Nai Thon Beach
Nai Yang Beach
Everything was nice.
The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and well designed. For people who like shopping it's located prctically inside the biggest mall in Patong (though for people who travel for shopping, Patong shouldn't really be the destination to go!!) The rate is unjustifyably high. The hotel was good but not impressive. I expected more for this rate. This is a family-business hotel, I travelled with friends and I would enjoy it more in a smaller hotel with half the price specially that I'm not a shopping addict. The hotel is not even located near the beach.
One Of The Most Luxurious Hotel in Phuket.... Very Near To Patong Beach.... Totally A Hideaway / Escape Resort with full and modern amenities....!!! Just Loved It...
Rooms, location, Dining, pool, very friendly staff, especially Su, restaurant manager Andanan Grill. Nothing
Serenity and calmness, natural beauty of the location. Good choice of places to eat within the hotel but pricy. Childrens play room was great and out little one who is 5 enjoyed the activities and went each day Cost of food and beverages
Very nice Hotel, friendly staff and they have best Spa in Potang beach
Close proximity to Bangla road, shopping and Beach Room was clean but a little neglected, we were going to ask for another room but the pool access was opposite a water feature in pool and in a corner making it the most private room/pool access area which was great and made up for the slightly tardy room.
great staff not yet 100% finished
We liked the breakfast and the pool. The hotel claimed we needed to pay more at check in. Changed that price twice while checking in. Switch and bait. The staff spoke poor English. The bathroom shower did not drain, but did run all over the bathroom floor.
- Clean, updated rooms; Great WiFi coverage/speed on resort; Great Breakfast with a lot a variety; Friendly Staff; Lush landscape; Nice gym; Good management & responsive to critiques; - Humid so more ceiling fans in restaurants and open-air locations; More umbrellas (that can tilt) to black against sun; There were not enough umbrellas for each lounge chair at pool; buy more umbrellas; limited English at restaurant is challenging to order food or different services; charging for house water is a little silly at resort restaurants - Rivet: We understand gourmet dining but it was average food that deserves having more side-dishes included in the main entre. I think guests would have a better experience if the Rivet didn't take itself so seriously (it's not that high quality that it needs a drop/dollop of sauce on a salmon and charging $30)
Good hotel for a relaxing family holiday Surroundings/beach outside Hotel are fairly poluted and deserted
Everything including the services are awesome. I had the opportunity to give food to the monks it was an amazing experience. The swimming pool closing too early 7pm
Price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. Location is not next to the nightlife or piers, beaches.. you gotta take shuttles/taxis to do pretty much anything. Hotel needs some updating.
very friendly staff, private beach, excellent spa!!
It was nice staying at this hotel. The only thing is that the rooms are quite far from the reception. Walking up and down the steps to go the rooms.
