Pros: The clerk at the desk was unfriendly and acted annoyed with us until he finally finished and sent us on our way. We got to airport and saw the Budget sign. Before we could get to the space, he slapped the counter 4 or 5 times and said “here!” We kind of laughed, embarrassed. He said, “didn’t you read the sign? It’s for Avis AND Budget. Actually, no we didn’t have the chance. I had forgotten my reading glasses and so my daughter (30 years old) was getting ready to check the boxes for me on the screen. We were scolded, again, with him telling me that had to check the boxes myself. I did, and it was a touch screen, but I was scolded for not using the stylus. As My daughter was skimming and reading the contract for me, he told me I didn’t have to read the contract because he would tell me what was in it. That’s not good enough. I wanted to decide for myself if I had questions about the contract. The car was clean and nice. The woman who gave me the keys when I went to get my car was nice. The person I returned the car to was courteous.Cons: The clerk, as stated above, needs a course in courtesy.

Pros: The attendant that helped with drop off was very helpful and nice. We had taken a picture of the mileage but it came out blurry and we couldn’t actually read it. There was soda or something spilled all over the front console and the Windows were so filmy it was hard to see out. The electric/automatic sliding doors didn’t work as well.

Pros: The gentleman at the pickup counter was very overwhelmed when we arrived, but kept his cool and was a tremendous help! Also, the lot attendants were great! We had to wait a few minutes for them to retrieve a car seat we’d ordered. I could tell they were rushing to get it, and the woman at the booth outside was very friendly and helpful while we waited!Cons: So, the wait at PNS airport was almost 2 hours, not exaggerating at all! When I got to the counter, it was just one man working and I commented on him looking overwhelmed! He said it was a combination of him being the only worker AND people who just don’t return cars back, therefore they’re left scrambling trying to find cars in the same class that people reserved! I’m not sure what could be done about this, but if you’re arriving in Pensacola, just be ready to wait in pickup! Drop off was a breeze!

I had to go behind the counter into the doorway to get her attention. We was slow, soft spoken (I had to ask her repeatedly to say it again) and uninterested. Maybe she was having a bad day. I was told to leave the counter and go to the pick-up point and my car would arrive. I stood there almost 20 minutes. There was no one there. Finally my car came. All in all, not a smooth pick-up of a rental. Happily, drop-off was super smooth and the Budget experience I expected.

Pros: I’m not sure where to start to explain how horrific of a process this was. I booked my rental car through Kayak online, but spoke to someone over the phone before doing so to make sure the location was Pensacola International Airport. I was advised the location I had booked was indeed the airport location. I wait in line for over an hour at the airport location to be told my booking has been moved to an offsite location. (Staff at the airport location was super nice and helpful) He advised since I had prepaid there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to cancel my entire reservation, but they didn’t have any available cars at the time. I asked if there was a shuttle service to take us to the other location and he advised “no” we would have to catch a cab or call for an Uber or Lyft. So now because my reservation was moved without my knowledge I am having to pay a $30 cab ride for four miles. Now that my party has finally arrived at the off site location I get in line again. There are only two staff members working the front desk, Tiffany and Janelle. Janelle was friendly and welcomed everyone waiting in line and advised they would be with us shortly. Everything was ok at this point. After waiting 45 minutes and not moving in line at all customers are starting to get irritated. The reason for this is not because waiting for so long it was because of the customer service of Tiffany. All Tiffany could talk about in front of all the customers waiting in the lobby was how she wanted a break and was hungry (this went on and on). After finishing with one customer (the only one so far in 45 minutes) Tiffany gets up and starts yelling at Janelle to stop helping customer and go take her break because she can’t take one until Janelle gets back. Please consider this was not in the back or to the side this was in front of everyone in the lobby were everyone could hear and in front of the customers Janelle was still trying to assist at the time. Janelle respectfully in a low calm voice told Tiffany all the people are needing to be helped and are starting to get upset I can’t take a break right now. Tiffany stated “I don’t care. Im hungry and haven’t ate all day. I bet these people have eatin! They can wait!” She was wrong the three customers around me said actually no I haven’t ate today I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I have worked in customer service my whole life and would NEVER speak like that in front of customers. The male next to me told me im texting my wife right now who is outside to go get this lady something to f**king eat so she will help someone. Once Janelle was done with the customer she was assisting at the time she told Tiffany she wasn’t going to take a break and instead go outside and assist with cleaning cars since that was another two hour wait once you actually got checked in. Tiffany continued to complain how hungry she was and was rude to customers. It’s now been two hours and I am finally checked in to be told they have no cars ready. Please be advised I booked my pickup time to be 1300 hours (1PM) and its now 1445 (2:45PM). I asked if they had any vehicles ready because I needed to be at my location at 1530 (3:30PM) Tiffany stated a Ford Mustang was ready, but then 10 minutes later came back and stated “nope, it’s not ready”. Tiffany was completely rude the entire transaction and kept getting up and walking behind a closed door for a few seconds and returning. She was unable to answer any questions about vehicles on location. But when I did ask why my booking go switched from the airport she stated “they do that when they are low on vehicles but make you find your own transportation” At this point it’s now 1600 hours (4PM) and I still have not received a vehicle. At 1615 hours (4:15PM) Janelle brings around a vehicle and advises me a back panel is missing but they just sprayed it with water and not much got in it. I did a walk around of the vehicle and found multiple scratches, dents and damage to the vehicle, but was already late and needed to get on the road so took the vehicle. Be advised three other people traveling with me booked a car through Hertz/ Kayak and did not have a good experience. On Saturday we all called to try and get our drop off location changed to the airport. Two people were able to get the location changed no problem. When I spoke to customer service on the phone she advised I was not able to change my location and would have to drop the car off at the airport off site location, but could not give me a reasoning to why. I advised two other people in my party just switched and had no issues. At this point I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and was told no she was busy. I told her I could hold and wait to speak with her. She put me on hold, came back and advised she was in a meeting and not available and hung up on me before I could ask anything else. Now its Sunday and im stressing about how im going to find a ride from the off site location backCons: Cont. from above: Now its Sunday and im stressing about how im going to find a ride from the off site location back to the airport with as much trouble as I had finding a ride from the airport to the Hertz location. I called roadside assistance and they very kindly directed me to an Enterprise only 5 miles away to exchange vehicles with minimal hassle.Cons: I wish Alamo could have just replaced the tire, because the van I got in exchange from Enterprise was an ancient, dirty Grand Caravan with absolutely no modern features such as a backup camera, Bluetooth, or even USB. Not Alamo's fault but man that was a buzzkill for the rest of the week. Also, the line at the airport was just ridiculous.

Also I don't believe that the unit was ever cleaned up from factory delivery it only had 349 miles on when we rented it but there was still film and residue on the inside of the windshield.

Great experiencePros: I rented in PNS and the counter was literally steps from baggage claim. The process to rent and return was quick and the car was parked right across the street. The price for an SUV was way less than any others I compared. The gentleman who checked me in upon my return was awesome - very friendly and customer service oriented. He should be commended for his great attitude toward consumers.

Cons: The pick up and drop was a little confusing. The Hertz counter is handling the Dollar rentals even though there is also a Dollar counter. At drop off, there was no attendant in the garage, only a sign telling me to take my rental agreement and key to the Hertz counter. I almost missed the sign due to other signage saying to use the drop box. The vehicle itself was very clean, fuel efficient and served it's purpose. The Hertz employees were friendly and helpful once I figured out that they were supposed to assist.

Appeared to be regular pick up location online. Called Enterprise to fix. They said they confirmed availability and transferred my reservation & sent me to location 10 miles away who had zero cars available. The wanted to give me 9 passenger “church style van”. Second location wanted to help but they had nothing. They said corporate representative never called to check availability. After waiting a long time another car was returned which they gave me. Hours wasted on our Florida vacation.
Pros: Our rental ended up being through hertz since i guess they all share a counter down there. So not really any interaction with Thrifty.Cons: JUST DON'T USE PRICELINE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Especially during covid.

Pros: The staff on the ground was good, corporate was awful. First it was a bait and switch. The picture of the car i reserved was not even close. I was told that i would be getting a smart car with no capability for luggage, so i had to upgrade which of course, came with a price increase. Then, when our flight was cancelled, i emailed the only email i had which apparently did not go anywhere. I called the phone number and was on hold for 45 minutes but had to go to an appt and hung up. The was no way to leave a message or request a call back. When i did not return the car, i received a call and explained my situation. I was then told that i would have to pay $518 for 2 additional days, if i did not agree they would claim the car stolen, file against me as a felony and have me arrested. I had no choice but to agree to the egregious pricing. I am looking to find out where i go to file complaints against everyone involved in this transaction. I hope that you might be able help me avoid further problems by becoming involved and reduce these charges. I do intend to fight this through every channel i can find. They will not accept 3rd party insurance and will only let you get by if they call your agent and confirm that you have full coverage on your primary car. Their CC machines were down when I got there, and they had no backup. It was 2+ hours of waiting till we got a car. I will not rent from executive again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We have rented from other places before and this place was by far the best and easiest to work with. The car we rented was very clean and ready to go when we got off our plane. Great company.Cons: I would say keep doing what your doing. We had a great experience.

Pros: Staff member who checked us in was helpful and friendly, careful to explain drop off procedures (contactless) and also sanitized the car even though it was only moved from parking space about 20 feet to allow us to put in luggage. Could not have been better. Price was excellent (although $6 more than I was quoted, which I could not figure out but who cares about $6 when I got an upgrade for free to a bigger car which still got 32 MPG. Car was nearly new (4000 miles)Cons: The cleanup crew did not delete the bluetooth connections to phones by previous renters, we had to do that but hey, if that is the biggest problem I ever have in a rental car, that is great
Pros: Hours you are open needs work. Drop off at the Pensacolsa air port was awkward.

ACE rental cancelled...no pickup serviceCons: Usually when the rental company states that they are off airport, there is a statement that there is no shuttle to their location if that's the case. Well, this rental company is so far away from the airport that it would have cost me $40 to get there by taxi. No shuttle. And when I called, they said they "could" return me to the airport when I brought the car back. I doubt that would have happened. So, from now on, I will only reserve cars from companies that are co-located at the airport or that explicitly state they have a shuttle. Lesson learned for me. I ended up renting from a company co-located at the airport, by the way. It cost me an extra $30 from my ACE rental but I saved the round trip taxi fare and the time. I had to provide ratings, by the way, in order to have my review published. I never went to ACE.
