great for a weekend stay
coffee in the room not to my taste
The staff were helpful and polite. The position was great with stunning view. The lounge bar and buffet breakfast were awesome.
Cleaning in the room needs improvement. Our bathroom was dirty with black long hair left in the shower from previous guests. The glasses were dirty (we had to clean them before using them). Same for the coffee table. There was a lot of dust everywhere, and found rubbish behind the bedside table. With the price you pay, it would have been nice if they left in the bedroom couple more coffee pods per person, and also replaced the milk. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests’ conversations. At 2:30am we got woken up by the girls from the room next door (returning to their room), which kept making loud noise for a good 30 minutes (until I banged on the wall).
I really like the garden outside n the food in the restaurant
It could be better if toothpaste and toothbrush are provided
We loved the staff, they all had smiles and a greeting and could not do enough for you. The location is perfect with beautiful gardens and views. The presentation and overall condition was very good, everything works.
The surrounds in the pool area was dirty(food scraps) and they were there for a few days.
We didn't have breakfast. Enjoyed our dinner the previous night, and were not hungry in the morning.
Room 42 had only 2 powerpoints which were accessible: -- one was under the desk, on the wall and almost on the floor which meant my plug for charging my phone would not fit. -- the other was in the bathroom, high on the wall beside the toilet -- very awkward but managed. Using the coffee machine in the morning was quite an exercise -- propped it on the corner of the wash basin -- hardly fitted! Could you please arrange for an accessible powerpoint in the main room please? I can't imagine that all your business clients have similar poor access for their IT equipment.
