Pros (+) Overall the hotel is very nice and located right on 5th Avenue. It can get a bit loud at night from all the clubs around. So, if you are an early to bed person, this is not the place to be.
Cons (-) The Food. There are only 2 restaurants with the all inclusive and one of them was closed 3 of the 6 nights we were there. The food is mediocre and the service is always slow (but that is how most mexican service is). We didn't know until we arrived that we could have done the hotel without the all inclusive. We missed out on a lot of great restaurants on 5th Avenue. Lastly, the wifi was terrible. ...
