Pros: Total tranquility and freshness of the place, attention to detail, the spa, the food and the surrounding Tuscan hillsides....
Pros: The food and the small intentions that made our stay outstanding!
Cons: The price in the restaurant is a bit expensive.
Pros: Away from everything. The fresh air and relaxed atmosphere
Cons: They start working early. Noises outside at 7 am
Pros: Breakfasts were excellent and the staff very helpful. The location and facilities were wonderful. Hopefully we’ll be back one day.
Cons: The spa was slippery and poorly lit. I would consider it a falls risk and some additional safety measures should be put in place.
Pros: Loved everything about this hotel!
Pros: Our family with 2 kids, 10 and 5, loved our stay at Locanda; the facilities were amazing with a kids playground with trampoline, futbol net and a swimming pool ( not heated); our garden suite was spacious and super modern; restaurant onsite was delicious for lunch and dinner; breakfast was plentiful with lots of baked goods, cheeses, fruit salads and juices. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
Pros: Very nice place and super staff
Cons: All was amazing
Pros: Stylish, sleek, and serene modern accommodations that beautifully complement the exquisite setting among fields, cypress trees, and olive groves. Rooms are smallish but handsome and well laid out. Very comfortable beds, good strong showers. Very good food, including excellent buffet breakfasts, in the lovely glass enclosed restaurant. Great relaxing adults only pool - at a nice remove (and shielded by hedges) from the more active family pool off to the side of the property. Highlights for nature lovers - hoopoes on the lawn, barn swallows nesting on the beams outside the room, Eurasian scops owls calling from the trees at night.
Pros: Pool. Location.
Pros: Loved this resort. Great location, grounds well kept, good size room and bathroom. Enjoyed the terrace watching the stars. Would go back.
Cons: Check out time was too early, 10:30 am, fortunately was able to extend to 12 noon
Pros: Great relaxing place. Beautiful location and great rooms. The staff members are super helpful and nice. I will certainly go back.

Pros: initial impression when we arrived was one of disappointment as it looked very tired from the outside and in the main lobby, reception and restaurant area - furniture and furnishings very old fashioned. But the staff more than made up for this throughout our stay!
Cons: interior decor, furnishings, the outside hotel sign is tired and looks dated and doesn't do justice to the high level of service offered by all staff - this is the first point of impact for guests so important to impress.
Pros: Facility was very clean, staff was helpful and very nice
Cons: The pictures of the hotel gives you the impression it is more impressive than it really is. Capalbio is somewhat isolated as a town so you need to plan a 30 minute commute to wherever you are going. If we were doing it again we would have stayed closer to the coastline
Pros: excellent stay and the staff were excellent with our baby.
Cons: Swimming pool was too cold for our liking.
Pros: Very helpful staff organising taxis for us and speaking to us in English.
Pros: Hotel is wonderful! Everything was great! Apartments are nice, bright, big size. Breakfast also is good, big selection of food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel located in very nice area, quiet location. Across hotel small field where you can enjoy seeing dears and lot of beards. Just 15 minutes drive through forest and famous Toscana’s agriculture fields and you are in the beautiful beach with blue water and black sand.
Pros: The staff was super helpful and kind, the location was great, just 5 minutes from the city center.
Pros: breakfast was fine. location was excellent
Pros: .Very helpful staff. Very friendly and kind
Pros: Absolutely beautiful and well maintained!
Pros: - location - swimming pool area - very professional and friendly staff - central location in Capalbio - spacious rooms - dog friendly
Cons: - rooms would benefit from a more modern style
Pros: The privacy, the little patio, beautiful garden, comfy beds
Pros: Location was nice, quiet and close to seashore and town of Capablio. Clean and functional. if offseason, the price should represent that ... for great coffee+pastry go to the train station in Capablio, very nice quality
Cons: very simple setup, and definitely an overnight stay only if off season for the seashore

Pros: Very kind and helpful owner and staff. Great location, amazing view from the swimming pool. Good value for money
Cons: Air conditioning in the room. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning but has a helpful fan.
Pros: We where very pleased with the help we got when we hade a flat tire, just when we wanted to continue our trip. Just wait around the nice swimmingpool and enjoy the hospitality of Rosa Dei Venti. We where here only for two days but would recommend a longer stay, next time we will.
Pros: Location was lovely and had a beautiful swimming pool with diving board but were not allowed to jump in pool. My kids were most disappointed.
Cons: Rooms ok but basic. No special touches and on some of the days beds were not made up. Breakfast included but basic and little choice. Charged for basic items such as water and not particularly helpful with additional requests.
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosa Dei Venti. We spoke limited Italian and everyone there was extremely accommodating. The rooms were fine, and the surrounds are amazing - specifically the pool is amazing. Breakfast is also great.
Pros: Great pool, very nice views. Quiet location. Friendly host
Pros: The swimming pool was great! A really nice quite atmosphere. Very friendly owners. Spacious room.
Cons: No airco in the rooms and very small shower. Breakfast was only muesli or cornflakes with yoghurt or milk and some home baked cakes. The facilities and quality of the room did not meet up to the price of € 170,00 per night.
Pros: It has been one of the nicest Overnight I have never had - room was extremely clean. I really enjoyed the rooms’s athmosphere and location
Cons: It has been perfect as it is
Pros: the pool is just awesome
Cons: the staff is nice but the room lacked many basics such as tv, air conditioning, a sofa.. the house was indeed almost ridiculous and truly unconfortable

Cons: Booked this location knowing it was a bit isolated but on the understanding that there was a restaurant on-site. However it was closed for the month of October. And the hosts were away. Saw no-one. Dogs barking non-stop nearby were also an issue.

Pros: This is a place were elderly italien couples come for many years; the place is not really an Agriturismo bit more like a club with dozens of bungalows in a nice garden.
Cons: No english spoken. Noisy environment (dog barking morning & evening, garden machinery during day time), closed pool and reception from 1 till 3 pm, weak wifi, diner served in a hurry,... conclusion: not up to modern standards.
Pros: The owner was a nice person
Cons: The rooms ar very old and simple. The price is much higher then for ather agriturismo that are far more good and cumftibul. For this price it is not recommended at all.
Located in Montalto di Castro, Agriturismo L'Incontro is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of The Tarot Garden and Monteverro. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: What an amazing place! Beautifully quiet landscapped garden with a stylish dip pool. Outside bar and lounge areas, and a hostess who has a real passion for good service. The restaurant onsite provides home grown ingreadients which is prepared and served to an extremely high standard. This is the perfect "get away from it all" venue.

Pros: We liked the quietness of the location but close to what we were going to visit (i.e. Tarrot Garden, Capalbio, Orbetello). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typicial Italian - Continental.
Cons: Wifi was very weak in our cottage and login was difficult.
Pros: The food at the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise -- very good! Staff very accommodating and helpful. Quality of food was great.
Cons: The walls between rooms are very thin. Perhaps we were unlucky but we had a very noisy family next door. The staff forgot to tell us that we needed to turn the water heater on... so tepid water for the first shower - not terrible but it was nice to have hot water once we turned it on. No towels provided for the pool.
Pros: Restaurant was nice
Cons: Breakfast could be better, and the restaurant staff, but for a couple of nice and friendly exceptions, were quite dry --not unprofessional or rude, but kind of unmotivated and/or looking like bothered (strange in this kind of family and children friendly settings).
Pros: We booked one day in advance as the camping we stayed was not matching our expectations. The lady from the reception was extremely helpful; we could come earlier and leave later. Very service minded! Overall our stay was great; peaceful, quiet, near Capalbio (wow!) and nice restaurant.
Cons: The breakfast was very Italian: basically only sweet stuff. The boiled eggs are cold and far too hard, and the choice of meat is very limited. Also animation for the kids is nice if they speak Italian or German - any other language is difficult :)
Pros: All. Fantastic place, great pool, great service, friendly staff.
Pros: First up, have to say ALL the staff we encountered at Resort Capalbio were fantastic. From initial contact via email, Francesco was very helpful and we were amazed at how genuinely warm and friendly every member of staff were. My daughter and I were travelling together using public transport and we wanted to visit Giardino dei Tarocchi. The resort very kindly arranged transportation to the garden and picked us up from the gardens to return to the resort for 10 euro. They also offered a free service to collect us from the train station, as well as returning to the train station. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a spacious room which was very clean. We ate at the resort restaurant based on the glowing report of other people's reviews and it didn't disappoint. The food was fantastic. I had the rabbit and the meat was the tenderest rabbit I have ever eaten. My daughters wild boar ragu was also fantastic, it was worth coming here just for the food. Highly recommend staying in this incredibly hospitable accommodation.

Pros: Since we arrived the staff has been very very nice. We got a beautiful room with lots of space and everything well kept and clean. Lovely breakfast, amazing house with a good swimming pool, very good location, a perfect parking space and thanks to all this, we had an amazing four days!
Pros: Fantastic place, with a very nice pool, and extremely kind staff! Few minutes away from the beach, and from the many country side places to visit.
Pros: The owners were sweet and as helpful as they could be. We were travelling with a small assistant dog that is quite given her role, however while we went for dinner, the owners told us next day that the dog made noises (because of being in an unfamiliar place I imagine), to which I apologized and they were very accepting of the issue.
Cons: There is a strange vibe around, very cold and somehow uncomfortable. The maid, I think her name was Maria, really made my fiancee and I uncomfortable of being around and when I asked her if there was a problem because i felt she was quite agitated, she had a go raising her voice to me without any reason and stormed out saying some stuff in italian. She kept on saying things such as "i dont know anything", "ive just been here for a month", "i do as the owners say". However I doubt she had any experience in the hospitality industry cause if she would she wouldnt have the attitude, tone and behavior that she showed. Mattresses/beds are old and staying as a couple it felt uncomfortable. There arent any shades in the windows except if you close the outside wooden window which I found quite strange. I needed to do some work stuff during tbe evening and in the first floor where I was staying there was no internet conexion. I tolx the owners and they didnt understand why, until they told me that they used wifi amplifiers. Howevee, when I insisted to. Go see if the wifi amplifier in the first floor was working, we found out that it was missing and they said somebody stole it. But it felt odd as they didnt show any suprise upon the finding. When i went downstaires then to be able to work, the internet was so slow after spending 1h trying to download a work file of 1 GB, I decided to quit cause it couldnt even download more than 10%. We decided to leave a night earlier, saying to the owners it was totally not their fault, the place its what it is and if youre comfortable paying 100e per night for such ammenities you should go for it. I didn't and made my fiancee and I have quite an uncomfortable time. We moved to another agriturismo nearby last-minute, paying 30% less and being able to enjoy a calm and welcomimg atmosphere with comfortable beds and without any of the issues expressed before.
Pros: Excellent location and service, very friendly and welcoming hosts. Spacious room and very good coffee too!

Pros: A nice location
Cons: The play karaoke (!!) in the middle of nowhere in the peaceful country. Very annoying.
Pros: The location is perfect. The swimming pool and the surrounding area are perfect and the restaurant is really good
Cons: We went to the villa for the check in and they told us we were in the agriturismo, which is 5 Min by car or 15-20 on foot. They kindly checked us in the villa and told us to go to agriturismo to get the room key. However, no one was at the reception and after a while we had to phone the villa to get someone. When we got in the room, the shower door was very loose (they fixed it as soon as I told them) and there were 2 used shower gels on top of the shower which didn't give us the impression of a thorough cleaning, although the rest looked very clean. The morning of the check out the electricity was cut half an hour before we had to leave the room. I asked the staff what happened and they said they were doing some works so had to cut it off. I asked when it would be back as we were getting ready to leave and the bathroom didn't have a window but they were not sure.a heads up would have been appreciated in this case. The energy was back just before our check out so it didn't take the works long. Would have been better to wait for guests to leave.
Pros: Kooky with elegance. Great location and lovely pool area. Really nice restaurant.
Cons: Shower was on the cold and feeble side. Breakfast was pretty lacking
Cons: The shower (not comfortable and little hot water)
Pros: Beautiful location, very nice staff
Cons: Breakfast could have been a lot better , very basic.
Pros: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds provided a truly Tuscan experience.

Pros: The location was central to various places we wanted to see in the area. The rooms were very nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was large, charming, and served excellent food. We we expecting more of a "motel" near the highway, but it turned out to be much nicer with a great restaurant..
Cons: Nothing to not like. Everything about this hotel met our needs perfectly.
Pros: Book the garden rooms in the annex and you'll feel like you are vacationing in the tropics. Nice staff, great bathrooms with excellent showers and healthy, big breakfast with home made cakes.
Cons: You can hear traffic, but we picked the location because it was conveniently located near the main road. So we kenw what we were getting.

Pros: Close to Tarot Museum of Nicky de st Phalle. Water in bathroom worked well compared to other hotels on this trip. Was ok for one night.
