After having booked our trip in early September we arrived to check in on November 2nd to be told they had booked our room with some one else for the weekend. Even though they could see that we had booked the room and they received the confirmation number in September. They neglected to ever enter into their system and booked the room for another customer. We were offered nothing even though we had done everything right on our end and had traveled over 3 hours to spend our 10th anniversary at their establishment. We were simply told sorry and left to find a hotel room somewhere else last minute.
