Good, new hotel for relaxation in very picturesque place

Spacious and well furnished rooms with large bathrooms. Nice swimming pool. Swimming pool was open to general public and was extremely owercrowded at all times. Elevator broke and was fixed only after 24 hours for which we received a small discount. Some corridors were not lit in the evening. Breakfast could have better selection of food, especially fruits. In Rajecke Teplice the food in all the restaurants we tried was disappointing.

This hotel is almost certainly the nicest in town. The facilities are excellent. The hotel restaurant had surprisingly good food at a reasonable price and I arranged for a very good massage in the spa. The staff was a bit tentative with English. The rooms - like many - had a card system whereby the electicity works by inserting a card into a slot by the door. After dark, I realized that this system did not work. I had to move to another room and pack in the dark! The hotel staff offered little more than an apology and did not help me move my belongings. The service is just ok, not befitting that which the cost commands. Overall, it's too expensive for the area and amenities offered, but again, is probably the nicest and only hotel of its kind in the area.

rooms are very beautiful and there are many facilities respect the level of the hotel. staff is very kind the location : very far from the centre and difficult to find - there's no lift

The reception staff were helpful. There was a small fridge in room Restaurant staff were rude and poor service mediocre food. No room facilities within room. Cleaning of room. Quality very haphazard. No bathroom facilities such as soap, shampoo, even regular supply of toilet paper. Carpet in room filthy. Full of hair. Too many flies in restaurant. No fly zappers present anywhere. Not european standard room

Nice weather, surroundings, reasonable rates, quiet and easy accesible location, free parking just at the hotel

Good price. Big room. Most uncomfortable bed in years, in fact the hotel does not have beds but converted foam rubber sofas. Stairs up to room. Location makes no sense without a car.

Unpretentious; good value can be difficult to find.

Room comfortable with basic beds and other furniture. Decent sized bathroom. Restaurant offered good dinner and breakfast.
