Nice Location, Very good breakfast buffet The beds were much to soft, mattresses to soft; The rooms were not cleaned after the first night
Nice staff. appetite breakfast 1) The smell of the air refresher (or any other thing that they use to refresh the air in the room) was so heavy (and not so nice) that I had to open the windows to get rid of it (it helped a little).2) They did not change the linen during the 3 nights and did not put linen at all (!!!) on the second part of the bed because I was the only person in the room... 3) No refrigerator in the room.
Great value, spacious room and everyone at the hotel was very friendly It's also great location to get to Veriber (if you have a car)
Very well situated, restaurant was excellent, the absinthe was an excellent product which the hotel sells, service was very friendly & inviting Ran out of toilet paper
Very friendly staff and management. Quiet village with superb views. Nothing really, difficult to criticise as the welcome and friendly service was so good.
Only stayed one night, but it was a comfortable stay. Good dinner as well. N/A
Located in a quiet scenic Swiss resort village, that surrounds a small lake. Several restaurants and small food market on the main street, but no need to go out bc the hotel restaurant is lovely and offers a high quality variety of delicious foods and local wines. We were a family and had 2 joined rooms, very convenient. There was also a boot room in the basement to keep our ski equipment warm. The "living room" of the hotel offers billiards, games, comfortable seating and a dual system dvd player. Our family watched a movie in the evening. 25 min drive to Le Chable lift for Verbier skiing. The hotel is classic and very clean! The heating system in our room caused a bit of a fuel smell at times.
Good restaurant and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Beautiful view from room. As it was low season, the hotel didn't seeem very prepared for people. They told us the wring time for breakfast so we were there too early and teh breakfast room was shut. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but couldn't as we hadnt booked in advance and it would have taken too long to heat up, so if you want to use it, book ahead.
Very friendly and welcoming, unobtrusive staff No tea / coffee maker in room
A friendly and comfortable hotel in a village in the mountains. A good place to get a good night's sleep - plenty of fresh air and quiet. Nothing too cosmopolitan, but relaxed and very clean. The heating in the bedroom was very high to compensate for the cold nights, of course, but that was not really a problem.
Centrally located, inexpensive and good breakfast. Charges are per room, and not per person, per room. Free and ample parking. After backpacking for 2 days with a friend, we reserved just a couple of hours before arriving, based on the fact that the rate was reasonable and that there was a sauna/steam bath. However we arrived to find these services closed at 19:30, so we were a little disappointed in this regard.
Good location to visit Giannada Foundation
Conveniently located just a few minutes walk from rail station.
Good location. Comfortable clean room. Family room with four single beds. Advertised Wi fi unavailable on 5th floor (room 510). Wi Fi password contains # symbol which will cause British ibook/mac book users a problem as symbol does not exist on their keyboard.Advertised restaurant closed during July/August. Adjoining Pub bar noisy. Tiny lift.
Strategic position and very comfortable. Great breakfast. Strongly suggested for families.
Very friendly & helpful staff. Good quiet location only five minutes easy walk to the centre with plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast. Whilst the reception/restaurant areas were fairly up to date, the rooms are well overdue for updating. Would only use this hotel for one night en-route (as we did).
Helpful Staff. Good varied menu.
The location. It was very close to our destination, the Fondation Pierre Gianadda which is well worth the inconvenience of that particular hotel I would highly recommend avoiding 3*** hotels in general. This experience confirms my long time impression. It would be an adequate choice for cheap bus tours. Small poorly appointed bathroom. smelly comforter covers. No air-conditioning and no way to have cross ventilation as the bathroom window did not open. Way overpriced for what it offers. Expensive breakfast and dinner, again considering the set up and quality of food. We paid as much for breakfast as in the 4**** beautifully appointed hotel, with terrace on the lake, in Montreux, during the jazz festival!!!!
The room and bathroom were satisfactory. Free parking and location were very convenient. Breakfast was rich and plentiful.
Walk in the mountains nearby.
I found the receptionist very helpful and pleasant.Rooms good and quiet. Food very good in restaurant. Location - it was a fair way from the railway station though easy enough to pull my case over the streets!
I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fair sized and clean. They have a restaurant with breakfast included in the room price. The breakfast was good too. I was backpacking through the Rhone river valley and this Hotel worked well for me. Good location and good value for money.
