Pros: Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I had in a B&B with fresh products everyday a lot of choice and an excellent italian coffee. Room really sparkling clean, very fresh thanks to its position in the highs of Ancona, beautiful view, you wouldn't like to leave it! Location is perfect if you are by car: close to the sea, the city, and other places in the region and very calm, practically in the countryside, you can see the harbour and Ancona from your window, while listening to the wind and birds! Last but not least, guest was always availble for assistance and to give good advice about what to visit around where to go eating etcetera. Really good hospitality.

The host gives perfect tips in regards to beaches restaurants, wineries etc. the hous and the rooms are newly renovated and set up in style. Anytime again! Thank you Oberdan!

Cons: The room towards the street can be noisy since some crazy people think they need to drive like crazy. But that was only the case in 1 out of 6 nights. As written above: anytime again

Pros: The best place that you will finde at Ancona, the location is perfect, out of the buzz of the city and a short drive to riviera del conero. Our hosts Laura and Oberdam were amazing, they made us feel like we are in our homes. The room was amazing, it’s huge, with a bathrom outside of it,but it was not a problem at all, there was a door separating from the room and the stairs. The architqueture of the house stunishing, it’s so much better than the photos. If you are in doubt what hotel or b&b to choose, this is the place!!! And more Oberdam prepare a very good breakfast for us!

Pros: A beautiful old renaissance villa tastefully refurbished and modern inside in a quiet area on the edge of Ancona. The view on the on the city and harbour are fantastic!

Pros: This is the best BnB ever. Oberdan, the owner knows everything about the city, and the main points of the area. The rooms are really clean, comfortable, and the furnitures just like in an expensive hotel. Everything works. The clima, wifi, etc. The breakfast is plenty, and various. Poldo, the dog is an English setter. He is the clown of the house. We spent really nice time, and next year will go back.

Pros: - Very nice and super hospitable hosts! - We were welcomed with a delicious home made cake, which was amazing and definitely not expected. - Breakfast was great as well. Our host baked and prepared everything herself, which doesn't happen too often. Not to mention the accompanying jazz music put on for us from original vinyl discs! - On our departure we were given home made pizza the second breakfast, which turned out to be a great snack while on the beach. - The location and room were great as well. You probably need a car to get there. Amazing views from the terrace. - You can tell that the hosts approach their guests with a lot of heart and sympathy.

Pros: The accomodation had a lovely view of the harbour, was clean and comfortable with an excellent ensuite with superb shower also a complementary soft drinks minibar was provided. The staff were extremely accommodating and kept our bags safe after checking out until our evening ferry allowing us to further explore historic Ancona using the route map provided by the hotel.

Cons: No bar or restaurant available on Sunday. It was difficult to find any bars or restaurants open on Sunday afternoon nearby.

Pros: Gorgeous hotel, clean rooms, great location, beautiful views. Staff in general is very professional and courteous, perhaps they could be a little warmer or personable, that would just set the hotel apart, they still however did a great job. Thank you.

Pros: Location is very nice, although the port ruins the view of the sea and ability to walk next to it. The hotel is excellent and the first one for me in which mini-bar was free. WiFi connection is good.

Pros: Cinzia prepared an extraordinary breakfast, every day with the best Crostata and Cappuccino we had during our trip and contrary to other voices, we never had any problems with the wifi connection. Cinzia and Stefano were absolutely adorable and helpful, thank you for a perfect stay!

Pros: Nicely built building, room was very nice. Bathroom well equiped. Breakfast in the morning was very complete, nice host. Parking available inside the gates was a plus as well.

Pros: The owner was extremely helpful and supportive of our needs. Our flight from AOI left very early in the morning, however, there was ample breakfast for us to eat prior to departure for the airport.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Daniella and Marco could not have been more accommodating; we were picked up from the airport, taken into Falconara layer that evening to get some supper and then dropped off at the airport to pick up our hire car the next day. Access to Falconara is not easy on foot but there are bars and restaurants within 15 min in the other direction. The rooms are enormous and the bathroom and towels luxurious. It was a perfect start and end to our holiday and very close to the airport.

We had the most amazing breakfast with a very wide range of bread, pastries, toasties and cakes. It was a fabulous stopover. Thank You so much for your kindness and hospitality.

Pros: Daniela and Marco were most accommodating, helping with access, advice and tips on where to go and what to do. Room was massive and spotless with it's own allocated bathroom, smart TV, wifi etc. Breakfast was amazing. Quiet surroundings and free allocated parking space. Drinks and nibbles available on arrival was a nice touch.

Cons: Location is just a little off the beaten track, you need to drive to go out in the evening, but there are a number of decent Restaurants nearby and Daniela is happy to make recommendations and reservations for you. For me, the location was perfect, nice and quiet but close to the ferry port of Ancona, however some might find it too far out of town. It's a minor point.

Pros: Daniela was very friendly and welcoming! She went out of her way to make our stay with her comfortable. The apartment was immaculate and breakfast on the terrace was plentiful and delicious. Daniela even drove us to the airport to pick up our rental car. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Pros: The staff here were amazing, willing to go the extra mile! Anna came and picked is up from the bus station, and then gave us a little tour showing us where the beaches were. We then checked in, the property is modern and clean inside and is done up to a high standard! The rooms were a good size with a large bathroom and great shower!! The beds were comfy and it was very clean. There was a large balcony coming off the kitchen area where we sat in the evening and for breakfast, there is also a lovely garden which we used to relax in with a book and a glass of wine

Cons: It is quite a remote property (which has lots of positives!) But without a car it was quite tricky, alot of walking up a big hill on a road..

Pros: Free parking. Possibility easy to find airport. Comfy beds. Good breakfast, which maybe compensated issue that we dont have dinner at evening, because hotel are far away from city, and located near noisy and busy transportation lines.

Cons: View from window, because we saw only hotels aircondicioning facilities and other technical features of hotel. In room, we think, have problems with aircondicioners. Quite hot in room and not possible change temperature. Not possible reach a beach, because it far away from hotel, and between hotel and beach has huge transportation lines (train and motorway). SPA facilities are not allowed to use one part of our families- teens (13 and 14 years old). Does it mean we not used at all. Staff are also bad communication when try to explain why is such restrictions. And also at that moment nobody used SPA at all. SPA was empty. When we ask about dinner posibilities, staff also not recomended any options which are suitable for us, because hotel are quite far away from city. And addiotionally, staff not explain that guests are possibility has voucher for free parking in city for 3 hours. Such information we found late evening in our room. Noise from train if you sleeps near windows (because our third bed located near window).

Pros: The swimming pool area and kids area were great. The restaurant was fully booked but we could order food and wine in the room. The room was very clean. The tv had Netflix as well: what else do you need while outside is raining?

Pros: Was a stopover to allow motorbikes to be serviced in Ancona and what a lovely place. Very well renovated property with pool area, cafe and terrace that had an excellent relaxed ambience. Room large and comfortable and plenty of safe parking. We ate in restaurant which was great and their attention to detail was perfect - they remembered our anniversary with fizz and flowers !

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff. Fantastic location if you are travelling from/to A14 motorway. Although the Hotel sits in the middle of a two rather trafficked roads, it is quiet and surrounded by trees. Our bedrooms were clean and spacious.

Cons: The openingtimes of the reception (officialy 19:30) are different from the ones mentioned at Booking.com (23:00). Luckily we got a polite ring and were asked, at what time we will arive. They waited for us, so everything was fine. But you have to take care of that, of you plan a later arrival.

Pros: Good location to explore Monte Conero region and the town itself. Steps away from the entrance to the underground city and Farfisa museum. Room is comfortable and breakfast is good.

Cons: A very minor point, but in the morning before breakfast or relaxing late at night in the room, it would have been nice to have had TVE (Spain) and BBC World (UK) amongst the long list of channels.

Pros: I had real trouble getting there due to problems with my travel arrangements but Nicoletta was super helpful and flexible despite the inconvenience. She recommended waking up for sunrise on the balcony over the port and it was an excellent suggestion as it was simply stunning. I was even treated to a gluten free breakfast and help with transport to my next destination the next morning. I only wish that I could have stayed longer.

Pros: Great family run facility up above a hill overlooking Portonovo bay. The whole staff has exquisite manners; the food is deliciously home made and always fresh; especially fish-based courses, desserts and morning cakes and pastries. With a short walk or a quick lift on Mr Dino's Ape Piaggio (the typical Italian three-wheeled scooter) you'll be on the beach. Friendly and professional, great value for money: 300% will come back next year.

Cons: The location is a bit of a problem. I had real difficulty finding the place at the GPS got confused. It appears that 3 roads locally have the same name. I suggest they improve the signposting and/or make a request to the local authorities to clarify the address issue. The hot water could have a been a little hotter!

Pros: It was very clean modern and to the center of Ancona. Outside there is not a sign but you can easily find it because its on the main street. Moreover there is an area that you can make your own breakfast in the morning. Hot water, three different towels for each person and free wifi. The hostess was very kind she speaks mostly italian but we managed it because she was really friendy and ready to accomplish every need.

Pros: It was clean, and the room was large. There were gluten free options for breakfast - biscuits and crackers. I found parking nearby, and the B&B have a voucher system whereby you can purchase a ticket for all night for a couple of euros, to be placed in the vehicle.

Cons: One of the blinds in the bedroom window wasn't working, so the street lights shone into the room all night. The street the B&B is in is a bit grim. Its proximity to the old town mitigates this a bit. While newly renovated, the walls are thin.

Pros: Angela is a great guest. She is very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were cleaned every day. They were both spotless. The location is so good. It is very close to everything you need; the old town, port, shopping places, cafes, restaurants, etc. The fridge was full with fruits and yogurt. There were coffee, milk, cereals, juice and cold water, jam, nutella, croissant (packed), cake(packed)... The breakfast was much better than many 3 star hotels I stayed. I strongly recommend. Don't hesitate.

Pros: Location is stellar. Parking is easy. Hotel is designed thoughtfully. For a 50 year old hotel it is maintained well. The restaurant staff is excellent. Possibly the best aspect of the hotel after the design is how intuitive and helpful the restaurant staff is. Breakfast was very good. With full service and a beautiful setting. Way better than the general flavor and success of dinner.

Cons: The pool is beautiful but there is a real lack of awareness on the part of the staff to interpret the needs of their clientele. Which is something a hotel of this caliber should be achieving. The pool should provide decent shade throughout the entire day and a peaceful environment. It does not. The bar is nearby and many times the overly exuberant barman was playing music that was off the mark: Too loud or too annoying or too aggressive (abstract free jazz while trying to chill non è buono.) It seemed his effort was to make the environment more party oriented (call it festive if you want) but that choice was clearly in conflict with the general vibe of the hotel design and clientele. Many times there were people enjoying the bar and the pool who were not hotel guests and these people tended to be the most distracting.

Pros: This hotel is so beautifully situated looking out into the blue. We spent a few happy afternoons in the huge green garden lounging, sunbathing, playing chess and admiring the ocean. It's 1960s property but beautifully taken care of and filled with art. Smooth Bossa Nova plays in the background and the staff are all welcoming and gently spoken. Everything is just so. Nothing is overdone or OTT. You can tell it is a family-owned hotel (in a good way). We had a very good, well-priced, meal for a hotel and the setting. The breakfast was fantastic. Just a fantastic, unpretentious, place to relax.

Cons: There was no air conditioning on because it was May. This meant that it could be stuffy at night, unless you opened the shutters (and then it isn't dark). May weather was about 21-24c in the day. The Italians thought this was cold!

Pros: I would definitely stay here again. The property is in the country and only a short car ride to the small beach town of Numana. Great ambiance and views of the Adriatic Sea.

Pros: All details in accommodation made with love and care. Very kind host. Very clean. Just at front supermarket. Very nice and cosy accommodation.

Pros: Nice and fantastic surprise of being at a B&B and being hosted in a so kind way. Enrica likes to make sure her guests receive what they like and deserve and fell at home. And so it was. She insisted to offer for breakfast whatever we liked, no matter if it was her usual plan. It felt as we were being hosted by a relative or close friend.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated. The B & B is beautifully restored in original style. Good sound insulation. It is 500 meters walk from the beach. A large supermarket and a restaurant is close by .

Cons: The towels do not smell fresh but we got new ones immediately. Besides, every day we got clean towels!

Pros: The staff here were all just lovely; welcoming and kind, and coped well with our lack of Italian. The B&B is very traditional, beautifully decorated, and with modern bathroom facilities. The restaurant attached is just great. They also were kind and welcoming, serving local, traditional meals, and helping us to choose something special. The place was full of locals, but we even had help from other customers when it became too hard because of our lack of language skills! We really appreciated the warm hospitality at both the B&B and the restaurant.

Cons: We were happy with everything.

Cons: On main road, had to do our own breakfast no ham, cheese, rolls. Room was OK shower nice.
