Hotel looks exactly like the pictures online Hotel staff are very friendly The bedding and bathroom linen was fairy clean 6min uber ride from the city center Late checkout was at 1pm.
There was an ambiguous stain on inside of the bathroom door and it was pretty gross. I called downstairs and they called housekeeping right away. I requested toothpaste and a microwave to my room twice and it was never sent. The microwaves were all being used and there weren't any available 12 hours later from my first request. Went to the CoOp restaurant and there was a hair in my Banana Foster French Toast. They were supposed to have another one made but it never made it to my table.
Very clean, near upenn and Drexel University, great employees (perfect)
Friendly staff. The hotel looks like pictures, it had cool modern hip style. The area was right besides several colleges and we felt safe walking around.
When we arrived the first room they gave us was not clean, front desk apologized for the mistake and gave us free breakfast vouchers.
The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The free coffee in the morning and ginger snap cookies at the reception counter are great! I love the design and decor of the hotel lobby and rooms.
1. They should have a loyalty program. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel, but they don't keep record or recognize repeat customers. 2. I would recommend them to put a fridge in every room. You currently have to request for one to be brought to the room by housekeeping.
Breakfast must be serve buffet breakfast style
