Cons (-) When checking in the clerk was more interested in talking to a friend on the phone than helping me. No charging ports in room. No handrails in bath, water pressure was good.

Pros (+) This place was $48/night so I wasn't expecting much - and I didn't get much. The room was clean but everything was showing its age with rust on the chrome lamps, the tissue box holder, the sink, faucet, etc. The shower curtain rail was sagging badly so I had to jam a facecloth in the ring to keep the curtain flush against the wall. Pros (+) The location is good and it was easily accessible. The staff was friendly; they always said "hello" or "good morning" when we passed them. They are flexible; we needed to check in early and that wasn't a problem nor did they charge an extra fee. Also, the girl working the front desk had a difficult/demanding customer ahead of us and she handled him very professionally and kindly. That was very imp...
