I trusted Kayak so when I booked thru their site and saw changes are refundable, I believed it. The company proved to be impossible reach and would not return calls. Phone number connects to a call center who simply takes your request but doesn’t act on it. Beware of who you book thru!!!

Pros. the staff was courteous, very friendly. staff was everywhere cleaning the place.
Cons. breakfast selection could improve. more fruit would be nice.

Pros. Loved how clean it was, the staff was super friendly. We both got a free drink for waiting a little extra for our room, our room was spectacular. Valet staff were great too. The overall stay was awesome!!!

The beds were comfy but the pillows could be a little harder. The staff was amazing...always pleasant. The free breakfast was far more than we expected and was a great way of starting the day.
