Nice view, nice spa and friendly staffs. 24hrs pool and pet farm is very good. Foul smell at the toilet at night, but it is ok as long as you keep the door close. Alot of sandflies at the beach which was quite annoying. Limited food choices since there is only one restaurant.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the hotel staffs were courteous.

Able to relax and manage activities like fishing there There were too many guests at the hotel and your staff couldn't cope. We were kept waiting for about 1/2 hour to get a table for our breakfast. Prior to that, we had to wait longer because people just jump the queue and at one time the staff just couldn't manage them.

the management took note of our concern for switching our room due to wedding being held outside my room. With the noise and testing of sounds it is not appropriate since we have a baby. We got to switch within 1 hour house keeping sucks. I asked for extra towels and until the end I did not received the requested towels

Room was nice. Location bad as nothing close. Must rely on taxis to get anywhere...even to eat. Taxis service at hotel really poor. Booked a cab and had to wait 2 hours not once but twice and to complain...no one then understands english.

none. Room facilities not enough. Kitchen cultery not provided. Previous the environment very nice, clean and view beautiful. Now the beaches very dirty and no place to sit near the sea. No BBQ place.
