The location was what I needed for my trip. The "apartment" was very clean and cute. Having a full kitchen was a big plus. The water pressure was great in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I slept quite well. There was an outdoor space, but I didn't get to spend any time there. It was quite cold and even snowed the second night I was there. It was in close proximity to Glen Canyon Dam. The owner was very informative about where to see the best sunset.
The location was right down town in the area of "little motels" so I didn't feel assured about my safety. I was in the back of a building and there weren't many people staying there at the time. It was a bit off season. Otherwise, all was good. I just didn't know the city well enough to know anything about the neighborhood.
The lady who checked us in was very friendly and offered very good suggestions for dinner and local entertainment. The motel is very dated and you actually have a door key instead of a card key. There are several more modern motels in the area. If you just need a place to clean up and sleep after your day's adventure, then this will work.
Advice from Brady as to what to do when, sunset & sunrise, canyon tours and knowing I could reach him or Pam if I needed anything. Also, the room was great!
Very very welcoming and friendly staff. Good recommendations!
Very gracious and information host. Nice little apartment style room. Very reasonable rate for what you get. Extremely clean.
The rooms are pretty small and the lighting could be a little better.
