Pros (+) Prompt, courteous, responsive staff. Wide range of different restaurants that were all excellent. Spacious room, excellent room service, very good housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Nothing. We truly found nothing we didn't like.
Pros (+) This resort has a wonderful beach, sandy and clean of debris. The grounds are well manicured and clean. We stayed for a week while the resort was at 80% capacity; however, our group didn't struggle to find benches on the beach. We enjoyed the party pool and the relaxing pool. Most of the staff was polite and provided good service.
Cons (-) The resort is not ideal for groups over 8, unfortunately we had a group of 9 people. More than once a concierge said we could be seated as group but the restaurant staff refused or objected, eventually allowing us to be seated together. Pros (+) Great food, we couldn't believe thas we are eating in hotel and not a resteront. We realy enjoyed the pools, we have a pool next to our suite that was quite but the main pool are great too. The staff are very nice.
