Within a 10-minute walk you can visit the Champs-Élysées, the Tuileries Garden and the Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde, Faubourg Saint-Honoré. or you can simply walk to the Seine and discover its banks. The Space: Important: The studio has only one small window next to the apartment door. There is no natural light entering the studio. The duplex apartment was designed by a recognized Parisian architect. It mixes contemporary French Design and historic atmosphere. The apartment has: - 1 Living room - 1 Dining area with a bar and 6 stools - 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen - 1 Bedroom with one double bed in mezzanine - 1 Bathroom with a WC Making the apartment comfortable for 2 people, and a maximum of 4 people. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, bed and bath linen are being provided: 1 Bedroom in Mezzanine with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses Living room: a two people high-comfort sofa bed The apartment is equipped with: TV, high speed Wifi a washer dryer, a hair dryer a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares a baby bed if needed Guest Access: Security: the building is quiet and secure with a coded door on the street. You can access the apartment through the door on your left. We accept very late arrivals. The area is very lively with many restaurants, palaces, boutique hotels, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets. The Neighborhood: Restaurants, Museums, Palace, Galleries, Cafes, Shops, Bars. the apartment is located in one of the most lively districts of Paris. Everything will be at hand in order for you to fully appreciate the Parisian life. All the most famous monuments of Paris are at walking distance. You will live only 2 minutes by walk from the Presidential Palace, the Bristol Palace as well as the famous street of the Faubourg St-Honoré with all its luxury designer houses such as Hermès, Chanel and Saint Laurent. Getting Around: 6 minutes by walk: Metro station: Franklin Roosevelt, Lines 1, 9 4 minutes by walk: Metro station: Saint-Philippe du Roule, Line 9 To come from the airport CDG or ORY take the RER B to the Châtelet Les Halles station, then you can walk about 15 minutes or take a parisian taxi to go to the apartment. Other Things to Note: Check-in / Arrival: from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure: until 11 am => On the day of departure could you please put the keys back in the keybox number 1. No breakfast service. Cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure only. We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules: - no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard - no drugs - no parties - no music - no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards - no noise in the common areas of the building - no animals - no professional photo or video shoots If one of the above house rules is broken: A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged. The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment. In order to ensure that these rules are respected, photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the flat will be requested. - A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival. Finally, if the keys to the flat are lost, €170 will be charged. These rules allow us to ensure you have a quality stay in Paris.
