Pros: Breakfast is great. Deluxe Water Villa is huge and the BBQ option is good we joined the Pack for a Purpose program, we brought a lot of stationary to the local students, it is really great experience
Cons: If add note pad and pen in the room would be good. If breakfast serve olive oil and vinegar with bread would be great

Cons: Nothing it's amazing

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Super Relaxing Resort. Do as little or as much as You like. Laying on the White sand under the Umbrellas was so Peaceful So many activities included with the stay, such as Snorkelling, Stand up Paddleboarding, Kayaks. Sunset Cruise is a definite must do! We also enjoyed Morning Fishing, not only do You Troll for fish, it's a great way to see the other surrounding Islands, duration was about 1.5 - 2 Hours, also another free activity! We stayed in the Lagoon Villa - Everything you need and in my opinion, best value for Money. I think either Villa 8 or Villa 9 would have the best View over the Infinity Pool looking out towards the Ocean. The Menu is never the same, so You never have to eat the same thing! We really enjoyed the food choices. The staff are so friendly and do such a great job, and are very helpful and always greeting you with a Hello. Hats off to Jojo, one of the Resorts Managers - Super Chilled, very informative and a Pleasure to deal with.
Cons: Couldn't fault the place!
9.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The most exceptional service experience we have ever had. The food and location were also amazing.
Cons: Tennis court and water activity facilities were fantastic. We would have just loved a gym to work out in.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing snorkeling.. friendly, helpful staff. Good advice from staff on transport and places of interest The resort bus and drivers arranged were reasonably priced and very comfortable.
Cons: Casual meal options at dinner would be helpful Some miscommunications about activity bookings.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The owners are outgoing friendly and will help guide you along the way with useful tips. The resort is well manicured and kept spotlessly clean. The huts are a delight. Spacious, well decorated and intimate in that there are just 10 of them in this small resort. The food was wonderful especially the specials and the breakfast hit the spot especially the tropical fruit platter (lovely stuff). Don’t miss out on using the laundry service. Excellent service. Cheap. Was a life saver after travelling for three weeks. There are bikes, kayaks and snorkelling gear for you to use as well as a selection of books and games to keep you occupied during any downtime. Be sure to take your mewl down by the waterside and enjoy passing time in the hammocks. The staff can help with booking tours and airport transfers. There was an earthquake during our stay and I barely felt a thing. The property has also withstood the horrific Cyclone Pam (a testament to its brilliant craftsmanship). You won’t be disappointed with a stay here.
Cons: Nothing really to complain about but if the management was looking at areas for improvement I would probably suggest improving the spa treatment. We had the massages and they didn’t really satisfy us sadly. Technique and pressure wasn’t to our standards (apologies). Also the shower design could be tweaked to provide a more enjoyable shower when needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the fact that the villa was close to the water and that there was great snorkelling at the resort
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and owners, good snorkelling and scuba diving nearby. Loved kayaking to the town centre.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This place is beautiful and unique. The food is delicious, the staff are very personable and friendly and the snorkeling directly out the front of the resort is great. Highly recommend!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and showed genuine affection towards our son. The facilities are excellent and snorkelling right of the beach was magical. Most of all, we loved spending time in the Nakamal playing games and enjoying the exceptional food. Constance and Marc were fabulous hosts and we would have no hesitation in recommending a stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property consists of small bungalows set amongst gorgeous gardens. At the water’s edge, a huge wooden nakamal (traditional building) provides a romantic setting for tasty meals. Marc and Constance, the French owners are the consummate hosts, and are full of information about Vanuatu. A jetty below the property allows you to snorkel in a nice area populated by giant blue starfishes and an assortment of fish. Flotation and snorkel equipment is provided.
Cons: This didn’t bother me, but be aware that the twin beds in the 2 BR cottages are on the narrow side and perhaps more suited to children though our friends slept in them and didn’t complain.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was very peaceful, the staff were wonderful and the accommodation was lovely. The food in the nakamal was delicious. Everything was made very easy by the owners and staff, from arranging a tour to getting a bus into town.
Cons: It would be good to have a few more vegetarian options on the dinner menu.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous staff. Delicious breakfast. Owners are helpful. Very family friendly.
Cons: Rooms are a little small (2 bed cottage).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was nothing not to like, the location is perfect, the ease of getting to the resort is unparalleled (40 minutes drive from the airport), every villa has sea view, the food is exceptional, especially considering you are on an island in the pacific, the staff.....they display a genuineness to serve the guests and make their stay special. Every guest is King. Plenty of activities, snorkeling from the beach, kayaking in the lagoon a nice swim or simply do nothing. Note.....there are rarely more then 30 people at a time in the resort, the feel of exclusivity is real :-)
Cons: The stay was too short.....
4.2 Okay
Cons: The road into the resort was in the most terrible condition km of bumps and ditches the thought of leaving the resort after you got to it just made you feel like couldn’t do it the cab drivers in town won’t take you home because of the road so you can’t go out unless you go on the resort van to town and it returns after 1 hour so it not enough time Fix the road for goodness sake
6.7 Good
Pros: Outstanding staff. Thanks to Pascale, Angela, Georgia, Robert, Ciel, Paulo and the rest of the team!
Cons: Nothing I can think of!

Pros: Look straight out over the waters of Port Vila. Great sandy area in front of the room. Hammocks, free paddle boards and kayaks. you can watch the crabs, and see locals fishing. There are coconuts in the tree! Staff are happy and helpful. This property is within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants. It is ten to fifteen minutes walk to the local supermarket. The staff helped us organise transport to other parts of the island. Breakfast served by the pool is beautifully done. I was surprised at the amount of garden around the property.
Cons: A broken snib or lock on the bi-fold doors.

Beds could be a little more comfortable. Full kitchen and enormous shower. Short walk to town and many good restaurants.
Cons: Very little, being extra picky we would have liked 4 SUP's so whole family could go out together and more comfortable mattress would be great.

Cons: Absolutely nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Facilities were great. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms. Lovely restaurant with delicious food.
Cons: Unfortunately we were there during bad weather so we weren’t able to make the most of the beach and pool. That can’t be helped though. The shuttles to Port Vila could be more regular.

Pros: Beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere
Cons: L
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Basically everything
Cons: One staff called Shuplene or probably another spelling , anyways , it start with SH, she was in the 16’s night shift and 17 morning shift, she basically worked in the restaurant. She was absolutely a very rude lady, we asked for sharing plates and she rolled her eyes twice. Me and my friend, we are highly understanding and tolerated people, we understand she is tired or probably isn’t happy about we asked for the sharing plates. Anyways, what she behaved was just not right. The others, brilliant!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic modern comfortable villa with ‘to die for’ waterfront views with beautifully kept grounds. The staff were fantastic and we commend and thank Jane and Team at the restaurant and Nicholas, all the drivers and all staff who made our wedding anniversary so memorable
Cons: n/a
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We will absolutely stay with Tamanu on the beach next time. All staffs are nice and the food is unexpected delicious.
Cons: A little bit far away from the town center and the timetable of the hotel shuttle bus is too early. But you can always request a car service from the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great food, great rooms loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. Very relaxed feel
Cons: Quite far from town (30 min drive) and chef was a super angry little man
The Moso Vanuatu - Port Vila - Bedroom
6
9.4 Excellent (46 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at The Moso Vanuatu in Moso Island, you'll be 8 minutes by car from Havannah Harbour. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Owners and staff were so attentive to our needs. Excellent chef manages to create great flavours in every meal. Resort is so clean and comfortable. We even had a whole beach and perfect coral reef to ourselves. Sheet exuberance
Cons: A little more selection of food but to be honest the hotel claims that the menu is limited but tasty...... exactly spot on
7.1 Good
Pros: The cabin/villa was huge and and airy with large bedroom and living room. Fun to be on a little island - very relaxed vibe. Layout of little harbour / main building and area and then the cabins/villas was simple and effective. Friendliness everywhere. The staff were all charming. Pool area simple, beautiful and very relaxing.
Cons: Airport pick-up arrangements hadn't been registered so took a little while longer to get that sorted. Not really a big deal but not a good start. Breakfast included meant continental breakfast only - and with limited number of guests the breakfast bar was limited. Anything cooked was extra. Being on an island, any lunch and dinner was at the resort. Premium prices charged well beyond the standard of cuisine. No tea/coffee in the room - but there were cups, sugar in a recycled jam jar and a nespresso machine. Pods provided (at a cost I was told - but didn't seem to be charged for them) weren't available until the third day. No mini fridge and so no milk (no other milk/creamer options available).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely loved this place. The rooms are super spacious and the whole place is exquisitely decorated. The staff is extremely nice and the food is excellent. Even the music at the restaurant is nice! The location is absolutely spectacular, with a wavy beach in front of the hotel, and a calm beach with amazing snorkeling on the back. I hope I can come back one day.
Cons: I loved everything about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: PARADISE, I am lost for words about how amazing this place is. From as soon as we landed in Port Vila to the journey back to the airport we were looked after beyond belief. The Moso is truly a place shut off from the world and relax. Joel and Antoun have built something very special on a island which is very unique. The rooms are beautifully designed and very roomy. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and full of laughter. There are 4 beautiful dogs who follow you around and like to be with you and accompany you to the beaches. Snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking are right on your doorstep... incredible reefs and lots of colorful sea life to see! Now the food!! 10/10!! - Each day it is prepared fresh with local catches, Jay the chef creates an executive menu everyday and it is divine! Thanks to all the staff here who made our stay here memorable, I had a few tears waving goodbye to Helen, Mike and Clifford as our boat departed to head to the airport. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were exceptional and caring. Location is beautiful and room was amazing
Cons: It’s not the place to go to save money but you get what you pay for
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, great views, food overall is generally good quality and fresh, walks to visit secluded beach and discovering local villages on the island is a highlight.
Cons: Rustic accommodation means you need to leave your villa to the bistro for wifi, to make a cup of tea, for cold drinks etc. Bistro can feel a little awkward at times. A suggestion is chalk board in bistro for menus and islands activities instead of printing menu's at last minute. If staying for many nights food, drinks, transfers and activities can get a little expensive.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely boutique resort. Quiet & relaxing stay with very friendly staff
4.2 Okay
Pros: nothing thats why we will never stay there again
Cons: they ran out of basic food . for a relatively new place to many things were broken . basic things like salt @pepper and sugar were put on the table
5.4 Okay
Pros: breakfast was ok the location was good the staff good
Cons: if we had known that there were builders starting at 7 am we should have been told if i had known i would not have gone, the uncomfortable furniture ,the over priced and very ordinary food .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was Luxe, yet relaxed, secluded, perfect for total relaxation
Tranquility Island Resort - Moso Island - Building

9.2 Excellent (56 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Tranquility Island Resort in Moso Island, you'll be on the beach and 10.8 mi (17.4 km) from Mele Cascades. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is awesome. I came here to recharge my batteries and disconnect with the world...and that's exactly what I did. Jenni and Hunter and all of the other staff are lovely - they've got this chilled and laid back outlook to their work, but you can also tell so much goes on behind the scenes and they cater to your needs really well. As a female lone traveller I'd highly recommend this place, a great balance of a small intimate group of other guests but plenty of your own space if you want it. The island is beautiful, Boots and Socks were my fav. I'd love to come back.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Tranquility Island resort in September 2019. After booking and reading reviews in anticipation we were concerned that it was going to be a waste of money. We were blown away by our stay! The beach hut was such a cool experience and chatting with the other islanders at meal times was definitely a highlight. The snorkelling was incredible and just a short walk or right off the beach in front of the hut (We even got to see a turtle). The meals were all delicious and we personally enjoyed the endless Tea and Coffee supplied throughout the day. Would definitely come back here for a longer time and learn how to dive!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful secluded location with the turtle rehabilitation site. Amazing g being in a hut on the beach and being amongst the nature
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This was a really nice relaxing experience. The accommodation is secluded & right on the beach. Plenty of opportunities to go snorkelling (or diving if that’s your thing) either straight off the beaches or out on the boat trips. There are also some bush walks to secluded caves & beaches and you can visit the sanctuary where they are raising turtles to be released into the wild. The managers Jenni & Hunter and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Thanks! I’d love to go back one day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We very much enjoined our 6 day stay at the eco lodge at Moso Island. The lodges are simply beautiful made from natural materials, lots of privacy and ideal to jump into the coral sea from your “own beach” for some good snorkeling (excellent visibility). Lots of activities are possible including (intro)diving, snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, hiking or sailing. Staff is relaxed and keen to help out, especially during the nice communal dinners. Resort has just new managers who are pleasantly trying to make the best of your stay and resort. Much appreciation and respect on how Jenny and Hunter are running this place! Thank you
Cons: The resort is situated a bit remote, which is nice, but not easy to grab lunch/dinner elsewhere. So we took the nice breakfast/lunch/dinner package. Convenient but less “choice”
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jenni and Hunter were amazing! Plus all the other staff too where just gold. Food was great, activities were fab and generally have nothing that we didn't love about it. You must stay here on your trip to Vanuatu... It was the highlight of our trip!!!
Cons: Nothing... Everything was perfect!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic and the accommodation was brilliant. Highly recommend Tranquility Island Resort for families with young children.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Tranquillity Island Eco Resort is not a luxurious 5* resort with all the mod-cons. If that's what you are looking for, then this is not the place for you. I was seeking the opposite. Relaxation, peace and quiet, intimacy with nature, and head space to focus on some study, work and down time. Tranquillity Island Resort really is just that. Tranquil. The fares are basic but perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night gave me some of the best night sleeps I've had in a long time. The resort managers, Jenni and Hunter, are awesome. They make you feel at home from the moment you set foot on the island. They run the place in a professional but friendly manner, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort staff are equally as friendly and accommodating. The 3 daily meals are more than substantial to get you through a day of bushwalking, diving or hammock napping and are cooked with love by the team in the kitchen. The diving was good and we had some great visibility and a good number of sites to choose from. The turtle sanctuary is a great initiative and it was great to be able to provide some technical input, and also participate in a beach clean up. I really had a great time.
Cons: Nothing. I really had a great time. It was the perfect combination of rustic, low-key and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Management were great and there was a different menu every day. You could have your room serviced every day if required. Nothing was any trouble for the friendly staff. Was lucky enough to release a Turtle - that was awesome.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Tranquility Island is exactly what it’s name says

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was lovely. The food served by the restaurant for dinner was great. Location was really nice.
Cons: I booked in a 2.5 hour spa treatment and was only told 15 minutes before that the massage therapist had called in sick. They were trying to find someone to replace her though. On the plus side, I was offered a free cocktail as an apology just before I left the island!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Awesome Staff - they were very friendly and helpful. Dinner Menu was beautiful. The Island was well maintained and beautiful. Excellent transfer service to the main island. Had a very good massage at the day spa.
Cons: Unfortunately the bed was quite hard. I also found the Sun loungers very uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and the staff were great
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: So we had a problem with the pump and being woken up etc. And when I told the resort staff, the lovely manager moved us. She also gave us a Complimentary massage (wonderful!) and for our last night we were moved into a villa. Which was such a treat and going above and beyond. Thank you Sarah! It was exactly what I thought I'd booked back in NZ. Beautiful. We were so thrilled and know now to book a beachfront villa!! Ots with the additional cost. The other great thing was the location. On an island. But 2 minutes boat ride from shore and a 24 hour ferry. Taxi Van's waiting. You can get into town...go out to dinner elsewhere...come back. so easy. Theres another resort near the jetty if you fancy being somewhere else for a day that's nice with a pool. Food great. Beds comfy. Staff lovely.
Cons: I made a mistake, I googled the accommodation and it looked like they were all villa-like and so booked the NZ250 a night garden room. But the garden rooms are all a big long unit like a motel block. Small rooms. Right nextdoor to others with only glass louvres at the front so you could hear other people and the light came through. If the rooms had been $90 a night I'd have thought 'fine" but it was meant to be our luxury 4 days together and I was so disappointed. And the first morning we were woken at 6am by a baby through the wall. And at 8am the maintenance team arrived and started digging out a sewage pump in front of our door. The staff shifted us and were amasing (read below). Also FYI the snorkeling was not good and I'm a mad keen snorkeler and diver. Its lovely to get wet but the snorkeling is wonderful in other locations in Vanuatu. Id imagined snorkeling off my room....but no. I could swim and it was clean but I wouldn't term it a place to go snorkeling. And the dugongs weren't in residence. Apparently not there for 2 months I was told on arrival. Which is nothing to do with the Resort...but I was so looking forward to seeing them and that was why I'd chosen Erakor. So if you're going for them - check first or realise they aren't great all the time.
7.5 Good
Pros: Amazing spot and staff . The only let down was the tv did not work it said it had most channels but it did not once they got they tv sorted . Dinner was great apart from the vegetables they were cold perfect steak amazing . Also the net over the bed you should be able to take it down option we moved bed away from it . Apart from that fantastic place great staff .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I just spent 8 days on this beautiful little island in the middle of paradise. Vanuatu is the ultimate holiday destination if you're looking to relax and unwind and the Erakor Island Resort is just the place to do it. A short 5 minute boat ride from the mainland to the resort and you already feel relaxed. On arrival we were greeted with a fruit juice and a run down of the resorts features. There was a wedding that night at the restaurant but we were assured that dinner would be served at the Calypso Bar whenever we were ready. The resort is spread out across the island, and we were delivered to our room via golf cart to discover our simple but comfortable room which had a pavilion just in front with sofa setting to be used by guests. There are clear bottomed kayaks to borrow and small coral reefs just out from the resorts beach to glide over and see the fish. There are starfish and sea snakes (very small) and plenty of vibrant tropical fish. You can also borrow snorkel gear and aqua shoes if you need. There were also plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach to while away the day. The food at Aqua Restaurant was spectacular. All very fresh and delicious, we didn't have a single meal we didn't like and we tried most of the menu! I can highly recommend (pre)ordering the Chef's Seafood Platter if you are there on Sunday night, it was spectacular! We also very much enjoyed the "feast and fire" night, the buffet dinner was great with lots to choose from, although the kava left a little to be desired. All the staff were incredible, extremely friendly and helpful and genuinely concerned to make sure you were having a wonderful time. We did 2 day trips while we were there, organised by the resort. A cruising day on the Coongoola, which was amazing. We were very lucky to have the boat almost to ourselves (only 5 of us on a boat that can hold 50!) and had a wonderful day cruising and snorkeling.
Cons: We seemed to have particularly loud neighbours who were happy to go to bed late (while talking and laughing very loudly) and also get up early (to have a cigarette) and it would have been nice to have a little more separation between room or better soundproofing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Food at restaurant The beach
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was really good! Lots of activities for families with kids.
Cons: Mozzies were not fun to deal with but I guess they are unavoidable. The facilities need a bit of maintenance. Low tide times can be a bit of a bummer since it has no pool.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! I little out of Port Vila but you were away from the hustle and bustle. If you want to relax this is the place. The staff have become dear friends to me and I will return just to see them again! They were warming, kind and very very compassionate! I will definitely be back to blue bay resort.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All good, great extras, good snorkeling
Cons: Rough access road to the Resort
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely setting very neat surroundings very roomy bungalows good swimming and snorkelling in good weather staff also interested in your well being.good transport at the right price to and fro although airport pick up is not so cheap.
Cons: Poor water pressure and much difficulty in getting hot water to shower ( cool weather issue applies) quality of food prepared varied depending on which chef was on. Lunch and evening meals only fixed price approximately $18 and $30 per person no child’s prices. Alcohol was also extremely expensive compared to other restaurants and local outlets. They have to make money somehow. Our deal was good though $105 per night 2 people including a full breakfast on request.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely, a really pleasant island relaxed arrangement, with plenty of food - nice local fresh fruit, pancakes and eggs. We liked the property's quietness and distance from Port Vila. The access road was very poor once we got off the main road around the island.
Cons: The hot water was either extremely burning or non existent so needs to be improved. The lighting in the room could be a little better.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The friendly welcome and fabulous arrival drink ( a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail) were great. Pickup and drop-off to airport were timely and exactly as promised, even at 4am! The transfers to Port Vila, about 20 min away, were inexpensive and helpful. Much cheaper than a taxi. Zero traffic noise, a bonus when flying early. Airport was halfway between Blue Bay and Port Vila town. Watched movie for first time in 2 months of travel. Nice home comforts, spacious bathroom and privacy between two sleeping areas.
Cons: The weather was windy and unpleasant, so we never saw the beautiful, sheltered Blue Bay in the sunshine- however I can imagine canoeing out to the sandy fringing reef would be glorious on a better day. In the prevailing wind, the open style restaurant was a bit bleak, but Graeme's friendly warmth made up for that. The open plan indicates to me that it is seldom so chilly at Blue Bay. I would go again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely local hosts Spaceous bungalo right at the waterfront Many possibilities to sit and relax Free Kayaks and nice to snorkel right in front of resort Good beds Good breakfast The resort is a bit off port vila but there was always a possibility of transportation for a good price
Cons: Internet was not very good
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Location right on the water.
Cons: The lack or miss communication between staff about airport pick up. Price of food and drinks on the pricey side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely and the apartments were beautiful, and very clean. My apartment was spotlessly cleaned every day. The breakfast was yummy - my favourite were the banana pancakes and the beautiful fresh local fruit. Blue Bay is around a 25min drive from the centre of town but it's nice to be out of the business and it feels very relaxing. The owners will take you to the town any time you want to go and charge a very minimal fare for doing so. I had a lovely time just relaxing, taking out a kayak, going snorkelling and exploring the area.
Cons: Wifi could be better, but I didn't come on holiday to be attached to the internet. Snorkels are a bit old and damaged so could do with updating, but again these are very minor details that didn't impact the enjoyment of my trip.
7.9 Good
Pros: Peace and quiet great place to relax and do nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The resort was lovely, a bit isolated for us but that is just us. The staff are amazing and so helpful... Thanks Eric, Christine and Louise.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Liked the large bed which was very comfortable. Also liked the infinity pool
Cons: The food in the restaurant was disappointing and seemed to be overpriced. What was served did not always match what was on the menu (eg lentil beetroot and bean salad was actually lettuce beetroot and feta salad).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was wonderful having the private plunge pool with the added bonus of an impressive view over Erakor Lagoon! Also the apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped, so it was very easy to feel very comfortable and relaxed. Staff at the adjoining resort Mangoes, were very friendly and helpful too
Cons: N/A
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The furnishings were beautiful and made the Terrace feel so comfortable! The view from the whole Terrace both inside and outside plus upstairs and downstairs! Privacy was done fairly well for each Terraces plunge pool. Perfect for couples. Very central location.
Cons: The noisy wooden stairs in each Terrace! I was so paranoid I was disturbing the neighbors each time I walked up or down the stairs because I knew I could hear them. The lack of assistance with our luggage to/from the Terrace. With the amount of stairs, it’s the last thing you want to be doing after just arriving or leaving in the muggy weather. Definitely would have been nice to have this arranged, without requesting it as the information book suggested.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well equipped and appointed apartment, comfy bed and furniture, friendly staff and management. Plunge pool was terrific with great views over lagoon, lovely breezes. Proximity to Mangoes restaurant, supermarket and town. Overall a fabulous self contained apartment.
Cons: Could have done with a small outdoor table setting on plunge pool deck instead of the two chunky chairs and tiny coffee table and no outdoor chairs on upper balcony.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone including management were so friendly and accommodating. The apartments were spectacular and very spacious.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff great..facilities great
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The appartment i stay in was exceptional on so many levels. Firstly because of the immense size of the booking, i think it was around 152 square metres. Now most hotels range between 16-28 square meters. This was equipped with a really modern kitchen area, huge lounge room & dinning space that opens up onto the infinity style pool on the (bottom level)veranda , yes upstairs has one also.. two toilets one downstairs & the other upstairs in the master bedroom suite along with a large shower & lovely bathtub! The bathroom also has plenty of room for storing toiletries for 2-3 people. The suite also has a very very big walk in wardrobe enough room for your whole suitcase. Even a iron board is stores in the cupboard . the upstairs bed looks out over the neighboring Lagoons from up on the hill side.
Cons: The hot water took extremely long to come through the shower, although that’s expected in a country like Vanuatu , the kingbed that says in the description is actually just two king singles next to each other so if you are sleeping in the middle you will fall down between the two mattresses...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: beautiful view, private pool and spacious room for relaxation, staff are friendly and helpful. reception has a tourist desk for booking excursions, and a list of taxi prices for destinations eg. 2000VT (around A$25) to airport - very thoughtful.
Cons: not 10 minutes walking distance to the city center as claimed; in particular it's an unpleasant walk in hot humid weather - more like a brisk 20-25 minutes walk
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Arrived at midnight and were picked up at the airport by transfers organised by The Terraces. We were delivered to the property where we were met by the nightwatchman and let into our 1 bedroom, 2 level apartment. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had a large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and toilet, with a 2nd toilet downstairs. The apartment had a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, oven and microwave - if you wanted to cook your own meals (though we only used the microwave for breakfast) - along with pots, pans, and crockery. On our private deck we could lounge next to our own plunge pool while enjoying the weather with a view over Erakor lagoon. Mangoes next door has a restaurant which also provides room service to The Terraces for no delivery charge and with smiling Ni Van (native Vanuatan) staff. It is a relatively easy 10 minute walk into town (though beware of holes in the pavement - where there is pavement) but you can catch a bus for about 20c per person (just hail them on the road) or a taxi for about $6 per car load. The apartments were a great choice for us and lived up to our expectations but it is the staff that were the icing on the cake. From the time of arrival until the time you check out, they are more than helpful, extremely friendly and can't do enough for you. No wonder they have been voted the happiest people in the world!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great view, the size of the apartment’ room service didn’t cost anything extra, staff were very happy & accommodating
Cons: Can’t think of anything!

Pros: A extraordinary location matched by first rate staff and service .I simply cannot wait to go back.
Cons: I was simply impressed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely - comfortable & clean- Staff pleasant & helpful - often went over & above to assist us - especially Florence, Rinna, Rosemary & Richard. Also, Alsa the tour hostess was very knowledgeable & helpful.
Cons: Reef shoes supplied were getting a bit worn - several really need replacing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Relaxed yet well run
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the staff, they were incredibly friendly. Everything was clean and well looked after. The location was good, only a 10 minute drive to Port Vila. We ate at the hotel every night and the food was AMAZING! We didn’t want to eat anywhere else, we got involved in the Melanesian Feast night and also had the Paella on Paella night which was so delicious... and French night... omg... the best Chicken Fracasse ever served anywhere. The pool was beautiful an well maintained. The beach was a little disappointing because we could only swim at high tide because the reef is so shallow and high tide was very early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The bar was great and the staff very accommodating, especially at happy hour which was the busiest time. There was music or entertainment every night. The check in and checkout procedure was effortless. The concierge was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Cons: The bathrooms could be a little more up market for my liking, however I appreciate they are in keeping with the Melanesian theme of the resort. The shower was luke warm and very little pressure, not the end of the work and this would not prevent me from staying there again because the whole place was fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really attentive staff, beautiful setting, great food.... Really felt like a holiday!
Cons: Hard to fault it, if I was picky I'd say garden bungalows a bit close together but it didn't bother me too much
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved being on the water. The bungalows were really clean and lovely presented. The food from the restaurant was always delicious and the cocktails from the bar were yummy!
Cons: It was a little bit out of town if coming back later at night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. Beautiful view overlooking the sea.
Cons: Noise can easily be heard in the bungalows. Sheets smelt damp and wet.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, love listening to the waves at night and went for a nice walk along the beach. Staff were awesome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing stay at the beachfront apartments! There were heaps of free facilities such as kayaks, bikes and badminton to keep us entertained. The staff were super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend beachfront apartments. It was a bit out of the main Port Vila town which was good for us as it was nice and quiet and chill.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beachfront location and apartment was spacious and clean.
Cons: Wasn’t told about the electric gate at the front and was not given the access key, so on our first day there we went out into port villa and returned around 7pm to a locked gate. After talking to local kids on bicycles they told us we could walk around the beach and gain access from the beachfront. Was not happy walking around in the dark especially as it was our first night and did not know the area. Could of been avoided with simple communication when we checked in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was fabulous, the staff very friendly always willing to assist. The views of Mele Bay were awesome . the free water sports were a bonus, and the cocktails on the beach were tasty.
Cons: absolutely nothing

Pros: Great pool Great restaurant
Cons: No pool bar
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely peaceful property. Very spacious rooms, cleaned daily. The resort is quiet, beachfront, and has a calm, low key atmosphere. I really liked the location- We never waited longer than 2mins for easy bus ride to town for 150vt pp. There are two corner shops just next door with lots of supermarket items including fresh eggs and baguettes. There’s beautiful snorkeling in front of the resort, but note you can only get out on the reef at high tide and if there’s waves it can be dangerous. There are short, surfable waves 5-10 min walk near breakas. It was excellent to have our own kitchen as eating out in Vanuatu is expensive (the locals don’t have a culture of eating out so it’s 99% restaurants for tourists at tourist prices).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place to stay. Great staff, great location, food okay.
Cons: Internet is horrible. (Only thing wrong with this place.) If you need high speed bring it yourself. Lol
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort felt very safe with security on the property. Staff were very friendly, excellent facilities, beautiful pool, restaurant on sight and a short drive to town.
Cons: The furniture was very noisy, any movement of chairs upstairs echoed through to downstairs. A small square of felt on the legs would go a long way!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall stay was perfect! Kids loved meeting new friends, pool & exploring the beach area. Lovely view & goin to sleep with the sound of the waves. Staff super friendly & attentive. Nice having a shop across the road for essentials & being able to make food in room if you need as well as having a great cafe/resturant on sight. Mexican night a must! Great to have free use of washing machine & dryer.
Cons: Out of your control but bit windy so unfortunately we couldn't make use of the kayaks & beach area as
5.8 Okay
Pros: The Room had a good size and was very good furnished. The bed was a good size too and had a very good mattress. The water pressure was very good and the ceiling fan very useful. The Kitchen part was also useful. Our favorited was the balcony which we used a lot we had a lovely view.
Cons: The staff around the Hotel was helpful and friendly but the Management wasn't really great. We had requested to be picked up at the Airport but nobody showed up at arrival. Another couple from the same flied was picked up at the Airport. When we complained the manager told us we hadn't booked an Airport shuttle. First after the General Manager found our Shuttle booking and encroached we got our money back which we spend on a Taxi. There had been other problems like charges from our credit card because there was a customer with similar name and they charged his Room on our credit card. We had to make long expensive phone calls to get our money back and in the end we got restaurant vouchers, which didn't really meet our expectation. The whole incident was classified as Human error it is always easy to blame somebody else. The equipment like BBQ or Fitness devices were broken and not repaired the area inside the Hotel was badly maintained and needed a caring hand. We really couldn't understand how this Hotel got a 9.2. Not deserved at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good quality restaurant on site. Good, friendly, helpful staff. Nice to be out of town
Cons: Some facilities not available (ie: BBQ)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: we opted for the breakfast that was more than enough however there was plenty of other choices on the menu Coffee was very good Café Villa was a great place to have a quiet drink and a nice dinner ,the seafood was particularly good as was the beef
Cons: There could have been better soap shampoo etc in the rooms (maybe some local product) Also some local coffee for the coffee pot These would have just made a great experience better (this was our second stay at Nasama) Wifi was not great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nasama is a fantastic resort, the studio apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean. The kitchenette and outdoor communal BBQ was great for cooking delicious market food and fresh fish. The pool is great, best time to relax was when there was not to many kids around to enjoy some quiet time. We loved exploring and swimming in the coral reef although it can get a bit choppy. We enjoyed a beachfront massage and were also able to borrow videos and snorkeling gear. The restaurant has great food and even better cocktails, I definitely recommend the 2 for 1 Tuesday and Thursday cocktail special. They do run on ísland time' but we never had to wait too long for our food and the orders were always correct. All of the staff are friendly and cheerful, greeting you with a smile and a hello. Housekeeping was available most days of our stay and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
Cons: We did have some issues with the settling the account at the end of our stay which were resolved quickly so our tip is to pay as you go or ask for receipts to keep track of expenses. When booking tours pay for them at reception and ensure you get the voucher to give to the tour operator.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: people were so friendly- trust the taxi and bus drivers, Back to Eden best snorkelling! Little pool in sea was fantastic. The Beach bar fri night fire show was great. hiring car is great option.
Cons: We were surprised by food prices - so cooked a lot, Cafe Vila very expensive - 500 for a bottle water. West side is bit windy - east side is calmer - so didnt go snorkelling from Nasama. Shame not to have a bar down by the water/pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities where fanatsic and the staff more then accommodating.
Cons: Only issue was that our food got mixed up at the resturant. Nothing serious.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the pool, the beach, the lovely staff, the lookout from the room, the bed
Cons: room didnt get cleaned every day

Cons: No wifi in the room only in public areas .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice apartment overlooking the lagoon very close to the centre, but still quiet. Hosts were very nice
7.5 Good
Pros: Owner is very helpfull
Cons: its a sports bar with accommodation. there is no reception and no staff till 10am
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best hotel in Port Vila, probably in Vanuatu. Hot water, nice view from the room, comfortable, calm location. Dan is a very nice and welcoming host. The restaurant is very pleasant. I loved everything, would not hesitate to stay again. If you don’t want to walk 20 minutes, buses to the center are available all the time.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hostel manager Dan and all his employees made us feel very welcome and they all did everything they could to make our stay the best for us. We were a big group traveling together and we all got rooms next to each other. Dan was always around being cheerful and sweet. He answered all our questions about the place and gave us suggestions about what to do and where to go. The hostel is close to Port Vila and it's easy to get around from there. This is good value for money. I would recommend this place to people traveling to Efate!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great base for exploring Port Vila and accessing various tours/trips/sight seeing. In a quiet part of town, close to the museum and only a short walk to the centre. Friendly and accommodating staff who are more than happy to provide advice/information to visitors.
Cons: Would have liked an indoor communal table and chairs next to the shared kitchenette. More convenient for eating breakfast and a focal point for meeting/talking to other guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good welcome from the hosts. Rooms are basic and simple - but the views from rooms 1 & 2 (and maybe others) are spectacular, they have a really good feel. Rooms 4 & 5 (and maybe others) are monastic cells with virtually no daylight - good for a place to sleep but only if arriving late and leaving early. Shared bathrooms are very good - excellent showers.
Cons: Breakfast is hit & miss. The host showed me where it was left in the fridge the previous evening: fruit, juice, bread for toasting, tea/coffee - looked great, but it was all gone when I woke up! The solution is to walk to the Port Vila wharf with many great cafes (or wake up early). "Seaside" Retreat is a little misleading - yes there is water and great views of the inlet but no beach.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and beautiful location. Good wifi (better than more business oriented hotels in Port Vila). Clean pool. Relaxed, friendly owners. Quiet after 10pm
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peace & quiet, amazing view, no restrictions on pool use (hours) so we could swim early before work. Spacious room & bathroom plus outdoor seating with the room with a great view over the lagoon. Owners so friendly & helpful, yet totally unobtrusive so a great place to relax and make your own. Good internet.
Cons: Smoking in the bar/restaurant, but this seems common everywhere in Port Vila!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nicely placed not far from the main center, great view. Awesome guys working there, very friendly, thanks a lot to Dan for accommodation! Bar with good choice of food and beverages.
Cons: Bath facilities are not in the room - I haven't really paid attention to it while booking but of course it's mentioned that shower & toilets are shared.

6.7 Good
Pros: The location close to the lagoon
Cons: Ants in the room and bathroom and it was worn out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful gardens...delicious food...lovely staff...restaurant on the lagoon...exceptional hosts
Cons: Staying longer
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Tours were bookable from the resort, without extra charge and added to the bill. My partner loved the seafood. I’m not into it and there wasn’t much else to choose from tho. Buses go right by the door and will stop for you anywhere. Low cost. Resort has swimming in the Lagoon (but no pool). Has kayaks (although we didn’t get time for them!). Beautiful tropical gardens and lagoon outlook.
Cons: Limited menu (if you don’t like seafood). Not a ‘resort’ in the true sense, but still very pleasant.
7.1 Good
Pros: The owners and staff were wonderful, our seven days included five days of rain. The breakfast was great.
Cons: The grounds were disappointing, no open areas, just coral paved tracks through tropical bush. Swimming pool is very small, even by domestic standards, two people and its full. Air conditioning is an extra cost, we could not locate the remote, another 500 vatu per day. The open air restaurant and bar is uncomfortable in the rain. TV would have been great, given the rain. In hindsight Tropicana would have been a better choice. Restaurant prices similar to Blue Marlin in town, with Chantilly providing a lovely seafood platter for two for 8000 vatu.
7.5 Good
Pros: The setting is superb with over water dining and tropical gardens, food was good although alittle expensive, service good, cleanliness good.
Cons: Accomodation is looking a little dated, food and drink a little expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room, owners and location easy to get around and food was excellent and the sunsets for our balcony
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge room, nice view and really friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious ! I recommend it 100%
7.5 Good
Pros: Liked the rooms at the back of the property away from the restaurant meals lovely
Cons: Rooms above kitchen and looks out over restaurant between trees not a lagoon view room as advertised but as I said really liked the back units
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Ursula and Richard and their staff were very accommodating and friendly. They provided great recommendations and were happy to help us with anything we needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Managers very friendly. Restaurant accommodated vegan diet. Free kayaks. Room very comfortable. Manager coordinated airport transportation.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Only the couple who runs the business; both John & Janette were nice & helpful
Cons: It’s too far from the city center & isolated area; the closest ATM is 10 minutes drive. The Devil Rd is extremely rough, not good if you have back or neck problems. You need to have a car to stay in this area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hosts - so helpful and friendly
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very great place to go.
Cons: Not availability of Wifi
5.4 Okay
Pros: The ocean view from our room and from the resort generally was very beautiful. Our bungalow was delightful in a simple way which we were quite happy with. The continental breakfast is nicely served.
Cons: There is not really a sandy beach and snorkeling is hazardous due to shallow depth and strong windward tides. You need to hire a car if you want to see the island at your own pace. The dinner service is random and overpriced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hosts are very personable and accommodating. The dinners with them were a highlight particularly the sauces and desserts that John makes. Breakfast down on the beach was very nice also. We liked the fact it was out of town so it was very quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Not really any wifi although I believe that’s a problem throughout the island and not an issue for us as it’s a beach holiday so who needs internet?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast in the beach hut was a great way to start the day and the hosts were amazing. They cook great meals that are really worth experiencing for their guests for dinner and they have many interesting stories about Vanuatu to listen to. They really go above and beyond.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: So close to the beach
Cons: A lot of bus drivers didn't know where it was.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The villa was well appointed and had hotel quality white bed linen and towels were excellent quality and fluffy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook, toaster, kettle, frying pans and pots. The location is oceanfront and you can hear the waves crashing. The thing that sets this property apart has to be the people, Gerry is professional and available and her team of gardeners, housekeepers and drivers take the time to make your stay really special. You will have the chance to meet local people at this resort and that is what makes this Island so special. It is walking distance to Zipline and Mele Cascades. Close to Mele beach Bar and Hideaway island which both worth a visit!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Island Magic was the perfect location for relaxing and rest. The location has it's pros and cons. It is 20 minutes from town and the last 5 minutes is along a 2km dirt road which was very bumpy until it was graded in the last 2 days. But, it is away from all the hustle and bustle and right by the water (not the lagoon) and if the wind is down the snorkelling out the front of the jetty is pretty good (warning the wind is down early in the morning, so be prepared to get up around 6am). Gerry is a great manager who is great with the guests and only too happy to help with anything. The restaurant is better than the average resort hotel with many many tasty dishes and one Sunday we had the Indonesian Feast which was amazing. If you don't hire a car be prepared to pay a driver 400 vatu each person, but Nono is the most beautiful person, a great driver and is worth every cent and more. He is ever reliable too which is important. He got up at 4am to drive us to the airport. Also being self contained you save on eating out, which is not as cheap as you would expect, basically being around Aussie prices.
Cons: 20 minute ride to town was less than ideal but it also had it's advantages. You just have to factor that into the cost. We had two kids who we ended up staying at home (which was fine by them) to cut down the costs. Also the wifi was average at best but that is not uncommon in Vanuatu. My wife was happy as it kept me and the kids off the net.
7.1 Good
Pros: Coral reef was pretty good. You can hear the waves right from your Boongala. Fully equipped kitchen
Cons: All kitchen cabinets is old and smiley. Needs renovation. When we checked in the shower heads in both bathrooms was leaking everywhere, but been chenged then we completed.

Pros: This is an EXCELLENT resort to stay at. Gerry and the staff were amazing and Gerry was the epitome of utter class. The resort was exceptional in all areas. You can hear the ocean and the ocean scent drifts in. The chef cooked food to die for. Food was absolutely incredible. Giovani was so sweet. I will miss her a lot. This is an excellent resort and you feel like you are at home. We hope to come back one day. I, my husband and son will miss you all. God bless you all. Steph xx

Pros: We were upgraded to the terrace which was beautiful - a large stylish room with its own terrace and a fabulous view. The staff were all lovely and friendly and the food (and cocktails!) were delicious.
Cons: Nothing - it was lovely!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and location nice and quiet
Cons: The pool was freezing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable furnishings.
Cons: Limited utensils etc to prepare even a snack in the room. Charge for internet, seriously!?. Charge for using a credit card excessive.
7.9 Good
Pros: Size, layout and the small personal pool
Cons: Nothing really
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The standard bungalow was brilliant. It was much larger than we expected with almost a separate living space next to a mini kitchenette. The resort facilities are great with multiple pools dotted around the grounds and vegetation to give privacy when sunbathing. Food prices are really reasonable too compared to other resorts we'd stayed in. Very friendly and accommodating staff members.
Cons: We had a continental breakfast included in the price of the room which was nice but the portions were small. I ordered the muesli and fruit salad and luckily a side of natural yogurt as there was no other accompaniment to the muesli! My friend has poached egg on toast; the toast was cold and the eggs were a little hard. The toasted sandwiches and wedges we had for lunch were excellent though!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, very pleasant setting ,quality restaurant and ready access to transport.
Cons: The should be wholemeal toast with breakfast.
9.2 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yummy breakfast with lots of variety, Amazing views, Great equipment to borrow for island activities.
6.7 Good
Pros: Awesome place on a beautiful little island. Staff is super welcoming and at night all you hear are the waves on the beach nearby. The boat transfer is quick and goes all the time from the island to the mainland, no matter what time of day/night, and it's free. Try their free snorkelling excursion too.
Cons: Transfer: Don't bother with their transfer. Mine never turned up. The excuse was that the driver probably had something else to do. Regular local minibuses on the main road cost only about Vt 300, so it will save you a bunch too. School groups: Be aware that Hideaway Island takes school groups. While I was there a school group started playing volleyball at 6am right in front of my room.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, with great snorkelling, free activities if you stay there with them. Staff were friendly.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly and the location was stunning.
Cons: The fittings and fixtures need attention. The toilet didn’t work at all, zero water/flush and the bathroom sink tap was falling off. Would have been five star accomadation 15 years ago but hasn’t been maintained.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff
Cons: Bit run down
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was an excellent continental style. All you can eat buffet with a good range of options. Location is excellent. Hideaway Island is a wonderful haven for water sports. Snorkelling is very easy with a reef and abundant fish just a few metres of the beach.
Cons: We booked a Beach Lodge, which has shared facilities. The bathrooms were not particularly clean, seemed to only be cleaned once per day which is not enough when used by a number of lodges. Our lodge was in poor condition inside. They seem to be renovating them and we got the last one that has not been renovated yet. The one next to us was in much better condition and was empty for the whole of our stay. We booked the Melanesian Banquet evening on Thursday. Having done something similar in Hawaii, we expected a veritable feast and an entertainment extravaganza. We were disappointed on both counts. The food consisted of some strange dishes so were not sure what we were eating. Nothing on the buffet that we felt we wanted to go back for a second helping of. Which was just as well because they cleared it all away while we were eating. The entertainment consisted of the resort staff singing and dancing around a fire. The meal and entertainment were all over within an hour, which seemed quite brief given the cost of the event.
5.4 Okay
Pros: I've seen this resort passing by and it looks very nice.
Cons: Had to cancel my reservation a week before my reservation but couldn't get my money back. To be fair, this is clearly stated in their policy. I just wish they were a bit more forgiving.
6.7 Good
Pros: Glass bottom boat was wonderful and included with the accomodation
6.7 Good
Pros: The snorkeling was good with a lot of different fish. There was a variety of activities available. The place was small so it was easy to get to and try everything.
Cons: The accommodation was quite tired and in need of a refresh. The cleanliness of our bungalow was below par.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, the view from the room, the room
Cons: The booking staff was very slow to answer and didn’t take into account my requests. I had to contact her a few times before getting an answer and finally getting one of my requests into account.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The snorkelling is really good. Staff are welcoming and helpful
Cons: nothing we dislike really. Overall a great experience

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Italian restaurant was amazing. The drinks at the pool were the best drinks we had in Vanuatu and the happy hour specials were great.
7.9 Good
Pros: food on the whole was good, we were happy with staff especially Moana the liaison officer for guests. service to and fro jetty was prompt the little cottages were very comfortable and clean.
Cons: the breakfast was not up to scratch, the juices were too cordially, the choice of fruit was poor considering the markets were just across the bay. When we ordered smoothies from the bar they were mostly cordial, not a lot like a smoothie should be. We had squabbles with ordering wine during happy hour, there should have been a clearer understanding of which wines were included. The grounds around resort were looking a bit unloved with broken light fittings etc. The snorkel gear was not clean and needed replacing, especially the snorkels (mine had mould in the shaft) and my partners was broken. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS too chlorine and put us off swimming.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The island was so peaceful and the staff were so friendly and so helpful all the time. The location was stunningly beautiful and so easy with the ferry over to Port Vila in just minutes 24 hours a day. We really enjoyed the chance to do some local snorkelling at the cove and then enjoy the view from our balcony. My family enjoyed the tennis courts and walking around the island.
Cons: Our room should have had a washing machine but it didn't so we were given free washing service; which we appreciated. However only used the free service once as we were promised same day service but we waited much longer than that. The breakfast was good; however, the egg station was always busy and so waited long times for eggs.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, fruits were great . Snorkeling and kayaking were fun. Very nice location and swimming there is pleasant .
Cons: having some cheese wouldn't hurt for breakfast. The bar fridge needs upgrading, barely cools and please, there should be an bottle opener in the room!
7.9 Good
Pros: polynesian show was awesome. staffs were very kind ecxept the guy from check out that was nothing friendly.
Cons: lack of water in the island. not to much to sse in snorkleing area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything else, still had a fantastic holiday
Cons: Hot water for showers was LUKE WARM almost every day. One day no hot water at all, couldn't shower that day. Purchasing anything at all on the Island was very expensive. We hardly bought a thing whilst staying there. Every night could hear the loud music from the "Club It" night club across the water on the other side of the main land. Started around 10pm and ran through to approx 3-4am each night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved staying here. It was a bit of a luxury for us at the beginning of the trip but we wanted to splash out and chill for a few days. Great breakfast, super friendly staff, good happy hours and brilliant facilities. There's snorkels and kayaks for free rent, there's various activities scheduled for each day that guests can participate in. The casino gives you a few free chips and there's a huge karaoke room that always seemed to be empty (lucky for us)! The ferry runs regularly and all through the night if you need, plus there's a security guard there the whole time on the main land.
Cons: Can't think of anything to fault this place.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Only facilities to like here. All the rest - just avoid. It's not a 5-star hotel.
Cons: No or poor WiFi. No welcoming water. No minibar. Worst staff ever - they don't care about you. Simply. Water needs to be bought at a casino for $4 or through room service with a surcharge of $6, so for $10!
