Staff was wonderful. They exceeded our expectations.
Pros: Fabulous stay! Staff was excellent. Accommodations comfortable. Serene. Dinner at Tree Room was good.
Cons: Nothing, truly. Two awesome hikes, a nice dinner and a restful sleep. Could not have been more pleased.

Pros: The breakfast was awesome! I've never had such a variety of foods to choose from at a hotel before. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
Cons: The room we got had a king sized bed in it and I thought that our room would be bigger because of that but it was quite compact. the smallest hotel room I've ever been in.
Pros: Mid-century design, very friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The staff were courteous when presented with issues regarding our room.
I also loved having the mini kitchen area in my room.
Cons: The room seemed like it was an older section of the hotel.
The refrigerator was dirty & had mold in it. However, the staff replaced it after I showed them a picture of it.
There was a great view of the mountains but the window was so dirty it was disappointing.
The pool was closed during our stay. I purposely book hotels with pools for the kids so this very frustrating.
Pros: We requested a refrigerator in our room & the refrigerator was leaking so we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette. Front desk, and bell hops were nice and helpful. Room service was delicious, convenient & quickly served. Pool and hot tub were fun for the kids.
Cons: There was a long line to check in & only 1 person working the front desk.

Pros: Breakfast was great, rooms were spacious and clean, staff was nice
Cons: We had a pet and we're unaware of the 100.00 pet fee. I was expecting maybe 10.00 a night but 100 was too much.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Pros: This was a great location next to the provo river but the road construction was very inconvenient.
Cons: Room was shabby and old. Soda machine on my floor and the second floor were broken. Had to go to nearest store to purchase a soda. Room key didn't work and had to go to office and have it rekeyed. Breakfast was mediocre.
Pros: The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable - a great value for the money. We've stayed here several times, and while the rooms are old, they are clean and appear well cared for. The air conditioners blow very cold if you want them to, which we love!
Cons: Parking can get a little full, and plugs are hard to find near the desk or by the beds.
Pros: Room, staff, location
Cons: Breakfast was just pastries and cereals
Pros: Great for the money.
Pros: The best thing about this place is that the pool stays open until midnight. It alone will be a selling point for future trips to the area. Breakfast was great. The staff were unbelievably friendly. I thought the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It's an older hotel, but has been updated and is kept clean.
Cons: Even with the AC down all the way and blowing all night, the room still didn't cool down as much as I'd like. Parking was an issue-some event was going on and we had to park way down the road. Very frustrating for how expensive the room was.
Pros: Family friendly. Warm welcome.
Cons: Wish the hot tub was hotter.
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the price was reasonable. The location was easy to find, and the staff was friendly.
Cons: We booked a king sized bed, and were given 2 double beds.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and made an effort to be professional. The bed was very comfortable and the room as clean. A laundry area was available which was ncely equipt.
Cons: The towels were a bit ragged and the TV remote was difficult to use. The floor in the breakfast room was extremely sticky, I think this could have been because the cleaning solution wasn't diluted or rinsed off after moping.
Pros: Clean, friendly, great value
Pros: Clean, close to BYU, quiet, nice breakfast.
Cons: House keeping didn't make up the room one of the three days we were there. It wasn't a big deal for us, but I know some would have had an issue.

Pros: The staff was super friendly! We swam in the pool for about an hour and it was great!
Cons: Rooms were a little outdated and needed some refurbishment. Sink and shower were really old. The whole hotel was very humid for some reason and musty
Pros: Housekeeping was fantastic, everyone was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean and easy to find.
Cons: I liked the pool area but would have liked a place to sit/ lay outside. I also would have preferred to have a safe in the room instead of the front desk, but that's just a personal preference.
Pros: Newer room decor. Basic pull out couch. Nice layout for room. Two TV in room. Several hot and cold breakfast options. Indoor pool and hot tub. Staff friendly.
Cons: Place still has old hotel smell. Stairwells still seem old.
Pros: The breakfast was good, and that was about the only good part of my stay.
Cons: The poor girl at the front desk seemed completely clueless as to how things worked. They messed up my reservation and lost my booking, then took an hour to finally give me a room which was dirty. Had to ask to switch rooms. I expected more from a Marriot Managed location.

Cons: We paid the extra money compared to other hotel for the pool/spa. Pool/spa was closed. Front desk person was dealing with another upset customer who's room spa was not working. She gave the women a 20% off. I asked since the general pool and spa was closed could we get the same credit. She said yes, printed the rate which i noted the reduction. She said it would show up on my credit card as a reduction. A week later no credit. No i'm disputing through priceline to get the credit. What a bother.
Pros: The room was so clean and comfy. Bed great. I thought it should have had a better "Star Rating". Only one ice machine on main floor but great taste. Breakfast area small for size of hotel.
Cons: Hotel was new and room was clean, comfy, and spacious. Bathroom was good size. Refrigerator froze everything.
Pros: Cleanliness is huge for me concerning hotels. I didn't blacklight anything, but everything I could see was satisfactory.
Cons: The room was warm and the cooler didn't help much, but it wasn't unbearable.
Pros: Near I -15
Cons: After a predicted light snow, they did not shovel, salt or plow. As a result I was unexpectedly seriously injured. No assistance or human kindness offered by hotel staff; I had to beg the clerk for directions to the nearest hospital. Seriously, not even " are you ok?" let alone an offer to call an ambulance or help me find medical care.
Pros: From the time I made the reservation through final checkout everything was flawless. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were amazingly clean. Wish more places were like these guys. Definitely looking forward to our next stay with these folks.
Pros: The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean. The pool area was clean. The beds so comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast area was cramped.
Pros: Apparently the rooms were recently renovated so it was very nice! It was very convenient to have a microwave & fridge. The bed was definitely comfortable!
Cons: I was there to spend a romantic night with my boyfriend and the staff there was inappropriately asking me about it. It made me embarassed and uncomfortable.
Pros: Everything was pretty clean. The pillows and sheets were really comfortable, i really didn't want to leave the room. It was a great value staying here at the Sleep Inn.

Pros: The rooms were nice and big. No complaints there!
Cons: I hated that they didn't offer free breakfast. That should come with every Hotel stay!
Cons: We booked this hotel to swim with our family. After we checked in and paid the front desk informed us the pool was closed. That was the whole reason for booking our trip. Highly disappointing.
Pros: Excellent Staff...very helpful!
Cons: Room clean up was spotty. We kept having to make requests such as trash not emptied, cleaning equipment left in the room, glasses and cups not cleared and replaced.
Pros: It was clean and had a great location.
Cons: I would hope to have a free hot breakfast with the price but that did not happen. The front desk was not too sure about the 3rd party payment and I was double billed at first but that was all workded out with a 30 minute phone call.

Pros: Staff was great and the rooms were very clean.
Cons: I made reservations here because of the breakfast that was advertised and the swimming pool. We showed up and the pool was out of order and the breakfast was terrible. Won't stay here again.
Cons: Only given one bar of soap for two people for two nights.
Room wasn't sound proof and we could hear the mosey people in the next room.
No fresh fruit at the breakfast bar.
Pros: Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice. Slept well that night.
Cons: Pool wasn't available, which was a big disappointment for my son. Air-conditioning wasn't working properly.
Pros: Quiet, comfortable. Nothing fancy, but neat and clean. Good location.
Cons: The WiFi did not work properly. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed and had not even been filled up. The continental breakfast was a letdown.
Pros: Everything was pretty much as expected. Nothing very fancy but a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to spend a night or two.

Cons: really cheap, druggies hanging out outside all the time, might have lived there. Stay somewhere else if you can
Pros: Everything was very clean and simple; as was the process of checking in.
Cons: There was a leak in one of the bathroom water pipes, we need to totally all of our towels down to contain it.
A great choice for a stay in Provo, Executive Inn & Suites is just 4.6 mi (7.4 km) from the airport. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The staff, facilities and overall cleanliness were very good.
Cons: The breakfast offered was very underwhelming...
Pros: Rooms and. Friendly sevice^
Cons: They needed protein in breakfast roon-boiled eggs and or create more cheese and bagel.
Pros: It was very quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. It was overall a very nice room, much better than what I was expecting.
Cons: When I went to check in there was no one at the desk or answering the phone. And the bed was a little stiff.
Pros: Price, location
Cons: Service was slow
Pros: Price was cheap
Cons: There in side pool was closed
Pros: the location - breakfast
Cons: The smell - the TV reception - the loose toilet seat - cheapest toilet paper ever - dirty window -
Cons: This was the worst hotel experience. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. The hotel was extremely dirty. Do not stay here. You will regret it if you do. There are plenty of other hotels within walking distance of BYU that are clean with friendly staff.
Pros: I loved how fancy the hotel was and the staff was pretty friendly.
Cons: I paid by the day and so it started out with $51 the first night, then $63, then $79 and finally $146. I guess they wanted me to pay all 4 days at once so I'm not cheated. What else could I do? I wasn't sure WHEN I could go back home!!!!!! Also, the water kept going from hot to cold to hot to cold etc.
Cons: Very disappointed super 8 need to take there name off this place not up to there standard. Dirty
Cons: The pool was out of order but I had called them prior to booking to make sure they had an indoor pool and a decent continental breakfast and they told me all about how great their pool was but failed to mention it's closed until further notice. What was I supposed to tell my kids? So I just went somewhere else that didn't miss inform me and we had a wonderful time at the Marriott.
Pros: The location is ideal for access to BYU campus, shopping, the Provo recreation center and Provo downtown (also for access to hiking/skiing in Provo canyon).
Low prices through Kayak/Priceline
Cons: Our window was frozen open when we arrived (and temps outside about 11 degrees). We finally got it closed. In my room there was no thermostat, only a wall heater unit. You would turn it on to "Low" or "High" heat, but it would never self-regulate, so you'd have to get up during the night to turn it off when things got too warm, or to turn it on again as it got too cold. My adult sons were in a room with a thermostat (that worked out better).
Breakfast was OK, but the fruit juice ran out and there should have been a better selection of cereals and fresh bagels.
Our hall on the second floor had an employee break room and sometimes the whole hall smelled really strongly of fish or burned food.
Pros: the location is ideal for parents visiting their students at BYU.
Cons: the service to my room was non-existent.

Cons: One of the bathrooms was dirty and didn't have clean linens.
Pros: It was my first night for my honeymoon.
Cons: Everything else was meh. The lady at the front desk was very rude though. Won't stay here again.
Pros: There wasn't one single thing that I liked
Cons: After driving 6hrs through the night with a group of High School athletes, I arrived to a locked office door. After ringing the service bell 4 times with no success.
