Everything was nice.
Room was good and clean, on par with the Marriott properties (Courtyard, Fairfield, Springhill, etc) we normally stay at. We didn't make much use of the resort amenities, but the grounds were well-kept.
The resort is in the Shipyard Community (gated with security and includes golf courses and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center) and has direct beach access. The rooms were newly renovated and the grounds were immaculate. The staff was top-notch--very helpful and professional from the check-in clerks to the cleaning staff. We were surprised when our parking lot view room was actually a view of the roof of part of the resort. Not a huge problem, but still... Also, the beach entrance for the resort is connected to the beach club access for the larger Shipyard communnity. This was only a problem because the beach area just outside the resort tended to be quite crowded. However, everyone was nice and we had a great time.
The resort's pool and beach were excellent. We had no problem getting chairs at the pool, and the beach was lovely. At high tide, the beach gets really crowded because it shrinks so much. The Sonesta is pet friendly as is the beach. In the late afternoon, there are a lot of dogs on the beach.
Perfect Spring Break! We stayed at Sonesta for three nights in early March and had a relaxing respite from the stresses of work, and for our 14 year old son, schoolwork. Beautiful lobby, with lots of seating. We brought some games and puzzles, and there was plenty of space to play. The pool areas were beautiful, and the jacuzzi was steaming hot. Our room was lovely, too. Nice fluffy bed and tidy bathroom. Great beach area. A private event was going on in a covered, outdoor dining area, and it looked so neat to be oceanside and have a party. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Sonesta again.
Hotel grounds were beautiful. Pools were nice. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and modern. One feature we really loved - tiny floor lights that kicked on when you stepped off the bed. Only activated at night, they allowed you just enough light to see your way to the bathroom without knocking into things. Not a problem exclusive to Sonesta, but by 10:30am all the pool chairs were "reserved", and you couldn't find a seat let alone a couple chairs together. Guests reserving multiple chairs early in the am and then leaving their "towels" on those chairs all day long preventing their use by others is a problem systemic to this industry and really needs to be addressed.
The rooms were very modern, friendly front desk, large variety of food at buffet. All you can eat, with band duo. The Easter buffet check was a surprise, did not get a price or menu beforehand. Check was $115.00 buffet dinner for two, +$15.00 tip for great service, and we did not order extra items. Total for Sonesta Seacrest Easter Buffett for two was $130.00!!! Wow!! Will return, but call for price of buffet first ;)
Everything about our stay was flawless with the exception of internet access and WIFI. Both were very sporadic and not always available. We love the location, grounds are beautiful, staff was great and our room and entire resort were very clean. Love staying here!
Well decorated. Cleaning staff was consistently disappointing. Once they took our towels and forgot to give us any new towels and once the room looked barely touched. Everyday they were bad about coming before 8 am and coming back during the four hour Windows we provided.
Very clean and well kept. We had standard king bed without ocean view. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Didn't use restaurants but exercise room was nicely equipped and modern.
I really cannot say enough about everything I enjoyed at this hotel. Location, view, friendly and helpful staff and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on are only a few highlights of my favorite parts of my stay. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was wonderful as was the waitstaff. I can't wait to plan a trip to come back.
I loved the ocean view from my room. The TV guide for the different channels was sticky. The bathroom needed an exhaust fan.
Due to an emergency we did not get to stay after checking in. We received a call that because of a forest fire threatening our home we didn't get to stay I think a refund of at least 3nights should be in order but that won't happen. I will warn everyone I know to avoid using this agency for bookings.
I surprised my wife with a weekend trip to HHI for Valentines Day and Marriott did not disappoint. The rooms are recently remodeled so everything was clean and new. We enjoyed working out in the fitness room before going out to dinner each night. Although it was too cold to swim, we enjoyed the views of the ocean from the pool deck. The staff was friendly and professional the entire time, wishing us a happy Valentines Day with a smile on multiple occasions. I recommend highly- great value for the level of service and amenities.
Workmen started working at 7:30 am in the room next to us. It was very disturbing. Nothing was done even after I called the front desk.
We had a awsome stay at this holiday inn. Rooms and services were great. A real nice place to stay. I didnt want to ever leave. Nothing to complane about here.
We were given great service from beginning to end! The concierge Gray was very helpful and friendly. Since we came on the offseason, we were able to get an oceanfront room at a weeks notice. We were even able to change the reservation last minute with no penalties. They were much more than accommodating and the location is amazing: right at the beach and Coligny Circle! We will definitely be back again!
I have been coming here for 20 years. Great location both for the beach and Coligny area. Tiki Hut is nice with live music all day. Staff did a great job! Caroline, was very helpful in my room accommodations and had a great attitude. She should be rewarded.
Very comfortable rooms. Polite front desk. Perfect location. Common hallways were not air conditioned.
The beach was so close The beach house is not a resort it's a nasty old hotel that calls itself a resort.
Location was centrally located
My short stay was overall a pleasureable one. I did unfortunately fiind the prior guests false eyelash on the carpet by the bed. :( I did bring it to the attention of the night desk clerk who said she would note it and adjust my bill, but did not see any adjustment on my bill.
loved the beach atmosphere, the tiki bar, the restaurant whose food was delicious. Walking distance to resturants, shops and obviously the beach. The hotel had just been remodeled. Although the bed was super comfortable and there was a small sofa in the room, there was only 1 chair that was very uncomfortable. Also, bathroom was very small, could use more counter space. There was a $10.00 fee for each night that we were not aware, could someone at Kayak look into this?
The staff did not call us back, though promised, about a shirt we forgot in the room. All we wanted was just an answer as to whether they found it or not. We are very disappointed.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed. The pool and bar were very nice. The beach was beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in while staying in a hotel. The hallways, and elevator are not air conditioned. They are very stuffy. The restaurant menu selection was slim and uninspiring. The bartender was unable to make common mixed drinks well.
Everything Can be updated more
The breakfast was delicious! Good price and would come back for the buffet. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice if your website knew it could have told us that it was under renovations. There was some hipcups staying there. The staff was great and had a great attitude going through their transition.
Beautiful location on Hilton Head Island, with great beach and pools, whirlpool. The grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff was awesome...classy place!
Ocean front . Parking
Pool facilities are great, the lay-out of the resort good, good amount of shade around pool good waiters to come to your chair. The resort location in Port Royal was good close to good golf courses. Check in was easy and check-out a breeze! Staff were friendly and helpful! no negative items
Extremely clean + well appointed rooms and beautiful beach. Pools were excellent and the hotel had a luxurious feel to it. Staff was friendly and helped when asked. When I checked in, they asked when I would check out. I told them I would check out at the latest time which they said was 12PM. They DEACTIVATED our room keys by 10AM. We had to wait for 15 minutes (wet from pool + beach) for someone to come to let us into our room. The women who came acted like this situation is normal. (Never happened to me at any hotel I stayed out.) You shouldn't ask for check out time if your not going to keep my keys active until I actually check out. When we got to our first room and attempted to turn on the shower, sewage came out from the tub. It was disgusting but we were immediately given another upgraded room and everything was fine.
location, atmosphere, staff, hotel condition, location messy, too many rules, poor hours of operations,
The Westin is a very nice, Vegas style resort hotel. I would have liked to have seen the areas around the pool decks kept a little more ship shape. There were lots of leaves on the seating and decks. It seemed like they were on their off season staffing levels, so not all tasks were being attended to immediately. If I had paid full price to stay, I would have been disappointed.
Beautiful location, modern clean rooms, very nice pool area, very friendly and professional staff., That I did not stay long enough
Location TV broken upstairs. Woke up at 3am by noisy neighbor. Turned on the lights and saw a huge roach run across the bathroom vanity. Could not sleep the rest of the night.
Pool rooms Staff could have been kinder and breakfast needed protein
Good location (across from the Fresh local supermarket) Good size kitchen for extended stay Breakfast (cold continental with toasters) Things are showing their age and use: the carpet, the interior, the bathroom, the tennis court (unplayable-needs major repair), the bathtub drains a bit slow, etc.
Noisy refrigerator. Staff did not respond to our complaint.
The cost was reasonable and the room was extremely comfortable The mattress was so comfortable, usually a rare thing in a hotel/suite that is so reasonable. Enjoyed the daily maid service. I liked everything about Parklane. The complementary breakfast was nice . My idea of breakfast is more likehot grits, eggs and toast. This was nice anyway.
Kitchenette in room. Nice facility. It's not in a beach and just off of a main road. Not much property but cute pool area with pretty surroundings and easy access via car to all of Hilton Head.
Room was clean. There is an $11/night fee that is the small print. Misrepresents the cost for the room. Would have liked to see the breakfast contain some type of meat and eggs.
The guy who covered the front desk in the afternoon was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. The grounds were pretty and well maintained. It was a good location. Easy drive to beach. Only issue was unhelpful and unfriendly woman at desk in the morning.
Staff was great, accommodations were just what we needed
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice porch area. Staff was EXTREMELY unfriendly & unhelpful while we were checking in, check out staff was great. But check in staff acted like we were the last person they wanted to talk to and they had us wait for 15-20 minutes at the unattended counter before anyone even appeared and gave no apology. I also questioned why vehicle information was needed and the answer given was 'because they need it' and I asked again because I don't usually give out license number and car description without a cause and then she rolled her eyes and stated that it was in case of cars loitering, to which I then filled it out after my annoyance level growing even higher towards her. The two boys the next morning were great though, like i said. Very helpful.
I loved the hotel layout plenty of room I didn't not like that fact that we saw dust over the furniture & hair inside the tub.
Close enough to Parris Island to see our son, a short drive to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable and larger than expected. Nice to have a kitchenette. Nothing really.
Quality of the staff and hotel was excellent. The setting is beautiful and close enough to restaurants, shops, and attractions to walk, but far enough away that you felt like you were on vacation. The only small question mark we had was the quality of the pool. It was perfectly adequate in size and similar to most hotel pools, but it did not match the quality of the hotel itself. The deck chairs were plastic and the larger resort (Sea Pines) had run of it, so it was very crowded with children and others. It would be nice if the Inn at Harbour Town had its own pool.
Close to golf, 2 min shuttle to the beach, and close to activities for young children. Adults and couples with older kids would be better off elsewhere Secluded, once you are at the resort, you are at the resort. Access to everyday items, a lighter, groceries, etc... pretty limited. Get anything you want for the trip before you get to the resort.
Wonderful hotel. Staff was very helpful. Room was very nice and spacious.
The hotel was in a beautiful setting, with the golf course surrounding it. The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. They remembered our names and welcomed us each time we entered the facility. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was incredible. Everything was amazing. I wish there was a way for them to get the landscapers to not cut the grass, power trim the hedges and use the gas blower while guests are sitting outside on the patio trying to relax. I understand that the attention to the greenery is why the property is so beautiful, I was just hoping there was a happy medium.
I and my family really apreciated the welcoming presence of lemonade, iced tea, and water on the hot days. I also apreciated how the staff was able to say my last name correctly. Imediate access to coffee in the evenings.
It was ok , served it's purpose It was a basic room, served it's purpose
Filthy can't even discribe the room that we had. When we checked in I needed the rest room immediately. When I went in it was filthy. Floors dirty.rust marks all over. This should have warned me as to what the room was. Hangers with layers of dirt on them. Dust on dresser holding tv. Bugs on night stand. Roaches found in bathroom. Knobs of shower ready to fall off. Cold water worked in reverse position. When trying to clean up exces eater on bathroom floor, the towel got black from dirt. We were in a smoke free room, however the people next door to us were smoking skunk weed.(nasty, stinking smell) we had to put a towel at the bottom of the adjoining door. We forfitted our last day stay because of the unpleasant stay.
I asked to have a wake up call two nights in a row and both times they never called
Hotel is dirty and unsafe. Managers response to my daughter getting asked for a blow job by a man near the lobbywas..."if it happens again try to get a picture of him" ...ummm seriously !!!????? Dirtyrooms...rude staff....broken tv, fridge. ..missing microwave and hairdryer. Room keys never worked. Multiple men just roaming hotel grounds that were not guests. Hotel is very run down in general...rooms smells...airconditiiners leak and don't fit on bases in rooms....electrical outlets falling apart and disgustingly filthy. Picnic tables had rotting food and beer cans on them for days. Pool unusable due to numerous contractors leering and making inappropriate comments. Free breakfast was visited by roaches and had not been cleaned in a very long time! Spend the extra money and go somewhere else that's safer and cleaner.
The location was OUTSTANDING! It was about a mile from P.I.'s front gate! The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful! Internet was available, though limited. Overall, it gets the job done, which was being on-hand for son's graduation from boot camp! Better hotels were far more costly, and further away... I have another son who may be joining next year, and I would stay in this hotel again for another 2 nights! Heater didn't work. Called front desk, No extra blankets were available! But they did switch my room where the heater worked well, though it was rather loud... The Internet kept disconnecting. Found several roaches in the shower, besides that, the room was averagely clean... Breakfast was horrible... they provided frozen waffles, cereal, and oatmeal. They only provided a basket of tired looking apples for fruit. The room is what it is... a place to stay while visiting Parris Island... nothing more! There are worse places to stay! This hotel is about $45-55/night any place else.
Will not stay there again
Location close to the USMC training base was important to me. One gets one what one pays for and in this case I feel like I over paid.
We were supposed to have a no-smoking room. The room wreaked of stale smoke. When I asked for another room, they offered me a can of room deodorizer. The shower drain was clogged, the carpet was dirty and we barely slept at all because the bed was a disaster.
It is what you pay for cheap so the hotel and service is cheap bed sheets were dirty and stained and the room smelled old and rotten. But it is what you pay for. People partying upstairs and you can hear the footsteps if you are sleeping downstairs and hear the people next to you, snoring or what ever it is that they are doing not private at all. I will never stay here again.
stayed for my friends marine graduation nice clean rooms bed very comfy friendly and knowledgable staff
The customer service was horrible, specially, the person at the front desk. She was very rude. I asked her for a bottle of water to do a cup of coffee and she just replied ' really... you have to be joking '.. I strongly believe that they have no sense of professionalism to work in the hospitality field. Finally, they did my room and did not trash the garbage neither change the tower that were in the floor. Instead, they put them back in the shower. Overral, Horribe !!
We went there for my son's graduation from Parris Island. I reserved a non-smoking room with a refrigerator as advertised. The room was a smoking room with no refrigerator. There were no toiletries in the room when we arrived - no soap! The sheets were not fitted and kept coming off the mattress. There were not enough towels and the towels were worn and very thin. The breakfast bar was cheap sweets and watery juice. The smell of the cheap air freshener to mask the smell of smoke was nauseating. I got sick. The check-in person barely grunted at me. I do not recommend this place.
My mother and i stayed in this hotel for one night. the room was absolutely wonderful! it was clean and spacious and comfortable. and you absolutely cannot beat the price! Roaches in room what else is there to say. Dirty little roaches
I enjoyed my stay; noise was minimal, service was great and room was neat and clean.
There was someone else's food containers left in the refriderator. The shower was dirty. The towels were dingy. Hair was everywhere! I will never stay there again! I checked the reviews after booking. I will never make that mistake again.
My mother and I stayed in this hotel for one night. The room was absolutely wonderful! It was clean and spacious and comfortable. And you absolutely cannot beat the price!
the room was very cold; took a very long time to become warm (12 hours); sleeping area was dirty; alarm clock broken; coffee pot was so dirty it was unuable; all with a late arrival; the next day items were rectified; replacement alarm clock was very dirty- like something you wouild take from your garage; receptionist was extremely pleasant, helpful and understanding; would not stay again security lock on door was mounted incorrectly which provided no security
despite of reviews decided to stay because of the price and location. also needed for one night only. i was surprised to see how well maintained hotel it was, except some minor things which i could live with. my room was nice and clean staff was friendly and helpful
Room appeared to be clean. Bed was very uncomfortable, made noise when you turned over. Also, room was very stuffy, ac get cycling off and on every few minutes and you could not regulate the temp
The location was great! Only minutes from downtown. The view of the marsh was nice. Kids eat free for breakfast and dinner, although we did not eat at restaurant it was a nice promotion. Nice channel list for kids. 1. We did not have a shower cutain at all in the bathroom. 2. The staff was just so so. We were rarely greeted when entering and rarely recieved a good bye when we left. I don't want to sound picky, but I didn't ever feel like we were a valued guest. 3. The bathroom was filthy! Hair berets found on the floor and the sink(was it not wiped down?). Mold in the shower and residue/hair all over the towel rack. And again, we did NOT have a shower curtain, so water went EVERYWHERE! They also had a tile floor, so we then had to use all of our towels to prevent from slipping. 4. Pool was way too hot. I would guess it was 85 degrees and it was 99 degrees outside in July, so it was not refreshing at all. 5. There was only 1 elevator working which meant long waits. 6. The door to the fitness facility would not open, so I am not sure how to rate it? 7. Not a good experience, unfortunately.
Stayed for 3 days to get our Marine. Enjoyed. Very friendly.
Restaurant has reasonable prices, nice little bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Funny bar tender! This was our second time staying at this hotel for Marine graduation. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great Value, clean, comfortable, great staff. Overall great experience.
Clean comfortable bed Excellent breakfast bar No complaints
The location is good . The facility is bright. Easy to access.
The staff was excellent Kristi, Curtis, Donna, and Lindsey were the best.
The room was spacious and clean. Location was wonderful and the staff were great. Our bed was horrible. It was suppose to have a comfort select dial. Either the dials didn't work or the bed was worn our or broken. Did not sleep much at all, either of us.
Very nice place. This is our second stay and will repeat if the opportunity presents. The cookies at reception were stale and hard as rocks.
The hotel was no great shakes. Could not change the shower head for a different setting. Heating/cooling system was sketchy. Had to go thru all channels to change stations on tv, could not input directly. Breakfast was just average.
Breakfast staff was inadequate and understaffed on Friday (graduation day from USMC MCRD. Every Friday occurrence.)
The town of Beaufort was wonderful and the hotel was a deal compared to others. Beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Hotel needs some updating.
Beachside Great people Small rooms...but they are just condos
The price wasn't bad for being beach front At first walking in the room smelled terrible. I can get over that but then I noticed roaches running around the room. On top of that a hurricane came through (we booked a month earlier) and needed to evacuate. The resort refused to refund us or credit us for the two nights we had already paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
location was awesome, walk to beach and pool across nice boardwalks. bike rental place on property. very close to whole foods, kroger, starbucks was very convenient. unit was advertised as having "Ocean-view" which we paid extra for. Disappointing to find out that we had to stand up at one corner of balcony and stretch our necks in order to see the ocean. Sitting on the balcony had no ocean-view just parking lot. Check out at 10 am was somewhat early as well. 11 am would have been nicer. Building smells like old books.
Loved the view of the ocean and being ocean front Room was clean and recently renovated
On the beach, but not a great view. Elevators are not located close to all rooms, so it is a hike up to the third floor every time. Rooms are older and the bed was not comfortable. However it was priced accordingly, so if you're looking on a budget, this is a good option.
Convenience to pool and beach and resort restaurants are close. The units had everything we needed and very clean. Accessing the building was a little difficult. Elevator at one end only (farthest from beach), hallways closed off and not.
Loved the contemporary feel and decorations The bed was SOOOO uncomfortable. We both woke up with sore backs both mornings we were there. Also, the bed sheets are very "damp" feeling when you get in them to go to sleep. Know it's because of the humidity and lots of air conditioning...but maybe the rooms need to be aired out every once and a while, or get a dehumidifier maybe?
We liked the room. It was bigger than most. There was a beautiful view of the marsh from the room and parking area. Very convenient for sightseeing in Beaufort and the nearby islands. All of the heated foods were gone at breakfast (8:30). The fruit mix was nearly empty. Grabbed a bagel and checked again later. Still no eggs. The seating area was only half full.
Staff was very personable. Breakfast was amazing. Easy to find. We were totally satisfied and will return. A table in the room would have been nice.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast had great variety and well stocked. The fitness center did not have much equipment, however what was there did work.
We had no problems during our stay, everything was as expected. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Hot breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and the staff did a great job keeping it full. If i had one complaint it would be the pillows. Nobody in the family really liked the pillows. Just not comfortable, but the comfortable bed made up for it.
Clean, friendly staff, & excellent service. Young man named Ray did an outstanding job setting up breakfast & maintaining it. A little pricy
Breakfast was good, Staff very friendly & helpful. Did not get in your way to replenish the supplies. Room was clean. We were put in an ADA room and the front desk clerk told us that since they were fully booked we had NO CHOICE but to take the room. We acquiesced, and put up with the ADA room for 3 nights. Having stayed at Hamptons' every time we travel, this was the first time to have stayed in an ADA room. The bed was very soft and caved in the middle.
Easy to get to. Plenty of car parking space
Cleanliness, quietness and location No dislikes
Location, very close to Marine base Coffee maker did not work in my room requested to be fixed twice but they didn't have extras
I paid for two double beds & they gave my room to someone else. I had only 1 bed . I was not helped or refunded for a lesser room then I paid for.
The Manager was very nice and helped us alot. It was an extremely noisy neighborhood. Also there were adults and children running up and down the hall. I tried to call the front desk but no one answered the phone. Very frustrating.
Friendly front desk staff Food service staff were not attentive at all. During my time in dinning area, they were constantly having to be asked by guest to attend to issues n the buffet line. Also, meet to change the eggs. They were like the chow hall eggs in the Marine Corp.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The hotel is convenient to Parris Island and they begin serving breakfast an hour early on the days of Marine Family day & Graduation Day. No shower curtain in the room. The phone did not work when I tried to call the front desk. I could not get anyone when calling by cell phone. At 4:30 in the morning, not getting dressed and going to the front desk.
The management and customer service was EXCELLENT!! The staff was SUPERB~~~ (THAT'S IT) Even though the cleaning crew was awesome, the rooms were in poor condition. The curtains were torn, the bathroom was dated and the tub was broke. The windows opened with no screen, the pool area was horrific. There were lots of roaches
The breakfast was good The pool was disgusting.Tub had rust stains in it.The AC dididnt work so I burned up while sleep. The hotel ran out of body towels so just gave out hand towels to dry out off with
TV dI'd not work in one room and it took them 4 hours to fix it. By that time of was time to go to bed. The other room had a nasty dirty toilet. Not impressed.
Clean and well kept and the staff was the friendliest that I have encountered! There was an issue with the charges on my card but that was resolved the very next day!
Nothing Everything, The towels looked old and discolored they should get rid of them. The pool looked gross. The shower looked gross and in need of repair. The breakfast was non- existing or cold. They also over billed us!
Was within the mileage distance of my final destination. Was peaceful at night without noisy interruptions of sleep. All the hallways and my room had a very heavy citrus air freshener smell which to me is a sign of covering up bad odors vs. removing bad odors. There was no hair dryer in my room even though there was an obvious spot on the wall for it. Tv broke last day
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Have stayed at this facility many times over the years and have found it to be quite nice and reasonably priced.
The tv took 5 seconds to change the channel
Staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet. Street view, only one bed was made hen room service came. Not enough parking. Room smelled like smoke.
value, very clean Air condition system was VERY loud
Cleanliness Noisy air conditioner. Not on Hilton Head. Tried to cancel the second Nite but was told they couldn't do anything about it even though the website stated "easy cancellation". I was told to contact Expedia. When we tried to get our room moved because of the noisy Ac the front desk was at first very unaccommodating.
The hotel was centrally located. Very close to outlet shopping but a bit of a drive to the beach. From our room we had a view of the intercoastal waterway. Very beautiful. Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Not a whole lot I didn't like I would defintely stay here again if I was not planning on going to the beach. We were in town for shopping and golf.
The hotel was neat and the staff courteous.
The beds were comfortable and clean and the staff was excellent. The hotel was mostly full of marine families who got up at 5:45 for some event and the door slamming was very loud. I would recommend a room on the second or third floor at the very end of the corrider unless you are getting up early.
good breakfast in the morning, well-kept, clean rooms. good location with regard to downtown beaufort. very friendly, helpful staff. complimentary internet in the business center.
Everything was great
Close to everything in downtown Beaufort. A little pricey, but worth it if you want a quick, walk everywhere location. Bugs made way into our room often. Breakfast could use some flare.
Excellent location and excellent staff. Really gives you a unique feel and experience, I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
Very nice room with a view of historic house just across the street. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front patio, overlooking the marina. The do-it yourself breakfast was comprehensive and the staff were helpful. A special thank you to the Manager, who through no fault of his or BW, accommodated us when we requested a room change from our original room location. He then sent a bouquet of flowers to our room! Thank you BW Sea Island Inn! We'll be back!
