains, and overall atmosphere. Way above the average in terms of care for the details, cleanliness and style. We had a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Nothing :)
Pros: The host, Simone was extremely helpful with local information and suggestions for hikes.
Cons: the meat and cheese were not separated at the breakfast buffet, which made it difficult for vegetarians.
With a stay at Il Duca degli Abruzzi in Pescasseroli, you'll be a 1-minute drive from National Park of Abruzzo and 6 minutes from Abruzzo National Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: Nice interior, good location, clean, and quiet.
Cons: We don’t speak Italian and the owner made virtually no effort to communicate with us. Of all the 15 or so places we have stayed in Italy, this was by far the worst in terms of communication.
Pros: Food was incredible. Staff treated us like family, interior of this albergo was beautifully done and we left feeling we would absolutely stay there again.
Cons: That we didn't stay longer.
Pros: The commune of Opi is simply love on the first sight and the B&B is a great place to live in during your stay.
Pros: Location was excellent. We were visiting Opi hoping to find some of our relatives, which Dominico made it possible. He was very friendly and helpful in arranging dinners and transportation back to Rome.
Pros: This is a great place because Domenico, the proprietor, is a welcoming, helpful, gracious host. The rooms are fine, with excellent heating. Breakfasts are good. Domenico gives excellent advice about places to hike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

Pros: Classy B&B,, clean and comfortable, in a fabulously pretty little town at 1250m altitude.
Cons: In-room tea & coffee would have been nice.

Cons: The breakfast was fine but could have offered more local produce
With a stay at Albergo della Corte in Pescasseroli, you'll be a 1-minute drive from National Park of Abruzzo and 5 minutes from Abruzzo National Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful view from the balcony
Pros: The location was very convenient to the downtown area -easy walking and very safe. the host was very helpful giving us dinner recommendations and directions. Parking area is off the street, right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was ok - sweet rolls, juice and coffee.
Cons: We are not "sweets" people, so breakfast was a disappoint for us. It would have been nice to have had some meat & cheese.
Pros: The Albergo was such a pleasant place. It is family run and they are very helpful in providing information about hikes and restaurants. The Albergo is a short walk to the town where there are a number of restaurants. It was also easy to access the hiking trails from the Albergo. We wanted to take a short hike on the last day and the owners extended the check out time so we could freshen up after the hike before the drive home. One does not get that type of offer in most places. If we are able to return to Pescaseroli, we would definitely stay there.
Cons: Breakfast was typical Italian with cappuccino and sweet things (cornetti, cakes, marmelade, Nutella, etc). We would have like something hardier (eggs, ham, cheese) to help us through our morning hikes.
Pros: Friendly and helpful host. Good value and great location with parking.
Pros: Very friendly host. Close to center but quiet. The host did his best for giving me a lactosefree breakfast, simple and honest.
Pros: Excellent experience. Gianluca is a very helpful host and really tried to accommodate his guests.
Cons: The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable
Pros: the location
Pros: Calm relaxing location. Easy access. Warm friendly owners/staff, however we were the only guests the night we stayed.
Pros: View was spectacular. Room very clean, breakfast very good. Quiet and restful.

Pros: The property is only a few minutes walk from the old centre of Pescasseroli and the room is large and airy. The bed is very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. The host Marco is very warm and welcoming and was ready to help with anything we needed. We had a lovely stay there.
Pros: Friendly B&B within walking distance of the city center.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean. The surrounding areas were beautiful.
Cons: It’s quite a quiet place so it wasn’t easy to find somewhere to eat when we arrived outside of ordinary meal times.
Pros: Location was nice, with fantastic views, lovely little village, very nice breakfast, quite location, close to local shops and restaurants.
Cons: Pool was very cold as they keep it closed until guests show up, mattress and pillows were not comfortable, shower trays in both rooms have been clogged with long dark hair (we were blonde) and it should not been hard for cleaner not to notice. Reception did not have the iron or ironing service.

Cons: Liked everything - the one thing I would improve is the breakfast - not a great variety of choices and too many packaged goods for my liking.

Cons: Place is very nice but it needs an update Our room was on the first floor and you could hear other guests gathered downstairs No fan in the room , no AC ,no screen on the window Old Bedspread , not enough pillows Room smelled like smoke Flies over croissants placed on each table plate . They should have been kept in s covered tray
Pros: Very friendly and homely; unpretentious, a little bit quirky, pretty garden and terrace, comfortable bed, good sized room and good value; ample breakfast Imagine it would be warm and inviting in winter On the outer limits of the town but this only made it peaceful We were here a couple of nights only but would happily recommend to family and friends

Pros: The incredibly friendly staff / owners made our stay such a positive one. The breakfast was exceptional. Bucaneve was indeed a good place to call “home” after a day hiking in the park. Comfortable bed, beautiful views from the terrace, and a location unlike any other. We didn’t want to leave (we almost didn’t).
Cons: The shower had good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and both a hand-held shower head and a large fixed “waterfall-type” shower head. Unfortunately, the waterfall-type dripped cold water when not in use. Yuck.
