Elevator and hallway smelled like marijuana. Door lock malfunctioned. Not the hotels fault as far as the marijuana smell. You can¿t pick your clientele. They were quick to remedy the door lock issue.
Shower had no hot water and there was no close parking
Staff was lovely. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Fire alarm went off for an hour in the middle of the night, and we didn't have hot water for one of the three days we were there.
The staff is always super friendly,the room we had this time we absolutely loved it.We were on the very top floor.
Theres 2 things that we don't like, we understand that covid-19 has hurt many people,but figured still be breakfast of something. So no breakfast, and it was super hot in the hallways.

We had to move rooms 3 times. The tv did not work in the 1st room and the toilet was clogged in the 2nd room.
The hotel staff were all friendly and very accommodating.
The bathroom was not cleaned well and had hair all over it.
Convenient mid-downtown location close to every point in the city. Wonderfully modern and clean and the staff was so professional and helpful. A+ on everything!

Our view out the window was roof and building parking garage room 212 ...they where NOT busy we definitely could have had a room with a decent view
Restaurants/bar closed due to Covid no coffee in lobby in morning had to walk several blocks ?
