Pros (+) One of the nicest, most accommodating hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Jeff, the night time utility man was absolutely incredible. Many thanks form the Christian Brothers Family!

Pros (+) Kids LOVED the lazy river. Pools were all great. Breakfast was great selection. I loved seeing that the hotel allowed all of its workers to come at 11 when the breakfast time was over for guests, and let them eat before the area being cleaned up. Super friendly staff. Very clean bathrooms (a must for this traveler!!!) and kitchen area. Just an overall great feel, plenty of parking, lots of chairs ...
Cons (-) Only issue was with the sofa bed, but hey, it's a *sofa bed*. Wish all hotels would go to drop down murphy beds with better mattresses! Pool towels were skimpy but as we drive to Gatlinburg, next time I will just remember to grab beach towels at home.
