Pros (+) Great location for hikers to Havasupi Falls (about 75 miles from Hilltop and that's close in this part of the world) Its new and clean, and has laundry facilities.
Cons (-) The train noise is close and frequent. Take the ear plugs they offer at the front desk! The lady at check in was absolutely rude. I would prefer to frequent places that value my business, but all in all, I would go again.
Pros (+) Easy pick up for Grand Canyons 1 Day Rafting tour, super convenient.
Cons (-) Next to noisy train tracks. Seems to run every 10-15 min at night. They do provide free ear plugs at the reception desk but it doesn't really drown out the noise. There was a black out when we checked in, which per the receptionist, occurs often in the summer. They should provide more than 1 flashlight per room if this is a known frequent occurrence.

Cons (-) The facility is filthy! Does not open on time! The staff does not say much and are not helpful! In a nut shell, it seems that the people only deal with visitors because the have to and because they want to!!! The entire experience is overshadowed by the eagle eye of its inhabitants!
