Pros (+) The place was beautiful! It was a quiet area and rooms were spacious. Room service was excellent and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is also extremely close to a ton of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) My one and only complaint is that we found random hairs everywhere in the suite! I heard my friend gasp from the other room and when I walked in there was a huge clump of hair sitting on the ottoman/chair she had just pulled out from underneath the table. I also had to clean hair off the sink area, toilet, multiple spots in the shower as well as the floor and next to the couch. How someone lost th...
