Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

"The flight crew was very rude to people they thought were ignoring mask mandate. There was a lady that said her mask had slipped down and the flight attendant was very rude to her. When is the mask mandate going to be lifted? I wore my mask the whole time but really ridiculous that I have to still wear it. I have been fully vaccinated since February."

My son, who I booked the ticket for, ran all the way to the connecting flight's gate. They'd already closed the doors, and wouldn't let him on. Consequently he had to be re-booked onto the next flight, which didn't leave until 2200."

It should have been DFW to JFK to Glasgow. Delta cancelled his flight. Citing "weather issues." My family researched this, and couldn't find any weather issues in the North East or NY area."

Cons: "Again as usual my flight with American was delayed. This has happened on every single American flight I've taken in the past year (I have not had this problem with other airlines). We had to sit on the tar mac in Dallas with no air conditioning for an hour. The flight crew began to apologize for how 'how it was' and during the apology turned it back around on them and began to say 'we've been on this flight since 7 a.m.' (basically indicating that we should feel worse for them than ourselves). This airline has a complete disregard for customer service and I WILL NOT ever fly American again--this was the last straw."

Cons: "Two months after I booked my AA flight for two passengers, I was told that the flight number for our flight had changed. Little did I know that my wife's seat was moved 10 rows back, even though we originally reserved seats next to each other. Luckily, I noticed this change when I checked in, but I had to shell out and additional $78 just so she could still sit in the original seat I purchased for her! I called AA about this, and they said that she was "reaccommodated". I call that "unaccommodated". They did offer to refund the money, but I won't get it until 10-14 business days later..."

Cons: "we are looking good for timely departure except we found a small item during walk around. maintenance is on call. good news maintenance has arrived and is working. good news maintenance is finished and finalizing paper work, we will be only 5 to 10 min late. due to delay on apron we will be 40 to 50 min late. luggage - two out of three made it. one guy unloading entire plane at PNS So total delay 2 hrs and minus one suit case."

Pros: "Flight was operated by British Airways. Crew was helpful and responsive (and came quickly to address the escalating passenger argument); boarding and offloading was quick and straightforward and luggage was available promptly."

The entertainment system was tiny, very slow and touchscreen but not very responsive to touch and had to be jabbed at (much to the chagrin of those sitting in the seat in front) to select."

Cons: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

We finally got off the ground almost three hours late but staff tried to be as helpful as possible though they didn’t know much. It was good the passengers seemed fairly patient and accepting. The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

Cons: "1. Flight crew stopped coach passengers in the middle of boarding to take drink orders from first class passengers. Very rude and unnecessary. 2. Flight crew allowed passengers to wait for the restroom next to the pilot access door. At least five times with single passengers waiting and once with two waiting. Crew said nothing. 3. Flight crew did not check seatbelts prior to takeoff in the forward section of coach. At least one seatbelt remained unsecured and one child had a backpack on his lap during takeoff. Very unprofessional crew. Credit card promotions over the PA system were very annoying and unintelligible."

Pros: "AA canceled our flight on 9/13 and rescheduled us to 9/15 for no apparent reason. There were flights leaving Orlando. When I called to ask why since all I received was a text message the customer service rep was rude. Then I received another text message on 9/13 at 4:30 am saying my flight was canceled and we were rebooked again!!! After calling again I was told if I want to leave on Friday we would have to leave from another airport that was over an hour away which means $225 in transportation to get us there! This is on top of the 2 additional hotel nights we paid for and additional meals. When I asked if we would be compensated for all the additional expenses we were incurring I was told it's weather related so probably not. I informed the rep that flights have been leaving Orlando since Tuesday 9/12 so that cannot be the case. She said to try to contact them online. UNACCEPTABLE. I will not fly AA again and I will not recommend them to family or friends. If I could give zero stars I would but the survey defaults to one star."

Pros: "Nice modern plane. Even though the flight was delayed, we ended up boarding earlier than expected and arrived pretty close to our original expected arrival time."
Cons: "The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved."

I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

Cons: "The space and seats were uncomfortable. I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

Finally it told me there were no seats available unless I wanted to pay for upgrade. Gee I thought a seat came with the price of a ticket. Then there was no shoulder room in the seating and I am an average sized person. There was leg room because it was an exit row. Then they tried to sell me a round-trip ticket that was more costly than buying individual tickets. What a scam."

We flew through rough weather, but the Captain kept us informed and overall, I enjoyed the flight. it was so nice to be in a plane that didn't look like a dump. My seat was fairly comfortable and I enjoyed the extra room between me and the tray table and I had better leg room. ( did not order food, though menu selections were not really to my taste and did not use entertainment offered )"

The only reason our flight attendant smiled was because our flight was bumpy at times while she served and it was a bit comical. I had to speak first to the flight attendant when I boarded. I like the window seat, unfortunately the way the seats are placed, you are lower than the window and have to lean forward to look out."

She went above and beyond her future to provide THE BEST customer service and flight I’ve had in over 20+ years of flying. She was arguing with another passenger before helping me over the same subject, so when I tried to explain that the smallest backpack was almost empty and fit inside the other, she was impatient, upset ignored me and was already demanding my credit card with the bag tag in her hand rushing me. I paid extra $60.00 after I had paid $25,00 for the first bag when I could have put the flexible kipling inside the Jansport if she had listened to me. The flight delayed after I was unable to defend myself and paid an unfair feer."

If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

We didn't eat anything on the flight this time, but the complimentary snacks on our other flight were tasty, and the Gin&Tonic was exactly what I needed. While we didn't pay for the in-flight entertainment, we know the entertainment is exceptional, and were only disappointed we were pinching pennies. Boarding was pleasant enough in Newark, but Orlando is a terrible airport, and people there seem very ill-mannered. Not United staff, just people in general."

I was the only person to raise A HAND. sHE LATER STATED THAt the flight would wait for my connection. We landed at 9:05 and taxied in about 10 min. The flight was to leave at 9:15. The flight attendant on my flight asked where was the connecting flight,they replied it left already. Iwas rebooked on America To Charollet,N C to connect for Pensacola. That took 4hrs more."

Cons: "This was the rudest and most unprofessional airline staff I have ever worked with in my life. I personally watched the lady at the gate check-in desk straight up lie to a passenger who she didn’t like personally. This passenger was late for boarding by 2-3 minutes (yet still 10 minutes before scheduled take off), and when he arrived at the gate the Silver Airways employee informed him that he would not be allowed to load since the door had already shut and the engines were already running. From my seat though, I could clearly see that the engines were completely still and not yet started. When I noticed this, I started paying closer attention. After pleading with the Silver employee in a civil manner, he began to become agitated with the lack of help he was getting. It was the day after Christmas, and the man was just trying to fly home to his family. The plane was still sitting at the gate, but the Silver employee said (in a very rude fashion) there was nothing she could do except change him to a later flight. 15 minutes go by, and the plane finally starts to back out of the gate. The man who had just missed his flight decided to take the Silver employee up on her offer to switch to the later flight, but when he asked, she looked at her computer and said there was no more space available on the later flight. Disappointed and annoyed, the man left the terminal completely frustrated because she had just offered him a later flight that didn’t have any room left. Or at least that’s what she told him. 2 Minutes later, another man approached the gate desk with the same problem, he missed the same flight. This time though, when she looked up the same exact later flight, it all of a sudden had plenty of space. She even asked the man whether he would prefer an exit row or a window seat. I was left completely dumbfounded. This employee had just told the previous man it was full, and now she was printing a boarding pass for this guy. It was obvious that she liked this man more than the last guy, and that’s why she was able to “help”. This makes me absolutely disgusted with Silver Airlines character and integrity. I will never fly Silver again, and I hope all who read this take my advise."

Another problem I had was on the return flight. The printout said Terminal B. I had to go to Terminal A. At Orlando airport, the signs for Silver airways are not seen to show where ticket counter is located. I must have asked 4 people before reaching their counter to get my boarding pass."

Cons: "They canceled my flight, then canceled the next one, finally got a flight to Miami, which was boarded late and the attendant was extremely rude when I asked about the details of my new flight (like where I was going and when my connection was...). Then, due to weather we were rerouted to Gainsville. They wouldn't let me get out, even though there was a more direct connection in Gainsville to DC than Miami. Instead I go back to Miami, and even though I make the connecting flight, they sold my seat to a standby customer. I didn't get home until 11:30pm. I was suppose to arrive home by 12pm. It was awful and the attendants were so unhelpful and rude that it was actually ridiculous. I complained to United and of course they won't do anything. I don't qualify for a refund because they switched me over to another airline for the final leg of the trip."

Stewardess covered with a napkin and if you didn't have long legs you were going to walk on it. Needless to say it wasn't a happy ending and now I have a 3 hour delay on flight home!"

She was about 12, why didn't her dad say something and better yet why didn't he sit with her, their seats were booked before mine."

Maintenance was the most popular excuse but they also threw in stories about getting a different plane from the hangar and flying a plane in from a nearby city that never materialized. Maybe they somehow flew into the Bermuda Triangle instead and are lost for all time. God rest the crew's souls. Either way, lying to the passengers wasn't helping at this point. Five hours after our scheduled departure time, I left because I could have just driven to my destination by then. I got an email notification 7+ hours after the original departure time notifying me that the flight was officially canceled. I was only scheduled to take a one way flight with them but I'm not going to do business with them ever again. I understand delays or cancellations happen beyond their control but lying for 5 - 7 hours throughout the entire process doesn't encourage me to trust them ever again. Who knew that renting a car and driving through three states was more dependable than a flight?"

Cons: "Absolutely do not like that Frontier Airlines does not offer TSA Pre-Check service for its passengers who are enrolled in the program. I was not aware of this ahead of time, but it was confirmed to me after looking at my ticketing and speaking with several TSA agents from my departing airport, Orlando (MCO). They said Frontier is one of the very few carriers that do not participate in this program for some reason. I would love to know what that reason is? This is a very important feature for me. Without a good reason for not offering this service, I must say I am far less likely to chose Frontier in the future, along with having to make recommendations to my colleagues to avoid Frontier for this reason for their travel needs as well."

Cons: "PAYING FOR A CARRY-ON?! That's bad form. Paying for sit down after we have already bought tickets? Just be up front with your costs. Thankfully I called the airline and was told if I didn't pay for a seat, one would be assigned for me on my boarding pass. I was not going to pay even more to actually sit on the flight. Two flight attendants ignored me and when they came to our seats they wouldn't even look at me when I smiled at them and was curious about food. I saw it done to other passengers too. I was extremely disappointed by that. Furthermore, Frontier needs to know how long the flight is going to be. Don't be guessing and then be surprised there is no gate available for you. I was told the flight will be 3 hours and it was advertised as such. In the end it was only 2. That in itself is fine, but where was the organization of the company when planning the flight, especially since the flight itself was smooth overall. I just found it weird. The seats were nice and clean. At least the captain updated us when he could. That, I appreciated. Overall, not the best airline but they'll safely get you fro point A to point B and for that I am thankful."

Cons: "This airline is TOTAL GARBAGE. Flight to Orlando had two hour delay due to mechanical issue. They rushed to board us, we sat on plane, started to pull from gate then right back to gate to unboard. Sat in airport clueless, finally flew. Expected arrival 11:15pm, turned into 1:40am. Ended up costing me double $$ when I had to re rent a car because our counter closed at 1am (not a problem had we been on time) Flight home wasn't any better. Separated my companion flyer and myself, attendant got very snippy when I asked about it - told me I should have paid extra money to sit next to each other. Arrival into Phila airport, waited an HOUR and 10 minutes for our bag. Never again. I'll spend more money on better airlines to avoid that headache. Ended up wasting money on other things just to "save" a few dollars on my flights. Worst flight experience I've EVER had, that says a lot when you fly 2-3x a month."

On top of those pricing shenanigans the seats are smaller than average, do not recline at all and are generally uncomfortable and the tray tables are minuscule. I have told everyone I came into contact with during my trip and I will continue to tell anyone that will listen that I feel misled and taken advantage of by frontier airlines."

We could have enjoyed 80 deg and beautiful Orlando for five additional hours instead of the interior of the terminal. To add insult to injury, they were oversold and could not print us a set of boarding passes. The lady behind the counter said she had "never encountered this." I referred to my outbound flight where the very same thing happened 5 days ago. I wish I could run my business this way and make a profit!"

Why wasn't the maintenance crew already waiting for the plane once the decision was made to return to the gate? One would have thought after such an inconvenience that Frontier could afford to let go of some of its $5 sodas or pretzels for free to the passengers, are you kidding...NOT! We were offered about 4 ounces of warm water. Yup, they would not even let go of their ice. I guess the lesson is that you live and learn, I will never fly Frontier again."

Pros: "I read other's reviews about being charged for a carry on; my experience was that I was only charged for checking a bag. It did add an extra $80 to my total expenses but considering how cheap my round trip flight was, it was by no means a problem. The crew on both flights was extremely nice. On both flights we arrived at our destination a little early. I got water at one point and was definitely not charged for it. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be using Frontier Airlines again."

As she approached I signaled to the child and asked for towels to help clean him up... She looked utterly disgusted and returned with 6 paper towels. When I explained that's not good enough she rolled her eyes and brought back another stack. None of the attendants offered any sort of assistance or guidance for the mother and were more than unhelpful. It was a shame that not only was I, a paying passenger the only one helping, but that they also gave attitude like the situation was something that could have been controlled... This was my first flight with Frontier and I will be sure to pass along how rude and unhelpful their staff is."

The fact that they don't give you one complimentary drink or food..especially on an overnight flight is beyond ridiculous. 3rd, the staff were offensive. At one point on the flight one of the attendants started singing on the intercom lyrics to songs that were highly inappropriate. 4th, on my returning flight the plane was over an hour delayed plus another hour due to them putting our luggage on a completely different plane. This resulted in my ride missing their doctors appointment and being charged for this plus my running late for work. "I caught the COVID19 virus. Had to cancel. Frontier charged an $80 cancellation fee per ticket. Could not have been worse! Everywhere else I have flown in the last 30 days (even with non-refundable tickets) gave a full change or voucher. HD8IPQ is my reference code."

"The only thing I liked was the care of the flight crew. One of us is a disabled passenger and they didn't give special consideration for someone who is disabled and couldn't walk to the gate nor to the seat. Our seats were in the REAR of the plane. That's no place for a disabled person. Not even a window seat. Lack of communication to the special service assistants for a request of an aisle wheelchair to get to the seat. The flight was delayed and we were sitting in the plane for over an hour to wait to exit the plane. We were informed there was lack of staff at Orlando International Airport for Frontier Airlines, and we had to wait for other staff to come from another gate to get us off the plane and get bags to baggage claim. We were waiting in Baggage Claim to retrieve our bags for over 30 minutes."

Cons: "Social distancing guidelines should be applied on plane. Rather than leave 20+ seats empty, and cram everyone 6 to a row. Flight was over 2 hours delayed due to not having maintenance staff available. And then I was crammed in next to an oversized individual where we couldn’t even keep the armrest down."

Pros: "The price, and the on-time departure and early arrival."
Cons: "boarding could have been better as we were in zone 1 and we seem to be ignored for quite some time before getting on the plane"

Pros: "The legroom we paid for."
Cons: "This time the attendant still wouldn’t let anyone in rows 2 & 3 place the carry on they had paid extra for in the overhead bins, but she didn’t make me put it under the seat in front of me (this losing the extra leg room we paid for), so I put it in a bin behind me. The plane was late, but the pilot made up most of the time, but then it took 55 minutes to get our luggage."

Pros: "The overall flight and crew was great no complaints"
Cons: "Your purse shouldn’t be considered a carryon unless it’s larger then the average personal carryon and one complimentary beverage and snack on flights over 2 hours"

Pros: "The crew was great. In a good mood and accommodated my requests. (For complimentary water and a trading card to remember my trip)"
Cons: "Seat was awfully uncomfortable. I’m only a slim built 5’9” woman and my knees were indenting the next seatback. And the aisle was too busy for me but that could have been fixed with paying for a window. I do not recommend flying in these economy seats for any longer than 2.5 hours."

Pros: "The crew was nice and didn't have any problems when on board."
Cons: "The boarding was horrible. We were the first flight out in the AM, yet we boarded 25min late, stood another 20min on the connector after checking in & another 20min after getting in our seats. No announcements/expla were made or anything. Needless to say we landed MUCH later than we were supposed to"

Pros: "My flight on the 30th was fine. I was NOT on a second flight from Denver to Pensacola. My 360.00 round trip flight to and from Denver has taught me what I should have known. Fly Southwest or another first class airline."
Cons: "I’ve been asked to evaluate two flights from Denver to Pensacola. If I’m charged for 2 flights, I’ll take legal action."

Pros: "Everything was great, most importantly unbeatable price"
Cons: "Keep it this way and dont hike the prices like spirit airlines"

Pros: "Larger seats, friendly flight attendants, casual atmosphere, less chaos than larger airlines. Will recommend and will definitely fly Frontier again."

Pros: "The water"
Cons: "An hour of zero service... no water even! Had to ask for it and when I did they acted like it was a chore! All attendants were hanging out together in back for first part of trip discussing personal issues. Then moved to the front to hang out and then the pilot came out to hang with crew! Who is flying the plane!!! I will not be flying this airline again! Who is in control of the safety of these passengers? No staff on that plane even looked up! Most view I saw was the back side of the agents heads. Let's not add the fact of carry on costs of $45 each way AND you have to pay for everything you eat or drink on these flights! Literally the saying goes "it costs peanuts" I mean a few peanuts! For crying out loud you have to pay for peanuts! In my humble option a few very low cost items could improve this airline... they should make those changes effective immediately if they want to see higher reviews."

One attendant was rude to my wife and son when they were trying to get to the rear bathrooms. Crew did not know which baggage claim our bags would be at. Won't make the mistake of flying Frontier again because it's cheaper (rude service, delayed flights, no refreshments = cheaper). I recommend other travelers splurge for any other airline (maybe not United)"

Cons: "The seats were plastic, seemed narrower than usual and did not recline. My flights were less than 2 hours but it would be uncomfortable to sit in them much longer than that. The charge for carry-ons seems excessive."

Pros: "We got there and back safely; the pilots seemed competent; the flight attendants were pleasant enough."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable and narrow seats. Carry-on AND checked bag fees; even water on the plane (poured it into a plastic cup, not a bottle) was $2.50! I didn't realize that this airline upcharges for every possible item so the ticket wasn't as cheap as I thought once I included about $60 in baggage fees. I also folded and paid $28 to choose a seat on my return flight since you have to pay to choose ANY seat, otherwise you end up in the middle. Unless there's a serious fare difference (including all the upcharges) for future flights I will not plan to fly Frontier again."

Cons: "I will never be using Frontier again! I had the worst experience ever with them yesterday. When I purchased my ticket, I was not aware at any point that I had to be checked in 45 minutes prior to the flight time. With any other airline I have ridden, I have never encountered such a rule. I was trying to make a flight home after driving into town to help a friend move and tried to check in online when I was 45 minutes out from the airport. The frontier app let me pay for my carry on (which, at the time of purchase, I had no idea that I would be charged for a carry on), but then wouldn't check me in. How is that ethical? Charge me for a carry on when checking in isn't even an option?? When I finally arrived at the airport, the Frontier staff was rude and unwilling to do anything to help me. No refunds, no options, nothing. I was told that I would need to pay a $99 re-booking fee and then pay for whatever additional costs would be to buy another flight. Had they helped me get my boarding pass, I would have made it to the gate and onto my flight. What a scam. It is complete bullshit to not be willing to work with your customers at all, especially if you want to retain business. Good luck with that, because you will not have my business or that of any of my friends and family after my experience yesterday."

If my flight is going to be $106 more than what I paid on the ticket, then tell me upfront so I can know not to fly with you guys. And after all of that, being tricked into paying more than HALF of my ticket price in stupid hidden fees, your plane was cramped and austere, lacking the padded chairs, ample legroom, normal-sized tray tables, and conplimentary beverages available on countless other airlines. So I basically paid $100 extra for a cramped and uncomfortable flight. I was disappointed in your airline as a whole and will never be flying with Fronteir again."

Pros: "I didn't receive a smile or even an acknowledgement from flight attendents. Couldn't hear the safety speech at all. Annunciate and speak clearly would be my suggestion. This person sounded like they had a mouth full of mashed potatoes. I won't fly frontier again even though it used to be my preference. The baggage fee, not even a complimentary drink?? Uninterested staff. Very poor customer service. However, the pilot got us to destination on time and w/out mishap, hence my OK rating. Otherwise super disappointed in crew and staff."
