Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. The central location and amenities like the pool and gym were also appreciated. However, several guests expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, noting issues such as dust, hair, and insufficient cleaning for a hotel of this rating. While service and breakfast stood out as highlights, cleanliness did not meet expectations for a five-star property.
