The staff was friendly enough, but it was probably because they said I was very polite which was a nice change for them.
The building looks dumpy. Upkeep is not high on their list of priorities. No amenities. They advertise breakfast, but that's not a thing there. We asked for towels twice (several hours apart). Both times we were told they were out of towels, but they did bring a couple up later on (they were stained though). The rooms are bare. No microwave or fridge included. They told me that they could try to find one if I really needed it. I didn't go through the hassle of following up on that. The staff just chilled on the couch or outside most of the time. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were nicer and had more amenities included. (They were quoting people rates at $200/night when we were checking in). Overall, it was just okay. I wouldn't ever book another room there though.
WORST HOTEL EVER!
The Free WIFI and big bed...
There is never anybody at the front desk and i felt like it was run by 3 people. I felt unsafe to be left alone there. Also one of the maintenance men smelled like very bad Marijuana and I didn't want to be there anymore. I paid to stay here because I thought they would have "FREE BREAKFAST" like it says online! but the man says they don't do it during this season. What kind of hotel is this? I went to check out the next morning and had to wait an hour to find someone, I had to scream down the halls forever for someone to come and I waited forever...I will NEVER go back!
The place was very run down the carpet was dirty so dirty that when u walk on it ur feet would turn black ..... They tried to charge us for a face towel that had pizza sauce on it they said it was damaged and it wasn't coming out when they washed it
staff was nice
it is in a bad neighborhood. There were people lingering around asking for room keys, clearly on drugs. Room was unclean, bathroom light did not work. Insulation was hanging out of ac unit. Bed was disgusting. Door between rooms would not lock. I did not feel safe, we did not spend night. Had to find another hotel at 10pm on Friday night. Under no circumstances would I ever stay here. Picture on Kayak did not match hotel. They showed picture of Inn and Suites.
Staff was helpful and kind.
Vending machines only offered canned regular soda, no diet, no water.
Decent for one night at a reasonable price! Id stay again!
The HOBO channel wasnt working
the affordability - it was very economical the access to some shopping - j.c. penny, the bus transport, the greyhound terminus the room was spacious and relatively clean
the breakfast was not health conscious - no fruit, no whole wheat bread, no yogurt, no cereal ; offering was sugar-based the computer was down - a lot of problems to communicate with friends and book on-ward journey;very inconvenient. the laundry and swimming pool was down - however, I did not have ned for them
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room had a lingering odor to it that actually got stuck on our clothes as well. The entire hotel just seemed very unclean.
