Pros:
Kayak did not successfully make a reservation. When I arrived at Hertz I was notified that I, in fact, never had a reservation, despite my Kayak confirmation email. I will never use Kayak again and I am telling everyone I know never to use this scam service.Cons:
Kayak could have either made a real reservation or told me the truth that my reservation bounced.Avis
