6.0 Good
Pros: The staff and the room were great.
Cons: The connecting restaurant was unable to get an order correctly prepared even when it was listed on the menu.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room and beds were clean and smelled fresh.
Cons: The staff had and unhappy/flat demeanor. Not one smile the entire stay. The server at the restaurant was curt and unaccommodating.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not a single thing, I’m sorry to say
Cons: Room wasn’t clean, toilet was broken, I had to fix this, I didn’t want to go back to reception as I found the person there wasn’t interested and wasn’t keen to check me in never mind help me with problems. Food in the restaurant on site was appalling, and despite our best efforts after 20 minutes of waiting we never got a waitress to take our breakfast order. The village is deserted nothing at all to do. Guess you could play in the selection of abandoned cars opposite the main entrance. And the village is a dry village so no drink can be bought in the local shop of the restaurant. I won’t be going back. Oh and the TV broke during the stay too. Last problem was Trains. Trains every 15 minutes, that was an awful surprise
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean room, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The people did everything they could to be accommodating with any questions or needs. Room was clean, reasonably comfortable bed, and looks like the bathroom had been recently remodeled.
Cons: Sits on train tracks, with a train that runs every fifteen minutes. A decent room, but very little to make it special. Very overpriced for what you get, especially for Arizona in August. Food at the attached diner left something to be desired. But they have the market cornered in this small town
5.5 Okay
Pros: Very convenient location to go water rafting and not having to get up at 4 or 5 AM. The quality of the food was good.
Cons: The receptionist and several of the restaurant staff were totally uninterested, unfriendly and gave an extremely bored to even rude impression. The sound and honking of the train passing by every 15-30 minutes, all night long. The earplugs offered for free at the reception together with a noise cancelling earphone did even not make it silent.. must be 100-110 dB.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to Havasupai Trailhead
Cons: Proximity to heavy commercial train traffic.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Trains run starting at 3am and all night and it keeps you up
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel itself is pretty good for being in the middle of nowhere.
Cons: The hotel is right next to a train track and there are trains that go by multiple times an hour all through the night. Whoever previously reviewed and said it wasn’t loud was definitely not telling the truth. It was EXTREMELY loud and I had to sleep with headphones on just to get any sort of sleep. If you plan to sleep before hiking Havasu Falls do NOT stay here. Additionally, the receptionist when we were checking in was not friendly in the least.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and the restaurant was great and had great hours for people wanting to leave early for Havasupai (opened at 4 am). I also liked that the rooms had 2 beds so up to 4 people could be accommodated.
Cons: The train comes by very often but they warned us about this and provided earplugs. For being close to Havasupai the train was not a deterrent.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was great but for priced too high
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were greeted by extremely welcoming staff at the front desk. The restaurant located inside was absolutely delicious (great pizza and try the Indian fry bread). Rooms were clean, cozy, and nice comfortable bedding.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Dinner and lunch only, both were great!
Cons: The time we had to get up for our hike into Havasu falls.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: John, one of the owners, is such a friendly and nice man. Dino, who gave our Cavern Tour, was great.
7.5 Good
Cons: Living room furniture and the smell in the living room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, old 66 had great sunset, fire pit, mini golf with family, pool with family, good room and good breakfast. And the girl that caught the bull snake. That was cool!
Cons: Ants, and some other bugs. But it was to be expected. Nice place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cavern grotto was a unique and enjoyable dining experience. The food and service was top notch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is the closest motel/inn to Havasupai Reservation. We needed a place to sleep before setting off early the next morning on our hike into the canyon. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a motel with a clean bed and bathroom; all you need when heading out to Havasupai. The free continental breakfast offered bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, orange juice and a bit more.
Cons: The inn was exactly as advertised. The place is any easy choice for backpackers heading out or coming in from the canyon, looking for sleep.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The towels
Cons: It was awful. Booked 2 nights and left after 1. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Everything is closed. There is nothing to do. The breakfast was an embarrassment. The room smelled and was ugly. If there was something less than a frown face I would’ve selected that. The prices are absolutely ridiculous.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Its very very unusual in every way, don’t know how else to describe it but just be prepared for something a little out of the norm...staff pleasant, room fine, food fine in resturant not so in cafe. All in all if you need a bed for the night on the road go for it...oh the cavern tour is worth an hour of your time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fab location
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved this place. Very quirky! The pie is amazing. The cave tours were great. Will definitely stay again. Very accommodating to hikers.
