6.0 Good
Pros: Pool area and outdoor amenities were top notch.
Cons: Rooms smelled of animals and were musty. Plugins in room were by door and in bathroom and rooms need updated. Ok room for the price
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were plush. Amenities were fantastic (half court basketball, putting green, horse shoes, pool, with equipment to borrow.
Cons: Furnishings were basic, but probably consistent with this star level of hotel. Thin walls but didn't affect us because we are heavy sleepers.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice playground and social area outside. Staff was very nice, room and breakfast were good. Good location, easy to get back to our trip.
Cons: Bed was a little firm for my taste, but my husband loved it. Can not please everyone :)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and new. Well kept and maintained. Only advise would be to offer newspapers or at the least have a newspaper machine. Also could definitely upgrade the breakfast!.
Cons: The male nightshift gentlemen was very taken with watching the tv in the lobby. So much so when i had a simple question for him he seemed upset that i would bother him from watching his tv show.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was adequate, nothing exceptional, but what you would expect. Had a good choice of pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels with cream cheese or butter, waffle. Location of Hotel was very good, just a 100 yards off the highway 231.
Cons: Online it stated we could reserve a king-size bed, but when we arrived we were informed that "we do not have any king-size beds in our entire hotel." We were given a queen-size bed, which worked fine and we were happy with the queen bed. But do not advertise something you cannot deliver.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean & up to date, bed was comfortable
Cons: Maybe more of a breakfest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the size of the room and the comfy beds.
Cons: The fact that we got a room right next to the front desk so we got all the noise from the ice machine to people checking in late and the snack and drink machines dropping things.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The 24hr coffee was nice and hot (and tasted like coffee) Ideally situated on the 231 to break up the long journey from Florida to Memphis and vice versa. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous.
Cons: The bath in the "accessible" room needs a handrail on both sides - it's very difficult for someone with mobility problems to get out of a bath when there's a rail on one side only. The A/C unit is loud - but that's probably because us Brits are not used to A/C units!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions asked. Was perfect location for us - very close to Fort Rucker. Housekeeping made our beds and replenished any items that were used, every day. Great continental breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. I especially liked that the exit doors stayed locked during the day and we had to use our key to get in and out (Main Entrance locked at 11 p.m.) Very cozy and homey feeling, loved that they had the pool, playground gym, basketball court and the putting green for kids. Very close to food options and shopping. Would highly recommend!!!
Cons: Nothing!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and staff exhibited great customer service and professionalism.
Cons: We were unable to get in the pool. It could have been due to the recent storm that came through the city.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was on the way to our destination.
Cons: I booked a 2 Queen bed room but got a single bed room. And I am not sure it was a queen bed.

Pros: Location
Cons: Found blood on the pillow. It looked like the pillow case was never changed out/washed. It was bad enough to make me cancel my stay the following weekend at another Hampton. (Travel ball family). It was so late and everyone was exhausted so I just threw the pillow on the floor. I should have called the front desk and spoke to them. Oh well, plenty other hotels out there.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable. All the furnishings were very modern. The amenities like the pool, fitness center and business center were great.
Cons: The staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to help us on every occasion. The one problem was that check in on Friday took forever and it appeared the staff did not know what was going on that particular day. They had to consult each other while we waited in line. The check in procedure could have been better. Other than a rough check in on Friday my weekend was excellent.

Cons: Do not stay here! We reserved it online and became concerned when we checked in. One of the locks on our door was torn off. Within an hour of being there we had three different thugs fat three different times knocking on our door asking for money. We were afraid for our lives. We checked out immediately and lost our two nights money we had paid. We found a decent hotel locally. We were informed that this place has the police there frequently and had a shooting a few months prior. Get a better hotel, its not worth the danger you will put yourself in staying here!
