It was convenient for be for the area I needed to be in. The fact that they had hot water was nice.
The staff. I will say I should have made sure I their knew I had my service animal (toy Pomeranian) with me but I didn't have him with me when I checked in and forgot to mention. When the maid came into my room, and I don't know if this is how she always enters, but she knocked as she was opening the door, and seen my dog and apologized for barging and then walked out. I still am trying to figure out why. But the next thing I know front desk is calling me telling me my dog cannot stay. I informed Her that he is my service dog and then she questioned that in a very suspicious tone as if I was lying to her and then her question was what what does he do and I told her it’s really not her business but if she must know he warns me if I’m going to have a seizure. She said yes actually it is my business and it’s legal for me to ask that I just want to make sure that he’s not a therapy dog I said no he’s a service animal at this point I felt that she was basically accusing me of being a liar and I didn’t appreciate that and I also did not want to fight with her and was very tired so I just said OK clearly we are not welcome here I’ll just leave and then she backed up and said no that’s fine you can stay but she was so rude about it and made me feel very unwelcome just because I have a service animal
