I liked the hospitality, breakfast and facility.
Rooms very quiet. Clean and quite comfortable. Great location with a wonderful staff. Everyone from valet staff, front desk, and housekeeping were very friendly. They had the absolute best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel with omelet bar. The hotel is on a great location on south end of Waterfront Park. We walked along the waterfront several times.
View from out window was very industrial.
There were no croissants
There were no proper restaurant facilities otherwise a nice hotel and enjoyable stay. A great location for our brief visit to Portland.
Clean and new, big room, very friendly check-in staff.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. The soaps were not replaced each day. I feel for $200 per night, you should be able to have an extra free soap. Also, there was only decaf coffee in the room.
Highly recommend if you're staying more than a few days. I was there for one week and loved having a kitchen in the room so I wouldn't have to eat out every evening. There's also a laundry room available. An indoor pool is always a plus! The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. A quick stroll to the Riverwalk where I enjoyed the Marina, shops, and local coffee shops.
In the evening, the bar area is very brightly lit. It is not the least bit inviting. If the lights were dimmed it would be much more welcoming! However, the one night I did stop for a drink and snack, the staff were very friendly.
