Pros: It was a decent hotel, seemed like it was either new or recently remodeled. The staff was great, except for the manager and her little minion.
Cons: There was an indecent that was handled so horribly. I was charged $25 for a towel that was rough and uncomfortable and that never left the hotel room, and then that was refunded, but there were no apologies, only excuses. Won't stay at this chain again!

Cons: Ran out of hot water the first morning, but there was a girl's soccer team or cheerleading team in the hotel. I think everyone was taking showers at the same time. The second morning we had plenty of hot water.
There was dangerous ice all over the parking lot. This seems to be common all over the city. It was dangerous trying to get from the car to the door of the hotel.

Pros: We were traveling with our elderly mother and needed to stop due to really bad storms. So no research ahead of time was done. We got a room with 2 queen beds. Cons: There was no consistent hot water for the shower, either late at night or in the morning. The toilet barely flushed. The staff at checkin was having an argument with her boyfriend which made checkin uncomfortable. The room had roaches.

Pros: It was where I needed a place to stay but beyond that I have nothing good to say about it.
Cons: The desk clerk assured me that my 95 year old mother would have no difficulties getting to the room. The only way to access it was up two levels of steps. It was a nightmare on a walker. The room was dirty and we left quickly the next day very unhappy.

Pros: Price. It was clean. The staff were very nice but only a few spoke English well making it difficult to let housekeeping know if I needed anything but they were great and worked with me. Towel Elephant one day. The breakfast was very good also.
Cons: There was only one laundry room all the way on the other side of the hotel. I booked this hotel half an hour away from my true destination because it had a swimming pool however when I arrived I was informed the pool was closed for the season. Not happy

Cons: We changed rooms three times because things like lights, phone, faucets did not work. Business center printer did not work. Orange juice dispenser at breakfast bar did not work. Tub was missing plug for a bath.

I appreciated the instant hot water in the tub/shower, with plenty of water pressure.
The air conditioner was effective.
I appreciated having a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room, although we did not use them.
Cons: The hallway was not clean.
The dresser was in some disrepair, and was missing a drawer.
The door to our room had to be force-closed; this made me think that maybe the hinges were loose.
I was able to connect to the internet, but not able to use it, I guess because of very low speed.
No one responded to the chimes when I went to the front desk to check out, so I just dropped off my card/key at the desk and left.
I was concerned about the gallon milk jug, as opposed to individually packaged servings. (We did not eat or drink anything.)
