Excellent location. Food at resturants very good. Right on tbe neach
Room not cool enough and bed is harder than we likd
Great place to stay.
Th location is perfect. We love staying at Perdido Beach Resort. The views are fantastic. The rooms are nice and spacious.
We encountered a rude valet upon arrival. She was probably just having a bad day. Latitude 30 restaurant was a major let down. We wouldn't go back to this restaurant.
This is place is really nice and not expensive. Definitely staying here again.
Everyone was really nice and the staff kept everything nice and clean.
The bar at the pool closed at 6pm, it would be nice to be outside and enjoy a drink after dark.
Mostly a very good experience
What a beautiful beachfront view from our room! The room faced directly to the Gulf, almost entirely unobstructed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the staff made sure we had plenty of pillows. The resort is well-appointed, with several restaurants, a gift shop and an office to book any type of water adventures you might want. We only ate at Latitude 30 this time, but it was quite good for the price. We didn't eat at Voyager's this time, but we have in the past, and it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I've ever had. It's also very close to many great shops at San Roc Cay, including some exceptional restaurants. The white sand beaches of Orange Beach simply can't be beat. Make sure to reserve lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach; at $30 a day they're not cheap but absolutely worth it, especially if you burn easily.
Coffee service in lobby ends at 9am, and no other beverages in lobby - disappointing from a full service resort. Despite booking in advance, our room was not ready at 4pm as promised, and the staff did not offer any perks as a result of our inconvenience. The in-room coffee was not an award winner either, but seemed to be somehow better on the second day. Has the typical awful pillows as most hotels do, though I would have expected something slightly better from this resort.
Room was excellent, great view of the beach - loved the location the most.
Spa/jacuzzi area was filthy (hair, garbage, leaves floating) and there was so much chlorine our eyes burned from five minutes in there. loud college kids drinking and smoking around pool at night (felt less like a resort and more like a cheap spring break hotel).
We had a great time. It is centrally located and right on the beach.
There were some self described "Frat boys" that were pretty awful on the beach, but when they moved up to the pool and began urinating in the shrubs the hotel security quickly corrected them and I did not see them again.
Great Stay; complete resort experience at hotel pr
Had everything we needed. Destiny at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful person we came across. The industry needs more stars like her.
Be aware of your room location. We could smell the garbage that we were put by the whole time. Latitude30 service was terrible. Slow, and not how we requested. Charged for items we never received but manager never was available. One server on a holiday night.
One night stay
Slept great in the bed. Very comfortable pillows and mattress, and the room was very clean. The view of the gulf overlooking the pool was gorgeous. The piano player in the lobby was great and many people enjoyed dancing in the evening.
One of the elevators was broken, so their was only one working on our side. Their was a retreat that weekend with hundreds of loud and obnoxious teenagers. We hopped on the elevator after waiting for it for about 10 minutes and the 10 kids that were on it had pressed all of the elevator floor buttons before they got off as a prank. It was really really annoying. We finally made it to the 9th floor where our room was and unloaded. When we went outside to relax on the balcony the kids at the pool and on the balconies across the hotel on the other side had laser pointers flashing and shining in our eyes. We saw the potential of having an enjoyable time had everything worked and the kids not been there but unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay at all. We wanted to eat breakfast the next morning at their restaurant but it was so chaotic and crowded the wait was too long. We ended up going to Waffle House and leavaing early.
Great value, great staff, great location.
Proximity to beach and local amenities.
We found no fault.
Our balcony was huge with an amazing view of the beach . It was room #5015 . Everyone was so friendly and the place was very clean . We will stay there again !
No negative comments on the hotel .
Very nice place
The room was very nice, clean, pretty spacious. We had no complaints with the room or staff.
We just thought it was a bit overpriced. I will qualify that by saying, I know it was peek season but at 299 a night it was a bit much. We are use to staying in a multi bedroom condo with kitchen for those prices. We were just staying one night and a lot of other places were booked up so I understand. I'd stay again under similar circumstances.
