Villa Hubertus offers traditional self-catering apartments in the heart of Ortisei. Just a few steps from the Gherdëina Museum and Parish Church of Urtijëi, it is also only 200 metres from the ski lifts. Apartments have a typical mountain design with wooden furniture throughout. Each one has a balcony or terrace with views of the town and surrounding mountains. They include a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine. Villa Hubertus Apartments is a family-run property. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking in its garage. It features a 200 m² garden with sun loungers and parasols, plus a games room with ping pong and children's toys. If you need supplies for your apartment you will find a bakery and butcher's 100 metres away. The nearest supermarket is 300 metres away. Guests also have free entrance to the town's public swimming pool and sauna 300 metres away. Buses to Bolzano stop just 50 metres away. the public ski bus stops right outside and runs all day. The ski lifts of Seißer Alm and Gröden are both just 200 metres away.

Well equipped kitchen including coffee machine. Beds very comfortable. Secure garage parking available. Wonderful host who was available to contact by whatsap whenever required. Truly fantastic place to stay.

Pros: Wow! No need to search any longer or read more reviews because I will sum it up for you. PERFECTION! The villa is just a three minute walk from the main town. It is perfectly situated up on the hill so that you have an amazing view of the town below and also the mountains. For me, I’d rather have this awesome view than be right in the center of town! There is escalator acces to get from the villa down to the hill. Couldn’t be easier! The apartment was super clean and spacious, perfect for my ten month old who was crawling around. The owner/host was very nice meeting us at our arrival time at 7 pm. I highly recommend you stay here. I know I will be back!

Pros: This is an amazing Mountain Spa Resort in the Dolomites. Spa, both indoor- & outdoor pool are magnificant. Its a magic feeling to swim outside when it's snowing April 28. Have stayed at several hotels, but this is outstanding. The fitness area is spacious and well equipped. We had lunch by arrival , I had a Ceasarsallad and my husband a hamburger and they were both so good. Dinner, included in the price, one of top 5 I ever had. Can defintively recommend this lovely hotel. CLose to forget the most important thing - all the staff is so service minded and nice.

Pros: One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Right from the check in process to the rooms, everything was amazing. Even in bad weather, we enjoyed the spa treatments. The alpine pool is to kill for, the best in the area. Definitely worth a stay.
Cons: The only down part is the unavailability of an a la carta dinner menu. A compulsory payment of 19 euro pp is must for dinner.

Pros: Lot of attention to details made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is perfect for sport (we played tennis at the nearby tennis club and we even found out the hotel has a court and we borrowed e-bikes for a lovely trip of the Alpe di Siusi.) and the large and the all new spa is perfect for relaxing in between. Dinner was great but the breakfast was perfect!

Prime location with a mind blowing view, amazing spa, great food and wines, perfect interiors (junior suite to die for), very attentive and nice personnel knowing you by name and caring about every minute of your stay. No stress, no rush, no pretentiousness. A perfect combination of luxury and simpleness, cosiness. And impressive sports opportunities. I’ve seen a lot, but this hotel is definitely among top 5 I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended.

Pros: We loved the proximity to town. The room was large and bathroom nice. There are a lot options for guests to book experiences and the spa in the hotel was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was abundant and the outside terrace was the perfect place to start the morning.
Cons: We wish the WiFi was better as silly as this sounds. Its an unsecured network that tends to be difficult to connect to and also is an inconsistent connection once established. When you are traveling abroad and need to be available for family to reach or want to be able to look for local business information and plan your excursions its hard to do that without internet. This hotel was wonderful and its not a deal breaker, just something we think they could improve on for their guests. We were grateful for parking during our stay but the logistics of how to get into the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and then the parking garage are a little confusing. Maybe a detailed e-mail with instructions prior to a guests stay could help ease any concerns or confusion and make check in a little easier. Driving abroad can be stressful enough.

Cons: Hotel should offer free of charge shuttle service to St. Christina's Monte Pana Ski-lift as this is the perfect entry point to the ski area (one-way transfer would be suffcient). The red Mercedes shuttle van is a bit dated and needs to be replaced.

Pros: Very nice apartment that has been renovated last year. We stayed here for a week of skiing late in the season. Two ski lifts are in walking distance (<10mins), but taking a locker at the lift and leaving the skiing gear there is definitely a recommendation.
Cons: Only tiny detail is that the kitchen would have been even more complete with an oven, but stove and microwave are there which was fine for most of our cooking.

Pros: A wonderful family-run boutique hotel in a magical setting of South Tyrol. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had a great time. Breakfast was good, but one night we decided to also have dinner on property since we were tired. We were blown away by the food - a real treat! I definitely plan on coming back to visit the area and will stay here again. Next time, I'd splurge a little for the room with a view of the valley as the view is spectacular.

Pros: I can’t say enough good things about the Hotel Hartmann. The facility is beautiful with gorgeous views from our rooms and the veranda. The concierges (Catarina & Marianna) were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed afternoon sweets after our day of hiking. The wait staff in the dining room was also excellent. The spa area was soothing and enjoyable at the end of the day, before dinner.
Cons: The coffee is strong for our American tastes but that was a minor issue.

No restaurant serving dinner at the property. No fridge in the room, and not enough towel hanger or hooks in the bathroom. The big mirror facing my bed (not every room has this issue).

Generally, I would recommend people to be very aware of differences/ Exceptions when booking e.g. on booking.com it seems like the room would be equipped with bathtub and kitchen and there were no bathtub and the kitchen was locked.

Pros: This is a wonderful hotel. A quiet, classy, comfortable place from which to base your holiday. We had a wonderfully appointed room with a patio looking out to the tree lined mountains and the huge ever present Langkofel peak. The beds are super comfortable, the breakfast is extensive and high quality, and the breakfast room has a wonderful view. The hotel is well placed between Ortisei and the nearby Santa Cristina. I recommend Mauritz Keller restaurant for dinner in Ortisei. We went back twice. We had great (Summer) days hiking the alpine meadows of Seiser Alm and also hiking to Seceda from the top of Col Raiser cable car (the view of Fermeda Towers from Seceda is one of the great photos you will ever take). Thank you Mirabel... you were PERFECT!

Jause and dinner options were also well done. Is in the middle of the mountains with a lot of good hiking tours nearby.

The photos are underrating the place - therefore the grades. The daily shuttle to the lifts/town worked well. Ample parking, good ski rooms etc. we did not expect as much as we got.

Pros: This is a truly lovely hotel. It is family run and there is amazing attention to detail. ALL of the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We ate in the hotel every evening on our 3 day stay, the quality of the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The location couldn’t have been better, being close to the efficient escalator system into the town and the ski lifts. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Grones.

Pros: What an amazing place to enjoy some days in the Dolomites!! This villa hotel is absolutely spotless in every aspect. Our room/apartment had beautiful view over Ortisei and the mountains; the breakfast was excellent - homemade cakes, healthy options, fresh juices, not to mention the view from the breakfast room! The free entry tickets to the swimming pool/spa and free bus tickets valid for Val Gardena were just an extra bonus. The staff were very kind and helpful about everything, we can’t wait to stay again in this lovely place!

Pros: Diner was a menu of local dishes of high quality and served very promptly. Breakfast was on par but not exceptional. Room was clean, bed slept well, shower worked ok.
Cons: Next to a connecting road so slight noise disturbance. Dated interior and tv service. Information booklet didn't mention having to notify diner attendance upfront (only for lunch), but staff was slightly unpleasantly surprised when I asked at dinner time. Kitchen has an open door connection to the dining room so all discussion and joking by staff can be overheard by the guests. Hotel is far from the village center, around 20 min walking or 10 if you take the 352 bus on the center road (not the country road, the one that connects to the main shopping street). Rooms have thin walls and doors so you can hear other guests talking, using the bathroom and tv in the background.
