The staff was very friendly for pick-up at the Provo Airport. We dropped off the car to the Louisville Airport rental parking lot and left the key in the car; we did not end up meeting any staff during our drop-off process. It was a brand-new 2020 Chevy Malibu with awesome tech updates, making it very easy to use our maps phone app, music, and more!Cons:

We got there 10 minutes before they officially opened and they rushed to help us anyway. The exact car was not available but they had two other cars with 7 seats and gave us the option to choose the larger but wait 20-30 min until it was cleaned or get into slightly smaller with the same number of seats.Cons:

The positive: the vehicle was very clean The rest: Customer service rep that worked with us made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy about even renting the vehicle. She said things like “this is my baby so please be careful with it”, “please drive carefully out there” (multiple times) and made it seem like it was her personal vehicle. And in text this sounds normal, but her tone, body language, facial expression, and general bluntness made me feel like I didn’t even want to take the car. If she was so worried about it getting damaged why even rent it out? I was so uncomfortable and worried about anything happening that we even returned it early. We had it rented for a full day (24hrs) for almost $100 but we just used it for what we needed and took it back 5 hours later. I was in such a rush to take it back that I forgot to put gas in it, so I probably got charged more. I haven’t checked yet. Lastly, I booked this rental through kayak. And when you’re checking out it recommends you purchase insurance. I did, and when we got there I showed her the insurance email and she looked at it, looked at me, and said “I don’t know what that is”. I explained how I bought it through kayak and she then told me they don’t take it and took our personal insurance information down before we could leave. All in all, the great cleanliness of the vehicle was not worth it. I do not recommend this location.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The after hours drop off at Provo airport was a nightmare. The dropbox for National was LOCKED so we couldn't put our keys in it. No one was available and the 1-800 number we called was frustrating since the lady couldn't even pull up the information she needed about the location. We ended up telling 'customer service' that we were going to put it in the Hertz rental box and she told us there isn't a hertz there. We were looking right at it- Yes there is! After we folded and stapled it up in a paper with National written on it we put it in the Hertz drop off box, and left a note on the National counter. It took 3 days for them to close out and process our rental. What should have been a 5 minute process took almost 45.10.0 Wonderful
